Watch me pull a rabbit out of this hat

That trick never works. Two parallel subjects this morning. In the blog world Casey seems to be running out of ways to drive traffic. Why he wants to drive traffic I have no idea. Perhaps he doesn't either. So what rabbit is up his sleeve? People just laugh at jamba-sweet-failingforward now that they've caught on. They aren't going to fall for another Top 5 poll again either. So, and no fair giving useful suggestions, what can Casey do to drive his page views?

Second, in the real world Casey is also looking to need a miracle. We all know he's shot his load. Will the loan he made $6000 come back and buy him another month? Maybe he can trade the loan to cashcall and save his kneecaps. Will he finally wise up and realize that when he let's thing happen rather than making things happen he ends up worse off?

wait, when did he get a 6k loan?

Casey loaned a friend the money and surprise, isn't getting paid back. It is on his spreadsheet unlike the $50,000 he decided to ignore from Countrywide.

Anonymous said...

Sometime last year he loaned a friend $6000 at zero interest and has yet to see any of it back. And if the friend is anything like Looser Boy, he never will. Presumably he funded the loan using either some of the cash he stole from his bank at closing, so he's basically been paying interest on the other guy's loan so even if he is repaid the $6000, he's still lost a good deal of money.

Sweeeet deal!

The spreadsheet is at http://tinyurl.com/3782rp
if anyone is interested. It is already hopelessly out of date. I'd estimate another $110,000 in declining property valuations, another $22,000 in reinstatement costs, and bunches of utilities and taxes yet to be listed.

Excellent! M. Robert, you've tracked down the illusive 50 pound wabbit. Applause!

Upon "reflection" I suspect the illusive is closer to the truth. I think that waskly wabbit was photos"hopped."

What does it matter if his spreadsheet shows $100K or $500K in negative net worth.

Within 3 months, all his properties will be gone, one way or another. The California properties will go in trustee foreclosure, which means the lenders waive any other civil recovery.

Then he's left with the unsecured debt, which he's not paying right now either (no one's suggested fraud with the unsecured debt)

There's no incentive for the unsecured lenders to force him into bankruptcy.

He can freelance and simply cash his checks (no bank account to be garnished).

If he works a salaried job, it would take months to get a wage garnishment (assuming a judgement), then he just switches to a new employer (or moves to a garnishee-friendly state)

He's living with a bunch of Soviet refugees - not likely they will open the door to Cashcall or anyone else they don't personally know.

In a year or 2, he files for bankruptcy, discharging all unsecured debt (no matter how big the balance) and starting fresh.

Everybody here does understand text on a blog does not constitute legal proof of any crime?

I could set up a blog tomorrow where I impersonated someone I don't like and "admit" to all sorts of things.

$100k is manageable, $500k is fatal. The single recourse forecloure does not apply to Casey as these are investment houses and he lied. His blog is not proof but it is evidence. Any jury resented with his deliberate and calculated manipulation would surely conclude his guilt. He's burned so many bridges he'll never be able to get under the radar ever again and his family eithr won't or won't be able to protect him.

awesome picture rob.

So anyway..some good news..I was going through my mail (OMG I let it pile up for 4 days) and I found some response to (what I call trolling letters in honor of casey) responses from letters I sent to past companies I used to work at asking if I had any 401k money still on their books.

I got one back from a company I worked at years ago......I hope your sitting down...with a whopping 12k in my 401k.....SWEEET>

I will be on the phone with them tomorrow to roll that baby over into my current account.

a special note just to jade (makes googly eyes and growwls)...

yes it is true you have to be extremely organized to make a go of real estate...when you start your a one man or one woman show....as you gain some knowledge and income you slowly outsource the stuff that monopolizes your time so you can be out there finding the deals...but you also have to know what those people do, how they do it and be able to do it yourself so you can gauge their success.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with stocks...it is a great investment vehicle......I am a firm believer in find what you are comfortable with, what you are good at and be the best at it.

Although real estate is where I am currently in the direction of moving into and it will be the biggest part of my portfolio...I like you look at my overall financial health and like to diversify.

I have been slowly pumping 50 bucks at a time into loans at prosper.com

My strategy there is to read the forums and see which people have been doing it for along time and then looking at their track records for what loans they help fund and what the default rate is.

