Pack'em Up Move Them Out!

Poor old v-dubbs just isn't up to the task of all that Ikea furniture and some stupid jackass is left hanging. Now that's leverage.

Casey should commit suicide

You know, Rob, I've been noticing a few comments, usually from Anons, that say "Casey should kill himself" and I have to say that's pushing it quite a bit.

Yeah, the guy's an idiot, but there's no need for those sorts of comments.

Is there any way to stop this or get rid of those comments? Yes, we are haterz, but for most of us, I really don't think we'd want Casey to off himself.

No, Casey should not and will not. That's not hatin' that's the worst thing that could happen right now. Think little picture, think big picture. The pain and tragedy part goes without saying but beyond that it would cost even more money to clean up his messes without him around. In the big picture he could become a martyr. His name would be used to push through legislation that would make things worse. No, like it or not we need Casey.

Ditto on those kind of comments not being appropriate. Maybe Anonopussy was trying to be funny.....he failed.

Schnapps, I was posting as you were. You are correct, it is not funny and not productive. I don't even want Casey bullied in prison. That's a failure of our criminal system not him.

I am becoming worried however. Casey has fallen about a quarter of the way to the bottom and is already wondering if it can get any worse. He's even thinking there are good things coming. At best good things will delay the inevitable. At worst those good things are somebody playing a sick joke too far. We know there are some real sickos out there don't we?

There's a lot of things Casey need to do and a lot of them include taking BETTER care of himself.

There's Casey, the fraudulent flipper
Galina, the soon-to-be stripper
Her bro's in the slammer
Aleksey's a scammer
But overall, everything's chipper! :-)

I'll admit I do feel bad for Casey . . . it's got to be miserable, having some thief steal CashCall's stereo out of Wells Fargo's car.

. . .

But seriously, having somebody just shamelessly steal from you in broad daylight . . . now Casey knows how the bank feels.

I doubt he'll get kicked out, though. He'll just ring the register over at the corporation and cut a certified check to pay the rent. Do not underestimate this man's ability to play for time.

(I'll also agree that many posters have taken things way too far--I don't wish any miserable prison treatment on Casey; I think being permanently banned from borrowing anything for the rest of his life, and having his wages garnished for the forseeable future while he works a working-class job and lives a working-class life, would be as much as he deserves. Whoever posted that material on the site that won't be named, however, deserves prison.)

Oh, BTW Dawg™, nice picture choice for this topic -- I can see what you were going for:

The cart in the picture is being led by an ass, just like the driver of the Jetta ;-)

I've also just realized that I'm an idiot, since you posted that very same analogy in words right next to the picture. I should learn to read before posting. heh, My bad. :-)

I'm glad someone brought up those comments about KC offing himself.

As much as I would love to see him in jail or deported back to whence he came or both, I'd rather not be a part of anything that encouraged him to kill himself.

Suicide is never the right answer and it is morally wrong to "help someone along their way".

Just my $.02

It's the sweet power of leverage!

I have been somewhat disturbed by the suicicde comments as well as the prison rape comments. I imagine someone favorable to Casey looking to elcit sympathy for him by pointing to "hater" comments like suicide and prison rape.

If they are genuine and they might be, those comments are indicative of the really bad emotions that Casey's blog has stirred up in disturbed people. Tim from MBA at least had the courtesy to abjectly apologize and never show his face here again for his creepy post. Please note that I am not Tim nor do I even kno the guy. I wish Casey could really appreciate his whole phenomenon from our level. The book on Casey and Nigel if there was one could be "The Dumbest Guys in the Room."

Benoit At 1:22 PM,
I think many of us could be suffering from group think. Yesterday, while I was reading the Any Last Words comments and reviewing SerCasey’s latest uploads, the OBJECTS IN MIRROR ARE CLOSER THAN THEY APPEAR PHOTO captured my attention, so I posted it in my Casey art series and later discovered Rob Dawg posted the same one with a similar but spoofed header. Weird. I hadn’t even received Rob Dawg’s feed yet. Although my Blog about a Blog about a Blog is intended to be derivative by definition, that one was in fact non-intentional.

Someone please direct me to the Tim from MBA post!

I DO NOT say or repeat a lot of the STUPID shit said about our heroes. I don't discuss Galina's hot titties, or homosexual loving, or Bubba. I DO think the stripper I saw last night has more virtue than Galina and Casey, because I do feel meeting your own obligations is a vital part of civilization. And I do think Nigel and Casey have a creepy relationship between creepy people. But I object to a lot of the vulgarity that comes up. Casey's a crook and Nigel's a weasel. Exaggerating it makes it less funny to me, and more, just, dumb and annoying.

If I met Casey, I would be very friendly, and try to interview him, even over a Jamba, on me. I am even inclined to empathize, despite all I've learned, because I have been through similar trials. He responded differently than I did, and he'll continue paying steeper prices until that changes. But he's not the first con man I've met. I've partied with gansters and addicts. Society has plenty of everyday crooks. Lock your doors, clean your guns, and be friendly to people you meet, ok?

I often compare Casey to young adults I know who have low-overhead lives, and who can do something like a small PHP contract and feel like the money they earned goes a long way. People who get seat covers or expensive juice, but for whom it is all good, bills contained, if not paid. Once you drop below the surface and into the depths of failure, there's always deeper down to go. Yet I am certain that Casey could be a neighbor on a stupid trampoline on a summer's day and be, in every way, ordinary and free. If only he would get a job, and denounce credit permanently. Until then, yeah, the scam rolls on.

I'd like to add that Rob's suggestion of poetry has added yet another chapter to our story.
