The Abyss Stares Back
Damn, this looks like work. Galina, what do you think?
Jiggy, Yulia Suprun is definitely Galina's sister and owns the house where Casey and Galina are currently living (the Snapdragon address, see ratlab's photo archive). However, she has not been linked to Casey's illegal activites in any way, other than the fact that Casey and Galina owe her three months rent.
Are you familiar with Intelius search? Searches on both Yulia and Ilya will yield two individuals of different ages, with a different set of known relatives.
You may wish to check an earlier thread that gives more information on Mr. SERIN's current lodgings.
His sister-in-law may have been eager to board them at first, but with several months' rent in arrears, one must think she has changed her opinion.
That character was from a crappy rerun from TV LAND back in the 80s. MAN ON UNCLE! During the fight scenes, when the camera was pointed down, you could see the actors' marks in tape on the concrete studio floor. Every set had the same floor.
Thanks Mr. Singh! Well, now we have to figure out if it's Ilya or Yulia and if she is G's sister in law. Anyone have any ideas on how to do that?
"Ilya" is categorically a man's name - if there was any doubt, the male patronymic 'Sergeyevich' would have settled it. Had this person been female, the middle name would be something like 'Sergeyevna'.
Thinking of '503', could it be related to '504' which helped create the ADA, the Americans with Disabilities Act. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Section_504
It just came to me... the hair, the scruffy unshaven look, the cloths... maybe he wants to be Maynard G Krebs? Anyone remember the one word Maynard hated to hear?

Is that a for real auction?
No, it's fake. Look at his responses to the questions. Although, Casey has been known to show a sense of humor, unlike a certain Swabtard.

Despite the 'a' at the end of Ilya, 'Ilya Sergeyevic' is a male name.
As in Ilya Kuryakin!
