Thank you Benoit!! Now I am getting greedy, but I love the idea of CS as Gilligan too. Can you find a lil buddy cap for him?

As for the Casey pieces stuck to Stephanie's undercarriage, a good high pressure hose should do the trick. No sweat.

Latest troll bait is a letter from Cash Call that they found out the WF account is closed and they didn't get paid. BTW, first time entry on this blog, I type in as coyote on IAFF. People have said that CC does not mess around when it comes to collections. I've never had the honor of knowing that kind of attention so I ask: what exactly will they do? How do they apply pressure? I know that there are legal limits on when and who they can call but what would maximum pressure consist of? I'm surprised that WF hasn't been applying the screws. I was surprised that they released the funds in his checking account last month. Probably a case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand was up to, still you would'a thunk they had flagged the account long before since it had been months since CS had made a payment. As I remember he had to update the balance by over 20k when he was getting his sheet together.
Anyway, glad I found this space. What and where are the other offshoots of Caseyland?

Coyote,
Welcome back to the fold. We are all here aslthough that damn cat stays away for days doing gawd knows what with shoes and stuff. Double empathy from 78 degree SoCal from a former fellow New Englander.
the big three seem to be EN, iamNOTfacingforeclosure and caseylandusa. Like any good trainwreck there's debris all over the internet. If you ask though a few more blatant trolls like the last few and people won't even wait around for the explosion.

The Wells Fargo account closure will ultimately prove very important as it triggered a lot of red flags not least in Wells Fargo who undoubtably have a due on closing clause.

Cashcall doesn't fool around. Dozens of phone calls, phone calls to parents and siblings, credit checks looking for any available balances, unauthorized calls at odd hours that they know nothing about. It has to unerve the unsophisticated when you tell the agent "I don't have any money" and they come back with; "I see where you still have $254 in your savings account."

I've tried posting the odd comment here and there on Casey's blog but he isn't approving any of them. I have restrained from making "hater" comments too. I HAVE been inserting http://caseyserin.info in the URL box, do you suppose that's why young Casey is not letting my comments go through ? If I change the URL to a "tinyurl" he won't that through either. What a f'ing looser !

Out of curiosity I looked into Nouveau Riche University's college credit approval. Some of their courses do, in fact, have American Council on Education recommendation for college credit, and the universities I checked do accept ACE-recommended courses for transfer credits. The ACE's college credit for workforce training program is designed "to help adults obtain academic credit for formal courses taken outside college and university degree programs." Many other organizations have ACE-approved courses (often internal training), for instance Home Depot, Mcdonald's, IBM, and PADI scuba. (Yes, you can get college credit for learning to scuba dive!)

According to the Nouveau Riche web site, an average ACE recommended curriculum path takes 79 NR credits, and gets you 1 semester hour of transfer credit. Tuition for 60 NR credits is $10,000 (10 days of classes which is 75 classroom hours). So, if I'm understanding this correctly, a NR student pays $133/hour for classes, and it will cost somewhat over $10,000 for one university transfer credit.

In comparison, Stanford's continuing studies offers a 12 hour 1 unit real estate investment class for $295, or about $25/hour. Or, another ACE-recommended real estate school (Noble Fields) offers 45-hour courses on real estate for $300, or about $7/hour. Or, an entire semester at UC Berkeley is under $4000.

I conclude that Nouveau Riche's college credit is legit, but breathtakingly expensive.

first I would have to say cheers to stephanieJ because she is just like me but is more articulate in her words and she has boobs and a vagina (characteristics I really like in a chick) and a dirty jeep.

also cheers to robdawg, homeydaclown, OG, the trailer park boys, caseylandUsa, phil from monterey bay and of course heidi.

Jeers to that little pimple on the ass of life that needs to be popped with some rusty garden shears casey serin. Additionaly I would have to say jeers to duane ledouche because that guy just rubs me the wrong way.

