I held a conference call with both my BK and defense lawyers to discuss an end strategy. Some of this sucks but I understand and you deserve the truth. My Church is what makes this all possible so don't hate me for this. I will be moving into the Modesto house with G. The Church has loaned me the money to catch up and the auxillary is having a "home raising" next Sat to make the place liveable. Anyone is invited, many hands make light work, you'll meet some great people. There's even a lunch box social chicken BBQ. Now the part that sux. While G and I can live happily ever after in the grace of the Maker it won't be without tribulation. [The Bible sure knows doesn't it?] My defense attorney made a few calls and turns out I'm not important enough to go after [huh?] but I am important enough to make my life miserable if I don't cooperate. So, the upshot is I'll be spending the next few years testifying. Looks like I'll be spending a lot of time travelling but with very little time to bird dog the deals for next time. Hey, I know; there won't be a next time. The BK lawyer, she's really on my team, she says any deal with the bench is surely going to include a prohibition on my real estate activities. This is the first I've hard about this but then this is the first time I've been completely honest with my lawyer or you my loyal followers. I'm sorry... truly.
April fools. Sukkahs. You didn't really think I'd be doing the right thing? I mean come on, you must be more gullible than Cashcall.

As to this topic. I occurs to me. Casey is a bad con man practicing to become a really bad con man. And I mean it both ways. He keeps searching for his magic formula of rhetoric and BS and charm and feistiness. Setting aside the likelihood that he'll be going to graduate skool in criminality courtesy of the State, he's learning to lie better. Read the comments from people recently arrived to his site.
There's too much Casey/EN blog-pile from yesterday to even dig into, so I'm just gonna walk around it, but it looks as if a good slime weas had by all.
I thought Ape Real Fools was over, so when I saw your post, I actually felt relief. "Resolution, and rationality!" I thought. You got me.

Seriously, the more I think about "The Phone Call" the more I change my concern from a monkey with a gun to a wanna be gansta with a 'tude.

Hey guys I know I said on the call with Nacho that I have made the mistake on this blog of not telling the full story and leave room for assumptions / speculations. I should either tell you the full story with all gory details or nothing at all.
But today was different. April Fools Day. Come on guys. Have a little sense of humor! (I should have provided a screenshot of my corporate etrade account to make it more believable).
About begging for money and buying sweet sub-penny stocks. I understand you are angry but look at the facts first:
Notice I said in this post that I bought the stock on Friday. The market closes friday afternoon. I was begging friday night into the wee hours of saturday morning.
There is no way I could have used the donation money to buy this stock! Only one commenter got it right. Every one else just assumed.
So please don’t be upset with me. I understand your frustration tho. I do. If I REALLY bought this stock with donation money your anger WOULD be somewhat justified.
I used the donation money to pay CashCall and the rest will be used for food, auto-insurance, catchup on some bills, etc.
Also, I never offered to have you vote on how I spend the money if it went over 180. Only if I didn’t reach the goal. However this gives me an idea…
What if I start a donation pool for particular purpose or maybe let you vote on the purpose / destination. That way you feel good about what your money is paying for."
@Casey: I'll donate, if you promise to get a sweet vasectomy with the money. Hell, sweet cash back, I don't care, as long as that deal gets closed and soon!

I'm fairly sure this is exactly the discussion he and Nigel had. Nigey poo wasted time defending snowflake and outing haterz to prop up Casey's domain name brand only to see it all go up in flames at the trick-a-thon.
Casey has conned you all. He's laughing all the way to the loan office. The donations, the interview and the posts are all to drive up traffic to his site again. It was dropping off but thanks to you marks it's climbing back up again.
I'd like to cock punch all of you for helping make Casey successful. Why aren't you helping the guy with the 384400 in debt website who is actually *DOING* something to pay off his debts? Why aren't you doing *PAID* interviews with him?

Let me see if I can re-construct this, and feel free to correct me if I'm mistaken:
- KC supposedly has $40 cash to his name.
- KC gets "scared" by Cash Call. Begs haters to bail him out to the tune of $180.00.
- Haters bail KC out.
- KC buys $4000.00 in stock the same day BEFORE the hater's money came through.
Did I miss something? From the above, I deduce that KC HAD the money to pay Cash Call, but conned the haters into doing it for him.

I am totally fucking confused over this:
1. Why anyone would give this fool any money. [ Full disclosure: I told him I'd pay him $10 if he'd clear up the UTAH payment situation. A very safe bet, a bit safer than saying "Casey I will pay you ten dollars if a purple farting flying bisexual monkey flies out of my ass whistling Dixie and waving a Confederate flag with a vote for George McGovern bumper sticker on its ass".
Cause he either has (a) no idea what happened to the UTAH money and because finding it is not instantly gratifying to him or (b) he stole it.]
2. Did he buy the stock and post about on April's Fool as a joke or not buy the stock and say he did as a joke?
3. I can't decide whether I hope he dies in a fiery one car accident or is shanked in prison.
4. Did Homey predict an arrest today or will it be tomorrow or did I misread his last post entirely?
The stock thing was an April fool's joke. Of course he is too lazy to post it on the front page, it's in the comments.

Swabby has gotten used to the taste of Galina's sharp, bitter juices, so Swabby decided to confront Snowflake about it.

I would not be surprised if Casey is never arrested. If he actually is arrested and tried, he'll most likely plea-bargain to probation or a suspended sentence. That is, if he is ever indicted. More than likely, charges will be dropped.
If you really want to see Casey in jail, we need a major housing and financial meltdown. Then the masses will start demanding scapegoats.
I forgot: Casey has been reported to the FBI and state authorities on numerous occasions. Sitemeter shows some hits on IAFF and EN from various law enforcement servers.
So far, law enforecement has done nothing.
