Good One Somebody

Its all good
Date: 2007-04-27, 3:30AM PDT
I need to get my hair done because it's annoying me.
Love heels; hate flats. I usually only wear sneakers when I go for a run, but sometimes, I feel the need to prance around town looking like a bum in a t-shirt, athletic shorts, and New Balances. Chances are, if I'm dressed like that, I'm stopping for ice cream or Jamba Juice too. --- WHY did they take away Ben&Jerry's??
I'm lazy. I love my bed. I hate folding clothes. I can't go to sleep if my surroundings are a mess. I sit on an exercise ball but I don't exercise with it. I eat too much. Buying new underwear makes me happy. Perfect weather, like the weather we had this past Monday and Tuesday makes me so happy that I act like a fool. I laugh at corny jokes. I'm smart AND stupid. I have an addictive personality. My laugh is contagious. My eyes make people melt. My smile gets me whatever I want. I'm ridiculously selective about with whom I choose to spend my time. And the loves of my life are my family and oldest friends.

Murst!?
Murst! Crap.
And This Just In...Galina beefs hard and heels it down the drain.
"As I kept reading his story, I realized he's very intelligent and pretty shrewd about reaching his goal of avoiding foreclosure," Swaby added."
Dammit.......I am now, officially, a looser. Hope is lost.....
"I usually only wear sneakers when I go for a run"
Pix Plz!! wakawakawaka
This is made up...right? There's way too many Caseyisms in it to be genuine.
It's all good
Jamba Juice

I act like a fool
Casey's soulmate? Galya?
Well we can always send Casey that one when Galina splits. Man people really talk this way...scary stuff.
Who in the world would be most like Casey, and would most likely be looking be seeking a man? Maybe Galina is looking for a new husband since this one hasn't worked out so well.

FYI, all...
As of just shortly before posting here, the Serin Muncy Drive property is STILL set for Trustee Sale (TS# 2006-20185) at noon today. I plan to attend, if not postponed by 10:30 am.
I’ll keep you all posted.
HIGH NOON TODAY
THE END OF A DREAM
Hey lurkers or whoever,
Earlier I saw some comments saying that the haterz sabotaged Casey. Now I'll give you that we can sometimes be a bit stalkey. But what exactly did we sabotage? I'm just curious. The only thing I can think of was the google ads.
And BK lawyer guy if you're still around, post some more stuff. That was interesting.
Tempted to respond to the ad with a pointer to EN...
Hey Nigel, re: your comments on the pool of Haterz, you do realize that Landon beat the hell out of FDR in the 36 election don't you?
mash this button here, I did the clicky thing
The places I felt were sabotage were the Ads and attempts to publicize/contact his family.
Rob did a good job of supressing the family info. I believe Casey should have been allowed to try the ads to make money. In reality he would have made very little, because we are the wrong market. If our activities had been limited to debunking and berating him, he might still be around.
As of today Casey is three months behind in his rent. I wonder how that's going over.
Sabotage? It wouldn't have made a bit of difference. Even if Casey made 5k/month on Google ads, he would have blown the money anyway.
Does anyone really think he would have put any of it towards paying back his debts? Remember where he spent the loans he took out in the past 4-5 months.
He would have spent it on "education" and various "shiny things".
Casey making money off his blog. At first blush that seems so wrong but we are talking about a conduit that makes other people money with thru-clicks that promise pre-teen snuff videos. Visit site, refered to trarget products, s'okay if distasteful. My tastes don't set societies' tone. Then I thought about storefronts who act irresponsibly. What happens to them? They get ignored sure but sometimes if they are sufficiently objectionable their advertisers are targetted. The click fraud is a form of protest.
Either way freakin' is right. Casey with money is a danger to society. Give some bum a dollar and he'll drink it away. Give him a sandwich and he'll curse you for your kindness. As crazy as it seems I'm beginning to think he probably even bought that penny stock in April.
The CL ad sounds like Rob Dawg's bizarre scenario came true, to some extent...perhaps Galina *has* been feminizing the fucktard, and now she's pimping his sweet arse in new and inventive ways. After all, he didn't make much of himself as a man....
I agree that contacting his family is out of line. Also we've never seen any info that indicates they had any involvement with Casey's RE activities. I think naming them to establish their relationship to Casey (Yulia is Casey's SIL, etc.) is ok since they come up in searches along with him.
Naming undisclosed business partners is fine (Mr. G, local rich dad) if we know for sure who they are. (I'm not convinced that Paul Prestwich is local rich dad. If not, then it's shitty to drag an innocent man's name through the mud.)
Casey making money from ads doesn't bother me. Neither does Casey scamming or being scammed by other real estate investarz. But I'm all for sabotage to stop him from taking on anymore debt (corp credit) or taking advantage of innocent people ($39 foreclosure mentoring). Even with the latter, it's hard to have much sympathy for anyone who goes to Casey Serin for foreclosure advice.
I don't see giving Casey's details to the IRS or law enforcement as sabotage as long as the info came from his own mouth, a reliable source, or public records. As American citizens, isn't it our duty to notify the authorities if we know a crime has been committed?
Rob's right though, any money he gets his hands on is going to be used to dig himself depper into his hole.
On the matter of the click fraud:
If you recall, during the waning last days of his AdSense revenue, Casey was regularly approving comments from the "Oriental" fellow and others along the lines of,
"Hi Casey, Herez Hoping You and Garina Make Big Moniez From The Ten Cricks I Gave Your AdSense!"
There were many such approved posts advertising the presence of click fraud on his site. If Casey hadn't allowed those comments to remain, the situation may have been different.
To Quote the AdSense TOS, "You shall not [..] encourage any third party to: (i) directly or indirectly generate queries, Referral Events, or impressions of or clicks on any Ad, [..] through repeated manual clicks"
As well, there are several very good and free AdSense fraud detection packages available that likely could have helped lessen click fraud.
I will add that the AdSense TOS also states, "You shall not [..] engage in any action or practice that reflects poorly on Google or otherwise disparages or devalues Google’s reputation or goodwill."
As for the fellow that hosted Casey's website for a time and tried to run AdSense under a different account, for the same content, my sympathies are limited for there is an old saying, 'If you lie with dogs, you rise with fleas'.
Casey would have made very little money on his blog and HE would have failed at it rather than us sabotaging him. If Casey actually made money, there might have been something for his creditors to take (or more likely an increase in Jamba Juice Sales)
Protecting others from his attempts to get credit is a noble activity and should be actively encouraged. This includes letting authorities know about him.
aaack!!
I'll never be first ... I nap too much!
thhpptt!!!