So far I have found a couple people that have phenomenal track records...so when i see them bid on a loan....I know they have done allot more research and have invested allot more time in their methods than I care too...

So I just pony up a 50 spot in a bid right behind them.

SO far I have about 500 bucks in there spread over 10 loans and am making a decent ROI with it.

If it is something you would like ..it beats the interest rate your getting on your CD>

suggestion for your next topic ROBdawg

I would like a topic (because I know casey reads this site) of what he can expect in the next coming months as far as debt collection attempts he will face....I mean the guy just told cashcall to fuck off...He has said before that the lenders wont stop calling....I would love to see the input from people regarding that now since the lenders have written him off and decided to bite the bullet and foreclose..what he can expect from people that are much more desperate to get money since they have UNSECURED loans with him.

Banks in the end say screw you...atleast we have collateral.

Please rob...I need this topic..I cant wait to see heidis and dolphs and stephanieJ's responses about what to expect since he has roughly what....30 unsecured loans between him and vagalina that are all going indo default status soon (if they already havent)

No one ever claimed his blog was "legal" proof. Rob is correct, it is evidence. He admitted committing certain crimes. The evidence he provides in the blog allows investigators and prosecutors to establish facts about what crimes were committed. Those facts are legal proof of his crimes.

That is why so many people tried to tell him to take the darn thing down back in September.

Thanks CHJTS -

I've never seen prosper.com! Probably not for me (at this time). I think I'll stick with stocks and pansy-ass safe investments for a while. My risk tolerance is pretty low since I only just recently got completely out of debt (except for my mortgage)

what casey's blog shows more than anything else is that he continued to borrow money knowing full well he would have no way of repaying it. He also repeatedly made excuses for not getting a job. Basically it shows he has NEVER had any intention of repaying any of it, which is not going to help him much if/when he does attempt to BK.

Bill,

With all due respect, stop watching Law & Order. Internet content, email, and other electronic evidence can and has been used as evidence to convict many people. I won't even go into the fact that Casey alone has mod rights to his blogs and that all of his posts and various blogs are backed up by the facts of his actions.

You do not know anyone in law enforcement. They take these cases very personally. MANY key people have been made aware of this turd. He will not be allowed to evade them. It may take a few months, but it's going to happen.

re: ---Everybody here does understand text on a blog does not constitute legal proof of any crime?---

Of course it doesn't. But when that text describes and points to the evidence of a crime, it can be very damaging. Casey has admitted on his blog to obtaining money through "liar loans". If the banks holding those loans check their files, that can be verified. Casey has admitted to obtaining cash back in possible violation of law. If he did that, the evidence will exist and can be discovered by injured parties. Casey has sent, to friends and family, a solicitation for a fraudulent "investment opportunity". That has been externally verified. Casey has formed a company, Able Buyer, which seeks to engage in real estate transactions. The company is not properly registered in California. Any transaction involving the company will be illegal until it it is legally registered. Casey has claimed to terminate a bank account from which electronic payments were to be deducted. In some instances this is a crime. By publicly proclaiming he has done these things, he has freely given notice to those he may have defrauded that his offenses against them exist. It is possible he made up his crimes as a fun interent story, and no fraud exists. However, many of his properties and related transactions have been verified by readers of his blog, so Casey is most likely guilty of most or all of the crimes to which he has confessed. Many suspect him of even more, unreported crimes. Any one of the frauds, considered individually, to which he has laid claim can result in prison time. He has claimed several. It is almost certain he will face criminal sanction, the least of which will be lifelong financial servitude.

That Casey publicly admitted that he took these actions is strong proof that he must be the dumbest of dumb asses, and that all those who associate with him closely are cursed, either by genetic chance or by bad choice. If Casey had led a quiet life of fraud, it's possible he may have slipped through the cracks. His relatively high profile has changed things in a bad way for him. He has painted himself into a corner and blamed the paint.

Casey's attitude, the curiously annoying pictures he posts of himself, the idiocy which he has brazenly paraded, and the suspiscious behaviors he carelessly reveals and then tries to hide, can easily lead one to assess the young man as a worthless pig, who does indeed deserve the most vile and uncomfortable of fates.

