Young Casey Plays It Safe

Zap even a flatworm with enough voltage enough times and it will learn eventually. Time to review what Casey has learned in the last few days. Not to worry dear readers and fellow trainwreck observers; nothing of importance was learned. His record remains unblemished by progress. Instead Casey has discovered that my name on his reply posts link here so he's not going to let them through anymore. Second, he's realized that his blog numbers are way down and it might have something to do with "other" blogs. So, the story: turns out banks like their properties insured and occupied. If you don't pay for insurance they will and bill you for it. He's "pretending" this was a surprise but acknowledges that "someone" warned him this would happen. That "someone" was me, your affable, unflappable host, Rob Dawg and he damn well knows it. Why is it that he can't bring himself to ay it or post my reply calling him on it? Clearly my comments were unsettling. First being right about the insurance and second calling him on the personal failure of his goals of honesty and no more BS. If I and more important people like Tim in MB and Homey da Clown are right about stuff like this that he never considered what else could we be right about? That's the answer, his ego and worldview are so much a carefully constructed "house" of cards he cannot afford even a modicum of self doubt.

I don't know when you commented on his insurance, but the letter references "as we previously informed you."

Since the letter is dated mid-Decemeber, I'll bet that previous notification was mid-November. But who knows if he even read it? Who knows if he even opened it? It must be hard to stay current on your bills when it takes at least 45 days just to open your mail.

I wonder if when Casey rents a car he returns it empty so he can pay $5/gallon to the rental car company? Oh well, "it's all good."

Yeah Rob 'cause ya know that will stop all the haters hatin on poor wittle Casey. It's all good though!

What a total "looser" he is.

Isn't it obvious? Casey gave up on the properties months ago when he realized he couldn't sell them and wouldn't make any money on them. He stated the same on his blog a while ago. What does he care if the insurance lapses? He wasn't going to sink another nickel into any of the properties because now they're just insignificant and annoying. He's moved on to bigger and better things.....like 100 unit apartment complexes.

Do you think it would be possible to "kidnap" Casey, take him to a medical research facility and determine if he too could learn like a flat worm?

I personally would like to "zap" him a few times.

Don't worry, I'd make sure he had plenty of JJ, some mac and cheese, and got his daily nap.

But really, would PETA care?

Now, now, Robert. You've forgotten the true goal of Casey's blog, which is to educate others. He never established that he himself was going to do any learning. Only a guru could further advance the wisdom that young Casey has achieved, not some mere educated, experienced, legitimately successful adult!

At this point Casey would love to have the "haters" come back. And I for one am really enjoying the opportunity to get my updates on that troglodyte without giving him the page views or site visits. I've been IAAF-free for 2 weeks and loving it.

This is true. Casey has a Heart of Gold.

t's right, why bother?

The houses will go in trustee foreclosure (cheapest for the lender), and as everybody else has pointed out, the lender can't recover anything else from our favorite Gen Y poster boy.

true goal of Casey's blog, which is to educate others

You don't possibly think that young CS not only wants to be a RE mogul, but he REALLY wants to be an RE Guru? Could his REAL goal be the attention & adulation that goes along with guruship?

So could his pathetic blog be a pathetic stepping stone to writing a pathetic 'How To' manual so he can give pathetic seminars to pathetic rubes like himself and receive their pathetic praise?

It really fits with a Caseyworld business plan:

::::CASEY BUSINESS PLAN::::

- Turn a few trucks.....er...flip a few houses in sweet deals for credentials.

- Attend lots of seminars to see how it's all done.

- Steal and repackage other's material.

- Offer RE seminars (call them Serinars).

- Get applause.

- Sit back and receive $5,000/ month passive income, sweet.

::::END OF PLAN::::

It really fits with CS view of the world.

OOPS

Trucks should be Tricks.

Gotta get that firefox spelling plug in

Somehow I think he is more capable of turning trucks than tricks...