Casey Serin - The perfect example of self-sabotage.
Casey Made the LA times.
http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/laland/2007/04/im_facing_forec.html
There were people who actively went after any contact Casey put on his blog, and there were people who screwed with Casey's Adsense ads, but I don't think you can say that those people were the folks here at EN.
That is probably true and I apologize to any and all ENers who I may have mistakenly offended
Muncy house recovery up-date:
As of just shortly before posting here, the Serin Muncy Drive property (Modesto) is STILL set for Trustee Sale (TS# 2006-20185) at noon today.
Tic toc, tic toc... It’s almost shoooooowtime!
'If you lie with dogs, you rise with fleas'.
********
Rob Dawg doesn't have any fleas!
'If you lie with dogs, you rise with fleas'.
Yeah, but if you tell the truth with dawgs you get unending entertainment.
@Anon 7:13, 9:44
Pictures please! Sure, you'll probably have to take pictures of some person at the courthouse with a stack of papers on top of a trashcan. And within 10 seconds, the Muncy property is announced and sent back to the bank. But itsallgood.
I see Nigel wasted no time linking DHC through the comments section.
Trrrrrraffic whore!
@ratlab
Well, one never knows, Serin could show at the Trustee Sale if for no other reason than to ponder what might have been. Hey, it could happen! :)
If he does, however (and I recognize him, if in disguise), I’ll be sure to snap a digital and send it to Rob’s email... Don’t be surprised if Casey doesn’t show, as I’m sure even he realizes REO (or sale, however doubtful) of Muncy signals the end of his media courtship.
Anyway, gotta run... Doom at the courthouse steps awaits, don’t ya know.
yesterday at 3pm i swung by Yulias house. caseys POS was there. funny it was the only car in the lot which is usually packed come 6pm. at least everyone else in this 'hood works. hey casey you should roll up your windows dont want your pos to get stolen. i know, thats what you really want. get a job. post some galina pix.
Hey lurker-
I'm not offended. I brought it back up because it's a valid criticism and I just wondered what everyone thought about when and if we crossed the line. I'm as guilty as anybody. I don't feel too bad though.
