The spastic peepee dance of fury

Weeality intwudes in widdle Casey's wurld. Imagine the surprise that ownership comes with respnsibility and responsibility spurs owners to action. The lawn is mowed, the locks changed and Young Investor learns something new.

Now that I got that out of the way, what a fliptard. Only Casey could be surprised by the fact the bank is taking an interest in something they OWN. The day he understands what ownership is, and it ain't going to happen anytime soon, is the day he finally gets it.

Casey never did anything for any of his properties. Hell, he doesn't even know the meaning of work. Just wants to trip over a stream of "passive income". He'd have had a better chance if he would have bought lotto tickets with all the cash back.

What a douchebag.

Anonymous said...

Yeah, since I whipped Valjean's butt on Second, it's time to get down to business....

WTF is going through his mind and why have a compulsion to break in the houses? Too bad we don't have a Haterz(tm) Psychologist on staff here...

Anonymous said...

Snowflake is really scraping the barrel for "updates" (things that he sees fit for the unwashed masses to read).

The banks changed the locks on the homes they forclosed on. Shocking I say! Just shocking!

Anonymous said...

It is odd. He's got all of these future legal battles and the most pressing thing to do is try and break into a previosly "owned" property?

Just further proof of his status as a Fliptard.

Rob Dawg said...

a compulsion to break in the houses?

Wake up! He's always had that compulsion to steal housing. He stole the 8 houses, he's stealing housing from Yulina, he kicked out the homeless dude, he never rented out the properties. He's a walking human housing blackhole.

Anonymous said...

I so want to go over to IAFF and post

"Dude the houses are gone man, let it go man, LET IT GO!"

But I don't want to add hits to his site meter plus he reads this blog so "it's all good".

Miguel said...

Maybe he's anticipating being homeless in the near future and looking for somewhere to crash?

I don't for one second think he's going to give Yulia any warning about CashCall's impending visit, and I suspect the fallout after it happens will be swift and decisive.

Anyone know the likely timeline? The details were apparently passed to the legal department on the 23rd (last Friday).

Anonymous said...

$50 says the legality of it never crossed his mind.

CS: But officer, you don't understand, I used to own this property.
Sheriff: Well you don't know and you are no longer allowed on this property.
CS: No no no. You don't seem to get it, I didn't INTEND to do anything wrong. I figured the locks would be the same and I could just take a peek. It's really not MY fault I had to kick in the door. I just needed a few pictures to post on my blog...

Anonymous said...

The only way Casey could ever kick open a door is if a bunch of haters were using him feet first as a battering ram. I think he never cut the grass at his houses because he physically can't push a mower. After Galina leaves him, he won't even be able to dress himself.

Anonymous said...

I wonder if Casey knows about "lock bumping"....hmm.

Rob Dawg said...

I'll say it again. He won't stop breaking the law until he is forcibly restrained from doing so. It isn't that he has bad morals, he has no morals which is far worse in my opinion. The DA is responsible for this latest transgression. There's a serial thief on the loose and they know it and will not do anything.

You nailed it on the head there Rob.

Unfortunately for Casey the only sort of nailing he's bound to undertand will be coming from Bubba...

I love this blog!

Anonymous said...

Darn, I downloaded the Casey Remix, but didn't finish it on Friday, so I purposely left my computer on. Apparently, my secretary turned it off and forgot to save the file. Damn, I hate being a 9-to-5 cube-dweller. Had I listened to Casey's sweet advice, I wouldn't have to download the file again.

Anonymous said...

I get the feeling he's completely stopped moderating/reading the posts.

We all know how busy he is (I particularly enjoyed that he wanted to post a transcript if someone would "help" him, meaning of course, do any work, which Casey will not ever, ever do). The repetitive posts about shortening the stupid transcript entry, the posts now that just pop up that are the type he would respond to in the past... I just get the feeling he's not even looking anymore.

I wonder where on the wacky roller coaster he is. Is he plotting a big acquisition? Is he moping? Is he wandering, clueless, doing nothing all day but telling himself he's a big boy businessman doing lots of work?

Anonymous said...

Is the boarded up window on the back window new? Or did the bank agents have to break in, because Casey is too much of a fucking coward to actually contact the bank and give them the keys?

And why do you even still HAVE the keys, Casey? I thought you were earnestly trying to deal with these problems? When is the last time you actually spoke to ANYONE involved with any of these houses?

It's wierd, he has no ability to self-edit, even with a made-up personality. Like his musing about the bank's deal after foreclosure, he has no idea that those houses have NOTHING to do with him anymore, and anything that happens to them is none of his fucking business.

All that's left of the Burdett "deal" is a hefty bill from the IRS, if the bank doesn't press charges. THAT is what Snowflake should be dealing with, and refuses to deal with.

I love the "I think I covered a lot" comment about the half-assed blogcast. Um..no. You blathered and hedged and lied and yammered about nothing of substance, idiot.