Additional jeers to Galina for being a gold digging whore. Jeers to Brian Records and the nolezladies (although in some twisted way I love that they tried to stick it to the boy who should have been swallowed instead of planted).

Addtiontally ( I am going to get lots of hater on this one) jeers to sputnik the cat....the posts dont entertain me and I skip over them.

So basically as I wallow in a sea of self pitty, atleast I am not in debt like sercasey over there who should have remained a dirty thought in his dads head.

So anyway back to reality...I studied and accomplished quite a bit today..I am moving into a new venture of REI (no need to go into it here)...that looks very promising..so I am filling in some pieces of the puzzle that I am missing to feel like I have a handle on the info...

Or as "This is Casey's Brain" for my stream-of-consciousness stuff ("American Idle").

But, "word," there have been a lot of "friends" made here, and of course in Casey Base Central. in the past several months.

Just think, in a few months it will be over. The last of the houses will be gone, reporters will no longer be interviewing young squire Casey, and Ogg, Sputnik, Homey, Rob, Dolph, Miguel, Stephanie J., and a dozen other good contributors will be like dust in the wind.

First of all, I'd like to thank Rob for the Mocumentary Award. It's just awesomely fabulous to know that our sweet site is somewhat appreciated.

I'd also like to thank Al Gore for inventing this wonderful thing called the internet that has brought us all together.

I'd like to thank the readers and the commenters, the haters, and the trainwreck watchers. There's just too many to mention all of you.

I'd like to thank our creative staff, the technical support folks, and all the rest of our sweet team without whom our site would not be made a reality.

I'd like to thank all those crazy lenders, appraisers, loan officers, and real estate agents who helped make it possible for our hero to get into this mess.

I know this is going longer than I thought but I also have to thank the seminar guru's who inspired our hero to think big, to take the leap, and grab those magical opportunities.

Finally, I must not forget the true inspiration of all this, Casey, the miner of golden nuggets of opportunity and architect of sweet deals. Without your intrepid blog of daily fodder, we would not be here. For Those Dumber Than A Bag of Rocks, We Salute You!

I still go on the blog and read some of the comments. Some new haters are posting on IAFF. There must be a way to get them over here? It's like reading the same funny stuff from two months ago, just different names.

Anonymous said...

Of course L'il Blintz Brain reads this site - my hunch is that he spends most of his time reading his "sweet" press. I'll bet he has a scrapbook of it all, too.

There is no shame in L'il Puddin' Head's world. None. Stop expecting any. L'il Casey doesn't even respect the authority of his God, if he read the Bible (I'm sure it's on his "to do" list), he'd understand why he has a lot of explaining to do if he ever reaches St. Peter.

What Blintz Brain doesn't get, because his narcissism gets in the way, is the the same thing that other celebs lose hold of - the media and the public are mirrors you hold up, and get a pretty accurate picture of what people think of you.

Only the narcissitic and deluded like Blintz Brain call criticsim "hate", and L'il Casey created his haters all by himself - it's the only thing he's been truthfully good at. I watched him do it, day after day of lies, misleading posts, troll phrases, ignoring the thoughtful and altruistic comments, and acting like an utter child. And now that the fraud is being peeled back, layer by layer, the loathing and disgust grows more and more. For the most part, the "haters" all started out curious, but willing to cut him some slack. For the most part, they/we all now share the same ill will towards our inept little jizzbag. I equate him with a guy who uses roofies to rape women in clubs - they both need to do long, hard time with felons who don't care if L'il Felony Fraud thinks they're "haters" or are "going too far".

I love that Blintz Brain is reading the comments here, and all of the info that has been dug up will come back to haunt him. ONE contact with the Sacramento DA, posted publically on the web, would be enough to make the average thief slink out of town overnight, but multiple complaints? This WILL be acted on, as now the DA and the staff in Sac have their rep on the line, and accountability if a higher up reads the press Blintz Brain gets, and asks downstream "why is this guy still walking around?"

