Paying Dues


"Bigger and better things are indeed coming, I can feel it. I’m paying my dues right now and this whole thing is building my character so that I can be ready for the next step."

We'll ignore the false optimism designed to inflame and look at the idea that paying less than you owe is somehow an investment in ones' future.

Does this remind you of people in prison who know they are screwed who suddenly find religion? It is the last act of a desperate man; he is not so much saying that he expects that bigger and better things are coming his way, so much as saying that he NEEDS to ahve bigger and better things come his way. We are at the end of this pathetic saga, as people ahve mentioned previoulsy, his houses are slowly but finally going into foreclosure, and he would not have been able to save much of them. So much for his thinking that his blog would help people like him in their situations. That's right, if you are facing foreclosure, don't pay any bills and go take a personality test. Oh, and for the jobs that you do get where you don't really work..screw that up as well.

Sooner or later lil Casey is going to realize that their is no magic, no rainbow, and no light at the end of the tunnel. He is already getting flakier with each passing day....

as casey waits for his fairgod mother to appear his whole gets deeper, casey waits for magic, maybe he really prays, maybe he even does voodoo, maybe casey plays the lotto,

BUT casey is not teaching anybody anything since short sales + promissory notes and a long list of people who he burned or have headed for the hills do not equal book deal or new guru material

his family and galina's family are def shady, there is no way anybody would put up with the embarrasment, there has to be something to it that we havent found yet...

his larchmont house is still listed at 220K and unsold,

I actually have noticed an extraordinary number of positive posts there. Encouragement for our young Casey. Yet he keeps the vast majority of his stupid stuff to posts in the comments section i.e. "To date I never approached anybody directly to pitch my story. It all sort of comes to me. The exposure may be negative but if channeled in the right way its a sweet thing.

(I don’t use the word “sweet” for trolling, I really do talk that way. It’s a very descriptive term and sometimes there is no better way to put it. I’m sorry if it offends you.)"

I've told him to stop using the word sweet. Countless people have told him to stop, that it makes him look like an idiot (like the trucker hats and bad shirts) and yet he continues to use the term, No THAT'S not trolling. "I'm sorry if I do shit that bothers everyone, but I'm not trolling."

Now that's just too much. Casey did not use sweet in any of his online posts until starting his blog-o-criminality. It's a deliberate affectation and someone who gives a poop in shoes ought to call him on it. Won't be me as my posts there are no more. What this should do is erase any doubt whatsoever that Casey fell into this mess and then blog and then publicity with his eyes closed. Criminal yes, mistake riddled yes but deliberate as well.

Ooops, forgot he has two (possibly 3 if the short sale does not go though) houses going to auction this month. He also lost sponsorship for his blog and his views and post count are down.

Guess Feb won't be so sweet after all.

There's a whole pile of "double hard money" loans coming due in the next weeks. That's why he cannot move into one of the houses, they'll know where to find him. There's also the mess of the partly unwarapped Utah house. I am guessing here bt I think the "missing" payment went to his pockets and he intended to pay through but got distracted by little things like baseball bats to the shins. This line of thought might also explain the rumor of furniture. He could be planning on moving very quietly so as to duck creditors aka haters. Not that it would work. We know all the names he might hid under and the first utility bill in his name(s) will give him away. It certainly won't work with his creditors who will stake out his family seeing where they go to drop off his piles of unopened mail. I just don't see where he can scrape together this months must pay money.

why dont we all get the evidence of his utah wrap,,,

my understanding of what he said on IAFF is that he forgot, lost track, lender did not forward the payments and he was like 'golly gee, oh my' and called the utah guy, giving him a scare...

now can we get the 411 where someone clamed that casey finagled it so that he was really getting the payments (fraud) and post this as one update, ill be more than happy to send this certified, priority, & regular mail to the utah address!!!

I'd pay to see the brothas who helped casey move do a double penetration scene (DP) with Galina. Casey can sit on his ball in the background flashing his now famous Y pose looking like one of the Village People while his wife gets hit.

The difference of "dues" and "do(s)"

For most people - "dues" means:

1. Go to high school, get good grades and apply to college.
2. Go to college AND work part-time.
3. Graduate college and start JOB - at the bottom of the 9to5 ladder.
4. Pay off student loans, save money, buy home.
5. Continue to work hard, put $$ into 401(k), IRA, etc.
6. Retire comfortably after many years of hard work.