Are his crimes the equal of those who murder, rape and do violence? Objectively, no - but the perpetrators of such acts do not rub the world's nose in their actions by blogging in great detail about their crimes. It's almost as if we've come to know Casey, and unfortunately, to know him, apparently, is to hate him. His simpering, smirking, hateful face invites a brick, and I want to see it ruined forever.

THE WORLD WILL BE HAPPY WHEN CASEY LOOKS LIKE THIS

Casey Fannnnn - I was totally with you until that picture. Ugh. I'm about to go to bed, for crying out loud, and now I'm going to have nightmares.

Oh please, more drama queen nonsense.

Do all of you write a check when the first demand letter comes in the mail?

Hey, what about claiming Cashcall's gonna go break some legs?

The unsecured lenders can call and write all they want, but CS doesn't open the mail.

And his cellphone will likely be gone (for nonpayment) soon enough.

Mr. Bubbles, I could start a blog on anyone I dislike tomorrow.

It would have all their personal information, down to their home phone number, and their name will be the only "authorized moderator", on the account.

But I'd still be the one making the posts.

I could do the same to any real estate flipper I didn't like, especially one who was already underwater (no shortage of those nationwide)

All publicly available information.

Corporate lenders aren't in the revenge business.

As strongly as you may personally feel about this situation (maybe you'd beat the guy if he owed you ten bucks), the RE lenders will cut their losses via foreclosure, ASAP, and move on.

Anonymous said...

You all make some interesting points, but I for one don't want investigators who "take these things personally." I want them to analyze things objectively.

As for the justice system, I'd prefer similar judgement whether someone leads a "quiet life of fraud" or public life of fraud.

In other words, you get a sentence based on your crime. Getting a sentence enhanced because you have a "simpering, smirking, hateful face" isn't justice, it's vengence. `

Casey has admitted to several MSM journalists that he is the person behind IAFF.com. There have been several newspaper and magazine articles containing this admission. There has been at least one broadcast TV interview containing this admission. There's a youtube video, published by Robert Kiyosaki's organization, in which Casey admits this as well.

I don't think there's any way Casey can claim that IAFF.com was set up by some anonymous hater to frame him.

---I don't think there's any way Casey can claim that IAFF.com was set up by some anonymous hater to frame him.---

If it should become a legal issue, a subpoena could be obtained to get the IP of the actual IAFF poster. Unless Casey used a proxy, his IP would be revealed. I don't think even Casey would try to claim that the entire IAFF blog was an elaborate attempt to frame him.

It is the lender's choice as to how they wish to foreclose in CA.

If the lender chooses the quick method (trustee), they waive any further recovery.

I believe you meant to refer to the exception to judicial foreclosure under CA law (where there is no personal liability for a purchase mortgage for a personal residence)

In that case, the owner can "walk away" from the property with immunity from personal liability regardless of the method of foreclosure.

To Casey Fannn - Thanks for the link to the old Casey blog. I am astounded by the following quote. In Sept. 2006 he was trying to "overcome his weakness of over analyzing stuff"?

"The Outlook Journal will now get my daily mission logs and this blog will be my public outlet. This demonstrates my desire to overcome my weakness of over-analyzing stuff too much and just doing it and learning from mistakes. No more analysis paralysis."

Here in Utah we have an enormous problem with polygamy with estimates of as many as 30,000 people practicing it or involved with it.

The biggest problem in enforcing the law is that all of the subsequent marriages are "spiritual" and the participants do not go down to the county courthouse and get a marriage certificate, so prosecution is rather difficult.

Several years ago, one of the main polygamist leaders went on a television talk show and ADMITTED that he was involved with polygamy and talked about several of his wives. Using that information the Attorney general was able to do some investigative work and deduce that one of the women he admitted to being married to spiritually was underage when the marriage occured, and since there was no legal marriage certificate, his resulting sexual relations with her was illegal. He is now in jail, thankfully.

Everything you say, can and will be held against you, whether on blogs or Oprah.

You got it! Don't say things in public (or on a blog) you don't want other people or the DA to know. How simple is that concept.

I was truly astounded at the polygamy in Utah. It's not just down in Hildale and Colorado City either. I saw these sister wives and their kids at Smiths in Sandy.

Oddly, I love "Big Love" on HBO.
