Bloggerdamus Chapter 7, Verse 9 thru 11

He who bloggeth, knowest thine blog will bringest haters…
He who trolleth, knowest thine troll will bringest haters…
He who hateth the haters, shall surely bringeth more haters

That might contain too many syllables for Casey to understand. But it is quite brilliant, isn't it. D&D has been a good poster for a long time.

This one from J. Whittimer Lightning is also good:

"Casey is not a moron, he just plays one on an internet blog.

[...]

Are we really to believe that Giligan engineered and built the boat that took them all on that fateful three hour tour, yet he managed to sabatoge every susequent island rescue?"

I've no doubt the personae Casey has adopted on his blog are in large part contrivances. This disturbs and angers me far more than if he were just bipolar and provocative and stupid and amoral. The calculated manner of his presentation indicates a reptilian hindbrain of a most destructive nature.

Hindbrain = Head up his ass
= Thinks with his ass
= Asinine
= Asshole

Any others?

Who has called the lawyers Homey posted? I'm curious to hear some feedback.

Just noticed something. Galina's brother's residence is *literally* around the block from Casey's old Salmon Falls condo address. I wonder if this is how they met.

And both these addresses are close to the Light Rail station that is named... wait for it... MANLOVE.

No prob Rob, sorry about that.

Our little buddy is at it again - trying to get out of a contract. This time it is his NM RE Agent who doesn't have experience with short sales.......

I'd share what I said on Boy Wonder's blog, but we know he's watching and reading here, so I'll wait until he posts my comment.

Anonymous said...

What the hell is the Board of Equalization? Are they the agency in charge from that show The Equalizer from the 80's? Casey, better watch out, he's about to get his ass kicked by an angry British guy.

Anonymous said...

Oooohhh, State Board of Equalization. Those bastards are NASTY. They showed up unannounced to corporate headquaters in a fly-over state and:

1) Demanded an audit.
2) Informed our company that we would be paying California taxes at ALL of our locations outside of CA, since we were doing business inside of CA.

I wasn't there to witness it, but apparently, the situation was tense and ugly.

Anonymous said...

Board of Equalization? Sounds nefarious.

Anonymous said...

That's the CA tax agency. They don't fuck around. They ain't there to surf either.

Anonymous said...

What the hell is the Board of Equalization?

Among other things the BofE assures that businesses based outside of California that do business inside of California pay all appropriate California taxes. For example, by their rules, if a CA resident buys something online from someone in say, TX, the TX party is supposed to pay CA sales taxes.

...but who introduced the short-sale buyer and so is entitled to his commission if the sale goes through, no?

(Prediction: no short sale.)

Good comment from Nigel:

"Why would your existing agent let you out of the listing agreement? Are they tired of working with you? If they let you out, how will you find a good replacement agent in the short time remaining? Technically you’ve got an offer pending. Whether you relist or not, your existing agent is due their commission on that offer."

Anonymous said...

I hope the law firm takes the next couple weeks to build an airtight fraud case and then decides NOT to accept the short sale, or make him sign a promissory note

Rob Dawg said...

No one would accept a note from him. Would you even if it were airtight?

I feel funny asking this -- what is the 411 with the res-com stuff? did casey try to get certified as a home appraiser? and to what end?

I'm sure what Homey DA can say publicly is quite limited, since they are building a case. I just wonder if the case is against Casey and Galina alone, or is there "family" involved.

Homey, you are a true hero. just be careful, dawg.

thanks for the shoutout.

but actually since casey started heavy moddin' i was required to change my handle to a more poistive

I doubt Casey will be able to Short Sale the New Mexico house, Because a Judicial Foreclose(the only kind available in NM) becomes official 30 days after the Notice of Sale is filed. I believe the auction was rescheduled not the foreclosure. If what Homey said was true, Why else would a lawyer enter a home someone else owns with out their consent.

Anonymous said...

the cancellation of the auction was the same as if the reserve bid was not obtained at auction.

casey has been relieved of ownership, so put a line through the NM house. all that's left TBD is the size of the judgment against Casey.

Anonymous said...

Does Casey have any property in AZ? He had the whole Rich Dad/NLL crapola, but why would the AZ government come after him.

Ogg the Caveman said...

California has also told mail-order vendors with no presence in the state that in order to sell to state agencies, they must collect California sales tax on *all* sales, regardless of the purchaser's location.

This is the sort of thing that really pisses me off about the California government. No other state tries to project power beyond its borders to such an extent. Much of the country views California the way the rest of the world views the US these days.

Just because the CA Board of Equalization is about to screw over someone who deserves it doesn't make them the good guys.