Casey's do(s):
1. Start young with "get-rich-quick" ponzi schemes....
2. Audit a JR college course on programming - drop out after 1/2 of the term.
3. Get programming job (probably by putting together a bogus resume).
4. Buy condo he can't afford... but by "magic" sell it for a $30K profit.
5. Go to RE Guru seminars = instant investor
6. Learn to lie on loan applications and get $$ cash for vacations, JJ, Starbucks, etc.

What we've all learned (and Casey hasn't grasped) is that his "do(s)" are great big DON'T(s).

Geez...

What I dont understand is how long is this monster going to be allowed to continue to do this without any jail time?

First we have michael jackson get away with touching little boys.

Then we have OJ stab people to death and walk away.

Then we have Casey Serin and his ilk defraud banks, drive the cost of housing up, and make home ownership less unnatainable for millions of hard working Americans.

So someone please tell me why Robert Cote can go and just pull whatever images he wants from the web and post them on his personal site without any repercussions?

This must stop..and it must stop now.

I propose the following terms of atonement for robdawg.

1. You must contact each and every site administrator whose pictures you have pulled and offer them a free wheat grass shot from Jamba Juice.

2. You must in the future prepay for the right to use the photo by sending a hand written Macarena step by step instruction on a Bandit Sign for them to perform should they have the desire when they are at the "macareta" Grill.

3. YOu must provide a tip jar link for MY paypal account since my insurance over covered half of my tooth extraction and filling restructure and it cost me 450 bucks out of my pocket yesterday.

4. You may forego term 1 and 2 if you post sexy photos of a dirty yellow jeep.

Geez none (at 8:24 a.m.)... I didn't realize you find the possibility of meeting Bubba in prision more enjoyable.

As for "normal person" dues - they don't have to be boring... I'm a normal person.... I have a great life, good friends, hot sex (with the person of my choice) without fear that any bank will take it away or the police showing up at my door - err, except about that hot sex part - I'm pretty sure some of what I do is illegal in a few states - but at least I'm getting some!)

You must be Casey checking out Rob's site.... 'cause we all know he's here watching all the sweet activity and wishing for a cut of Rob's blog earnings.

the little nitwit should get out of this ridiculous predicament he's put himself in asap as far as i'm concerned. and if not, he should do time to repay the crime.

and then hit the document viewer at the bottom left, you can see the Deed of Trust.

The Deed names Casey as the Beneficiary, so he is the one to receive the payments. He claims they were to be made to Magnus through Utah Escrow (or some such). We can only see the Deed and not the entire agreement but based on Casey's questionable veracity about almost everything he says, does or writes, I can almost guarantee you that he was receiving these payments.

Also, someone flipped out when I posted this information on this blog before and attacked my assertions. Me thinks I touched a nerve considering the response I got for suggesting this was Casey's scheme.

I don't think Casey would ever allow those payments to go to anyone but Casey. He had no intention of paying that mortgage and he needed the cash flow. It bothers him not one whit to say one thing and do another. He is a pathological liar.

I have forwarded as much as I could about the Utah wrap to the Utah Real Estate Commission and Utah Attorney General. I have never tried to contact the homeowners directly. The buyers/homeowners are a real estate investment company and a couple who own several other properties in Utah.

This is a shady deal all the way around. Your thoughts?

You have to wonder how stupid the Utah buyers are if they are part of a REIC and a couple with several properties. As a REIC, wouldn't you look out for shady wraps where your payment goes to Casey and he supposedly forwards it to the original lender?

Unless... the REIC was the agent on the sale and pocketed the commission, using the commission to pay Casey until the property defaults. REIC still comes out ahead. This, of course, is not counting the alleged improvements the new homeowner has made.

Every deal involving Casey has been equity stripped up front. The Utah deal is no exception. I wouldn't be surprised to learn everyone got some upfront money. They probably left Casey in the loop in case anything went wrong so they'd have a patsy. Man, there's gonna be a title fight like no one has ever seen. Near as I can tell 4 interests each think they own/control that one property.

If the wrapped owners of the Utah property are hurt by Casey not making the payments, I say we all raise money to help them sue his crooked butt.

I think if we all pooled our resources we could easily find somebody to help. I have some serious doubts that these payments aren't getting to the company handling this on Casey's behalf.
