He's Pale He's Rested

...and He's ready for another beg-a-thon. Remember, he reads ever line here. Well, probably not the asset derived Chinese dollar denominated trade pressure stuff but you know, the important stuff like "creative rent borrowing." He's made the wind up. Where's the pitch? Does anyone think he's learned enough recently to understand any begging will not work? Speaking of good things coming; not a peep about Hammar and the dirty penny stock questions that won't go away. Surely after all the trouble he's not stopping at $4500 in corporate i-vestment debt. I-vestment as in paying himself.

Since I was a major contributor to the Inaugural Beg-a-thon, I feel uniquely qualified to comment.

When he groveled the event into existence, it was unique and mildly entertaining. Now, what does he have to offer worth paying for? What could he do that would be of monetary value?

He's shot his wad and would be firing blanks if he attempted Beg-a-thon II. If he does produce the sequel, would G be the guest star and Snowflake act as master of ceremonies?

Oh yes, did I mention who was FIRST..once again? At this rate I'll have more FIRSTS than Nigel has unique visitors to his award winning blog.

I am not the first, or even the first murst, but I am the "worst'!

Maybe he'll get some $$ from the Swab. Blech - I wonder what sort of strings would be attached there?!

Yes, I really do put some thought into the graphics. It's nice when it's noticed.

Good thing snowflake and Swaby's girlfriend visit the IKEA in West Sac and not the one in Emeryville. He might never get there with the freeway interchange collapse.

Oh yeah, commutes around the Bay Bridge are going to suck badly during the work week.

Just a side note here...not sure if this issue has been covered elsewhere, but I'm starting to wonder if Casey is on drugs. When you do the math, the amount of money spent in a year is staggering. There's at least a couple of hundred dollars he spent last year that are totally unaccounted for, right?

I've heard people bandy around the old "buried in coffee-cans" idea that he's stashed this money in his back yard or an offshore bank, and I admit this is certainly possible. But I haven't heard a serious discussion of the possibility that Casey and possibly other friends/family have used the money to bankroll a serious cocaine or speedball habit, say. I think it would have to be coke alone or possibly coke plus heroin because its very hard to spend that much money in a year on most other types of drugs.

One or two people could conceiveably go through that much coke or coke/heroin in a year if they were partying all the time. And let's face it...the lack of touch with reality, the mood swings, the "highs" followed by "lows," the "it'sallgood," rapid and constant writing and editing, delusional/magical thinking, compulsive lying, the huge blocks of time where we have no clue what he is doing all day ...all possible evidence of what could be a serious nose-candy habit, theoretically speaking of course.

Furthermore, from what I've seen of Casey's behavior, he's never exhibited the forsight and impulse control that would be necessary to stash and preserve several hundred thousand bucks in a hole in the ground or in a Caymen Island bank, etc. I can much, much more easily see him spending the money on something that provides instant gratification and costs a lot.

I don't think CS has a "habit". People theorise about this with the attitude and amount of money he's gone through, but I can see that he's easily got through that amount of money with his lifestyle and keeping G happy. We've just seen that he had a fancy stereo in the Jetta, plus seat covers, fancy rims (and therefore tyres?) etc. We haven't a clue what else he has spent over the past months in a similar way. Then again, neither has he.

"Hey, the show was actually pre-taped about 3 months ago. That’s why some of the stuff was a little out dated.

So when I say I was making $3,000 consulting, I really was back when I was working for Chris on a regular basis for a few weeks.

Recently I had less jobs so I am making less. This doesn’t mean that I can’t make $3K or $8K next month. In fact I probably will."

The "East Bay" / Bay Bridge has some of the worst traffic in the area even on a normal day. That accident is going to screw a LOT of folks.

I blame Casey! *grin*

I don't see KC doing drugs - given moderately expensive tastes, and complete unconcern about his spending habits, you can burn through a **LOT** of money very rapidly.

Come on, this is a guy who doesn't care that he is incurring $37 overdraft charges on his Jamba Juice purchases. Given that attitude, you don't need heroin to wreck yourself financially...

Casey likes to say the Utah commitment is behind him. It is not.

We of course, have the now-standard footprints of Casey's fraudulent claim to being using the house as a personal residence - notice initials:
2nd home rider

And he also was supposed to keep the insurance up, make sure these homes were properly maintained (can you say "Muncy pool of death"?)and did not fall to disrepair, etc.