I've only been an occasional to rare poster at IAFF, but I've been quite the lurker since September and, surprising myself, I feel some sort of friendship to some of the regular posters. Isn't the internet weird that way? I appreciate this alternative Caseyworld site, since the moderation over there is so, so, so Caseyesque. Props to Rob for providing it.

I'll use the same user ID here as there, just for clarification.

@Stephanie J

Add me to your long list of admirers. I know you've said you weren't looking for marriage proposals, but would you ever consider a "Short Duration Marriage" if I ever get a long weekend off in your area?

@Ogg

What's this about you may or may not be a caveman? I've been imagining you waving counting sticks and stones over a smokey fire to get online. Tell me it ain't so!

@Homey

Sorry, fella, but I have a hell of a time distilling the nuggets of wisdom from the homiespeak of your posts.

This post is mostly just to announce I'm here and will be reading what's said.

Alright, carry on!

Go back to the IAFF? Hmmm… interesting thought, WWCD? (What Would Casey Do?).

I know a lot of you say go back to the IAFF, but it’s not that simple, I need to take everything with a grain of salt, if I’m going to rebuild my web visiting empire and visit other sweet sites in the future. Unfortunately right now, the IAFF isn’t organic enough for a meat eating vegan like myself. What I need to do is to attend a “boot camp” about visiting the IAFF, but I won’t have the money to do that until I get my dummy corporation set up. So unless I can get my Hater Dad, my Cheerleader Dad, my Bird Dogging Mailman or the Manager at Denny’s to loan me some money, I’ll have to put the thought aside for now. It’s all good though!

I checked the IAFF site meter a little while ago and someone from Discovery.com was on IAFF.

I can only hope that they are not scoping out stories for some feature on flippers.

Anonymous said...

Honestly, there's no reason to return to IAFF... we get the site content at both Caseyland and here; the people who kept his site interesting are now at these places.

I'm happily free of AIFF. There's no reason for me to go there any more if Mr. CS is afraid to post my submissions. He's been moderating me since the incident with the ladies.

If Casey is approached to appear on Discovery channel, there has to be something that we can do as a group to prevent this from happening. I suggest a very serious boycott and/or petition to whoever has the nerve to try and exploit our Casey for us.

Seriously though, it would make me sick to see his smug litle shiny face on my TV. In fact, I may cause harm to the poor harmless old set. It just can't happen.

Proud to be IAFF free.

You know, I'd spend more time checking there if he actually put anything of significance on the site instead of self-promoting fluff.

There's so many things that must be happening right now with all those houses in some stage of foreclosure. He's already got a wealth of material for his blog delivered to him daily by his mailman, all of which can provide good examples to rookies of what not to do.

Instead, he pulls out reprints of stale articles.

ROTFL! Excellent point.

When I first started following IAFF, I did, in fact, think that was his plan. Unfortunately, he has turned out to be such a loser that I think it's a highly unlikely outcome.

Well, our FFF has a new post with laurels from the press.

I think I'm going to be sick.

The man is seriously deluded.

Actually I have DSL in the cave, but it's been a bit flaky lately. I have been known to use smoke signals as a backup. Stones have little use in Internet connection troubleshooting, although waving a dead chicken over the hardware is sometimes helpful. Plus, you get to eat the chicken when you're done.

Just because an outcome is highly unlikely doesn't mean it's not in Casey's plan.

I think he wants the fame in a Kato Kaelin way than to be a guru.

He can always argue "I tried but I failed and I'm here to help others not make my mistakes." But judging from his various pictures, I think he believes he is a model or something.

As for his new post. It's bait. I think he wants us all to come back and rip him a new one.

I think he believes we are all dumb or something.

How odd that none of these "awesome opportunities" include something like....oh, I don't know....maybe A TRADITIONAL 8-5 REGULAR PAYING JOB.

*rolls eyes*

It would be kinda funny, tho, if each of us posted "GET A JOB" in response to every one of his new topics:

I wonder if he'd approve them? LOL
