There I was, mowing the lawn, thinking about poor Casey and the pool of doom.
We don't know that he went to Modesto and we sure don't know if he mucked out the pool. It would have been remarkably like work, which isn't exactly his strongest suit.
So I start thinking about how he expects life to be handed to him on a plate, no money work or brains required.
It's all very cargo cult. When you're shiftless and gormless, but that doesn't seem to stop others equally shiftless and gormless from making a living doing nothing, then it's worth trying to pretend.
Build a fake runway. Build a fake control tower. Put a fake headset on. Free stuff is supposed to just fall out of the sky, dammit!
Rob, just got back from a Costco that was not the normal one I go to. Why? Well, it's close to Modesto.

I realized today that Casey is entering my Subconscious.
I was swimming laps today, so how beautiful and clean the pool was under the Arizona sun, and thought about Casey.

I am getting sick of his hyterionics. The first decent thing that his has done in weeks, and then he shuts it down. Some people are just allergic to doing right.
I am going back and forth on why Casey shut down the blog (it can't be for the reason stated for the simple reason that you can't believe anything he says)
a.He was told to do it by his criminal attorney, who told him if he didn't shut it down, then he would not represent Casey. Well Casey doesn't want anyone telling him what to do, so he connived this whole thing to give himself an excuse to shut it down.
b. He thought that in response to his "life sucks" post, there would be a spontaneous outpouring of sympathy and of donations via his tip jar and there wasn't --- nor did anyone show up with a shovel to dig out his stupid pool at his stupid house. A fit of pique and the comments get cut off.
c. Galina read the blog.
d. He got frightened by something in one of the comments that were posted and instead of just deleting the one, he deleted them all after a certain point. (Hammar Corporation anyone? Scotsman Article about the bogus company? The post warning him about practicing law and/or giving financial advice without the proper licensing? Anyone? Bueller?)
e. He and Nigel have kissed and made up, and Nigel was pissed about the THE REAL NIGEL SWABY posts.

OMG!!! Ratlab! Is it true? Did you really??? No... That would just be too perfect... OMG. Now the waiting starts... The decision making. Should I just stay up, constantly hitting refresh or just check in the morning. If I stay up I'll be tired tomorrow, but I can always take a nap. These are the times when I ask myself "WWCD?" (What would Casey Do?) and I do the opposite. I guess that means go to sleep and check first thing in the morning!!

Many of the comments left yesterday on IAFF crossed the line and were unnecessary, IMHO. I can understand why Casey would want to delete them and shut down the block (if only temporarily). He would be well-served by taking a break from blogging and other publicity-seeking and just be a productive member of society.

I call BULLSHIT! He KNEW this would happen. After seeing RATLAB'S preview picture, the ONLY reason he is "shutting down" is to keep from having to admit that he did NOTHING to the pool. I bet he NEVER went to Modesto at all.
I see people feeling sorry for this fucktard, giving him money, trying to cheer him up, and it makes me SICK. How would YOU like to live near this pool? He needs to be arrested or he will NEVER, EVER stop.
You know that isn't a "lost ball" either. Some kid saw his ball go over the fence and into the pool. He took one look at the water and said "Screw it!"

Oh yeah, neighbors have kids. That's one of the motivators for fixing the fence.
While talking to another neighbor, the previous owner drove by and waved. Lucky bastard... compared to Casey who's still holding onto the property.

I don't think Casey can afford an attorney, although he often goes on about his corporate and criminal attorneys. Virtual attorneys show up in EVERY situation ever. They're free, after all, so why not have a whole fleet of them?
I think Galina is on public assistance, which is why she can't get a job (that would reduce her benefit amount). Someone mentioned that here, and may have mentioned it there. She probably got scared that people would see that and made him delete everything around that point. The rules for that are strict, as far as I know. You have to report all the people in the household, you have to report all the income of everyone. It would ALSO explain what happened with her education: unbelievably, California will cut your benefits immediately if you go to any sort of school. They will not help with books for college... so like I said, I think she's on public assistance or SSI/SDI). She, he, or all three of them probably lied to get their benefits, which a quick google search tells me is around $800/$850 a month for a single person living on their own.... which is simply not enough to pay rent in Sacramento/West Sac, at ~$750/month, and pay utilities, phone, etc., even if you beg and trash dive for food. Also, it's magnitudes of times harder to get public assistance if you have no children or are not a minority.
Since I wanted to help provide more fodder for fun, I decided to check out the shipwreck that is the suxxor dawg blog - and the image simply won't display for confirmation.
How can we encourage such dedicated effort if we can't even hope to post?
Unfortunately, it looks like the suxxor dawg blog will be like a summer network TV series, already cancelled before broadcast.
Not that I'm heartbroken - but women wearing tinfoil bikinis has always been a fetish of mine. I guess it is one of Nigel's too.
I posted several comments, some as simple as "Hi Nigel" and none of them got through. If it were a random internet troll, they would let all comments through because their goal is to piss people off and they love nothing better than to fan the flames between two already warring parties. I say this as a person with the occasional trolling tendencies.
As a fun exercise, try posting the most vile defamatory anti-Nigel comments possible. They won't get through, but Nigel will read them. And he can't even mention them without revealing his hand. Be sure to leave a link to an SLC article in them as well.