This from the Utah contract, again, note initials:

Haz ins etc

Casey, did you pay your notes? Did you notifie the people holding first and second that you had in fact "wrapped" the property? Did you note the clause about balloon payments, and about acceleration?

Casey, you are going to be some big dude's girlfriend in PMITA prison, and that's a fact.

You don't think so now.

But the die is cast, and you can't run back to the home country fast enough to avoid it.

It will be sweet to watch.

Sorry, gave same link twice -- let's try this again:

Let's try this again! Casey signed 2nd home rider

Having "spent" a few days in Tahoe, the 6 months of honeymoon time could account for all the missing money.

Can't you jut see six months of lotus eating and one morning Casey says "That was fun, time to move back to Sacramento and resume as head of the real estate empire I've ignored for half a year."

Didn't he say the penny stock was an April Fool's joke?

Sprezzatura said...

@Steph -- yes he did, but some people seem determined to believe that it was a real purchase anyway.

I used to be when I had to go into the SF office a few times a year, I'd drive to the Richmond exit and take BART in, or just take Amtrak all the way from Davis.

@Stephanie J

He danced around the issue. The following is from post #107 at http://www.iamfacingforeclosure.com/192/i-bought-13-million-shares-of-gspg/#comments

About begging for money and buying sweet sub-penny stocks. I understand you are angry but look at the facts first:

Notice I said in this post that I bought the stock on Friday. The market closes friday afternoon. I was begging friday night into the wee hours of saturday morning.

There is no way I could have used the donation money to buy this stock! Only one commenter got it right. Every one else just assumed.

So please don’t be upset with me. I understand your frustration tho. I do. If I REALLY bought this stock with donation money your anger WOULD be somewhat justified.

Anonymous said...

Casey also at one point seemed to say "I didn't use any PERSONAL funds to buy stocks", but left the door open that he might have used corporate funds to make his "investment."

At first I, too, thought that this an April Fool's joke; but his careful lawyer-ese in his answers makes me wonder...

Anonymous said...

I think there are many other debts and expenses that Casey isn't talking about. He lent 8K to some near stranger in Dallas and hasn't gotten a dime of it back, IIRC. I suspect he got scammed by others as well.

I wouldn't rule out a drug habit completely. In the last TV interview he did a lot of people talked about how bad he looked. He also looked a lot thinner in his spa pictures.

So please don’t be upset with me. I understand your frustration tho. I do. If I REALLY bought this stock with donation money your anger WOULD be somewhat justified.

Got to love that "somewhat justified" nonsense.

Didn't he say the penny stock was an April Fool's joke?

No - he gave a totally ambiguous answer that is very open to interpretation.

Also, Casey probably had a bunch of previous debts/loans that he had to pay off before he started his housing adventure. I'm sure that some of the CashBack(TM) went to this.

I expect that he used some of the cashback to make minimum payments on some of his credit cards. And I believe he said he was doing some web design stuff while he was living in Tahoe. And if you want to check the chronology, I'm pretty sure his REI fiasco (other than having made $30K from selling his condo) started after he and G returned from Tahoe.

It's easy with snowflake to assume the worst.

Especially when he's offered nothing but the worst.

Re: big haterz and the 2nd home rider ...

Looks like par for the course for Casey. A contract is just a piece of paper to him. People sign them all the time, right? It's not like he is about to honour that commitment, having broken all the rest.

Casey will sign anything to get what he wants. He's completely unscrupulous.

I wonder if the 8k loan in Dallas had something to do with prosper.com...Seems right up sercasey's alley.

Dang, it really feels like we are at or almost at the end of IAFF. So many unanswered questions.....

Anonymous said...

There are many details which KC has left out of the story he has presented to us. In fact I suspect that most of the story is fabricated. He instructed G not to ever say anything in public (and conveniently claimed she is a "very private person") so that she would never contradict any of his statements. In fact this is why KC only gives vague answers to our questions. It is difficult to make two absolutely vague statements that directly contradict each other. And when he speaks on TV or elsewhere it looks scripted. Anyway, just something to think about...

Every time I tried to post a comparison of how much money a average meth addict goes through a month with how much money Casey has gone through every month, he's never let my posts go through. He's had no problem with far more angrier posts I've written. He did let one post where I said he was "addicted to money" through. Interesting.

I was trying to show how Casey has been more of a drain on society in the past year than a typical drug addict who has been forging checks, stealing credit card numbers, and employing other ways to steal money from banks and lenders. He does not appreciate this comparison for some reason.