We're "going to far". Sure, Li'l Casey. You ain't seen NOTHING yet! The readers here have your number, and I'll bet there's stuff they don't post here that is even more damaging.

If I had the cash, I'd put a bounty on the first guy to nail G and post a picture as evidence.

A letter and -email compaign to any and all newspapers is a good idea, especially in the communities where he's scammed property.

Taking *any* attempt or possibility for Blintz Brain to profit off of his scams and scam blog is a worthy project.

Well, as others have posted CashCall can't bleed a turnip and it's kinda pointless to whack a guys knees twice in one week. They can harass all they want but they aren't getting the time of day from Sercasey and they know it. Vig doesn't mean jack shit to Casey. 1 point or 50 makes no difference to him because "It's not fair". He'll evenetually just delete it off the spreadsheet and it will go away. Soon CashCall will fade and be content to sit back knowing that some day WAY out in the future Casey will pop up on the payrolls of some lame assed place and they will start collecting a lottery sized chunck of cash. Those guys are smart and I feel that they are learning that it's better to lay low that to rile the Feds too much.

Man, the walls have got to be closing in on our friend fast by now though. No cash at all coming in that I can see. If he pops up even a temp job stuffing boxes, all us Haters are going to bomb his new employer and the garnishments are gonna be a ball breaker..All the cards are maxed out, no way to get any more credit even from the hardest of hard money loans from guys like me. G has got to be at the end of her leash by now. She can't even buy a dozen eggs at the store much less the new spring fashions from Coach. I wish I were still in the Central Valley. I'd be all over the challenge of nailing her. Not that it would be much of a challenge I think.

I was wondering when we would have the first squater find one of boy wonders houses. Casey won't do shit about it. Fuck, he can't even be bothered to find a $400 PDA. (I have an 8525 and I know where that thing is every second!) If I were him, I'd tell the guy he can live there all he wants, just keep mowing the lawn once a week and keep the place looking neat and tidy. Casey FINALLY gets a win-win. Free security and yardwork in exchange for not doing jack! SWEET! (as a side - I have purged the term "Sweet" from my own personal vocabulary just because of casey). And where the fuck did a homeless guy get a lawn mower? WTF?

This week, I predict more lame assed drama that doesn't mean zip. But soon shit is gonna hit the fan. April 15th is coming fast and that ain't gonna be pretty. And isn't Burdett about to go back up on the block? I think the lenders were high on Caseydust when they postponed the auction 30 days. Why wait in a falling market? And doesn't one of the other properties go on the block this next week? Plus Utah has got to be about to blow. Hey G, that's TWO foreclosures in one week on your credit report! I have a feeling we are gonna see the very first negative FICO score ever out of them, lol.

Now if it were me, I think I'd let Casey keep his knees just a bit longer purely for entertainment value. But soon he and G would be owned. Any dirty wet job I ever neeeded to get done and Casey would be taking the heat. And G would be at the Bing chained to the pole.

I think I'll go get a bagel and fresh lox for breakfast. Oh, and even a JJ too! But you better believe I'm going Heavy! I just got a new carry piece the other day. STI Spartan 1911:) Them fucking mooleys can have the 9mm. I'll roll with .45 Hydra-shoks!

I load the lightest bullet I can find with the slowest powder I have laying around. It works like a fuel/air bomb. Most of the powder is burned outside the barrel and a GINOURMOUS Flash/BOOM! I've never had to shoot more than two rounds hehe. If they come back up to the line I get the .38 super open gun out with the big comp on the end and dump 29rnds as fast as I can. they get the hint then:)

Rob Dawg said...

9mm are scalpels. Excellent and essential for what they do. You don't want to get into a knife fight with just a scalpel though. A short barrelled scatter gun likewise isn't a 22 long scoped rifle either. Still there are times when shooting a tire at 500 meters beats needing to get blood all over your sidewalk.

$550 for a 1911? Great deal. I grew up in West Springfield, MA.

I don't profess to know a great deal about the weapon I recently purchased, I just know I never really wanted it, but now have to have it.

Wow, I knew Oregon was a nice place but twice? Actually I have a few nits to pick with Oregon. The UGB bit for one. Portland and light rail for another.

MY COMMENT STARTS HERE

I dont know why you would have a problem with the urban growth boundary in portland. Portland is notorious for not being business friendly so I agree with the fight of the UGB to keep it's size right where it is at. They have an additional payroll tax that no other city surrounding it has.

They are notorious for having subpar schools and mismanagement and fiscal irresponsibility. Their civic leaders are laughable at best.

Now all the other cities around them do not >>I REPEAT DO NOT have the same financial problems, school problems, mismanagment, waste, and fraud that portland has so they press and press hard to not be annexed into Portlands city limits.

Case in points...portland gives massive tax breaks to people on the Historical Registry. And in the new South Waterfront Development they gave massive property tax breaks to people buying overpriced condos. These people are litteraly paying a couple hundreds of dollars a year for the next ten years on condos that they payed upwards of 1 mil and in some cases more for. These are the people that can afford the property taxes...how about giving tax breaks on property taxes to the working families...bunch of fucking crooks.

You have towns like Boring Oregon that went and incorporated into a twoneship to fight future expansion from portland and Gresham. Gresham has already been in a battle to get some of their grubby hands going in that direction and has taken some from Damascus.

Happy valley is the most recent battle with portland to stop expansion in there..portland basically borders two sides of Happy Valley for 5 miles each side.

They are fighting tooth and nail to keep them out ....seen some interesting turns in that battle.

Funny thing is..my brother lives right on the cusp of Portland/happy valley border..bought his house in 85 for 135k....a new 300 house development is almost completed in what was a heavily wooded area across the street....

he has turned down offers on his house of 4 and 4.5 mil (he has 3 acres). He said first person to come with 5 mil cash can have it..he will move the next day.

He has shown me some of the offers and contracts he has received..(not being no slouch on reading contracts ..especially r/e contracts...I had to laugh at all of them)....bullshit contingencies of this and that..

he counters each one with 5 mil no contingencies.....500k earnest deposit ...you have 30 days to close ..if you delay 1 day...you forfeit 500k earnest money as liquidated damages.

of course they all run......in the end he doesnt care..he loves his house....built most of it with his own two hands and has no rush or urgency to move..

Nor does he need the money..he problably has a net worth of 100 mil..(lucky bastard gimme some).

Hell he even tries to pay me 1k in cash for me to just go over there and fix his computer or look over contracts for him.....NO...he is family...it gives us a reason to hang out and catch up and I like spending time with that brother anyway.

Now back to the UGB..f portland...they suck when it comes to mismanagement.

Now onto your light rail comment.

The Metropoliation area Express (MAX) is awesome.

It relieves congestion, and has had a massive impact in economic development whereever it goes in.

It won the best transit system in the nation award several times.

We need more of them.

The one you should be pissed off about is the aerial tram from the new south waterfront development to OHSU (pill Hill). that thing is an eyesore and cost taxpayers millions when the developers and OHSU are the direct ones that benefit from it..yet taxpayers footed most of the bill for it.

They had a name contest for the 2 trams and I actually emailed the mayor and submitted Homer and Wagner and Boon and Doggle.

The funny thing about the mass transit is allot of portland streets are still cobblestone (eastside industrial--why didnt they develop that instead of south waterfront...its directly across the river from downtown pdx and is a fucking eyesore)

so anyway we had streetcars running everywhere in portland..and I mean everywhere..hundreds and hundreds of them...can you imagine no buses, cars nothing....there was a streetcar that came to within 2 blocks of where you were at and they were always running.

late 50's saw the end of all of those..and now we are spending billions to bring them all back(in the form of lightrail)

I had a year long very close and intimate relationship with an M-16A1 myself. For pistols, I'm partial to the S&W .40 SJHP.

Though there's nothing like the "kachunk" of a Rem 870 being racked to get someone's attention.