I'll love it when you try to tell a DA that you think you covered it. You have NO idea what's coming your way...and that's the ONLY entertainment left in your pathetic world.

Rob Dawg said...

It's gonna be tough to get any juicy detail once the "DA Lawz" comez down on him. He's not gonna want to talk about that and we don't have any imbedded reporters. We can always get cryptic hints from "DA Lawz" but that won't satisfy. Maybe we can bribe Yulina to fill us in?

Anonymous said...

"Maybe we can bribe Yulina to fill us in?"

I'm thinking she'll be glad to have Casey gone. Hell, she'll probably help the DA build a case just to get the freeloading sack of poop out of her house!

Oh she is going to be PISSED when CashCall starts taking her stuff!

God knows Snowflake and Galina have nothing worth taking - certainly not 50K worth (or how much DOES he owe now? That account is prolly at 96%, has been for a while. Of course the coward has no idea, he's in "Lender Ignore Mode™")

I'm waiting for the "CashCall Stole My Car" post. That's the first thing they'll go after. The angst should be deliciously funny.

Wait...someone mentioned he had a title loan on the Vdub...can that stop CC from taking it? Or does CC pay off the title loan and add it to Snowflake account? At 96% interest, muahahahahahahaha!

Anonymous said...

How sure are we that CC takes all of Casey's stuff? I thought those loans were unsecured?

Anonymous said...

From IAFF: "...Too bad I don't have my MLS password anymore..." Here in WA state (and I assume CA too) the MLS is only available to licensed Real Estate Agents.

So who "shared" their MLS password with KC? Any agent who does that is automatically banned from the MLS. If we can find out, maybe we can incite a 2nd peepee dance of fury.

"How sure are we that CC takes all of Casey's stuff? I thought those loans were unsecured?"

They can sue him and get a judgement, slap liens on his property, garnish his wages (the real reason he won't get a W2 job). I am not familiar with the consumer protection laws in CA but they might not be able to repo certain personal property (if anyone knows what CC can or can't in in CA feel free to chime in). Future earnings would certainly be up for grabs though.

Anonymous said...

@LOL,

Yes, that is what I thought. They could put a lien against his earnings. I would bet they go to the IRS as well.

As for Yulia's stuff, I don't know. If she has proof of ownership, they couldn't take any of it.

segfault said...

California doesn't seem to have a homestead exemption for personal property, at least not one that I could find. Anyone who knows more about their state laws, feel free to chime in.

The title loan on Vdubs is hater speculation unconfirmed by Li'l Dandelion. The CashCall loan balance on the spreadsheet is right at $9750, but that was before he stopped paying it. Add in accrued interest for a few months, penalties, fees, and court costs, and it could easily be over $15k by the time a judgment is issued.

If there is in fact a title loan on Vdubs, CashCall couldn't take his car, but the title loan company could. If he owns it free and clear, CashCall would be able to take it if they got a judgment against him. (Quick, Casey, sell the car, and bury the cash in the back yard with the rest of the cash!) If it would bring $2500 at auction (I'm being generous, considering the condition it's in), CashCall would do well to clear $2000 after paying the repo man and auction fees.

Hey, does anyone have the VIN on Vdubs? I have an unlimited CarFax subscription for the next few weeks. (Might show a lien on the title...)

Miguel,
I'm sure with all the contacts Snowflake has, he could borrow a cell to make the call to Swabalama-ding-dong.

Anonymous said...

His Jetta is paid for. He got $5k from an auto accident and laid out $3.2K from that to buy it. The details are in his blog entry, "Finances Out of Control" from November. Also, he's got a line in his google spreadsheet: "Auto loan (bitter-sweet Jetta is paid for) ".

PS I've been reading EN on and off but what's the story behind the "Snowflake" nickname?

Anonymous said...

Rob Dawg said...

"Snowflake" comes from the Gen Y sense of everyone of them being special and unique and deserving of being cherished. I know it isn't anymore true than any generational stereotype but for Casey it stuck.

Wonder if Casey is gonna start visiting all his foreclosed homes and jerk off on them like all the criminals that return to the scene of the crime.
Casey "There, that'll teach you guys for STEALING my houses!"
Wouldn't be surprised if the loser starts leaving little turds in the lawn as well. I mean hell, it's not like he has anything better to do during the day....like a job..or work..

Seriously though, how sad is this guy? Does he look at his old 'empire' and wistfully ponder "if only things had been different?" What is up with the trip dfown nostalgia lane where he goes from house to house, like Utah and now Burdett and Lurch...I mean is the guy envious that the world is moving on without him? It must have hurt like hell to see the Utah couple succeed where he failed and that they stand to make a hefty profit.
Here;s an idea snowflake, stop going after 'deals' where you manage to get cash back at closing at actually look for deals where you can make a profit. Ah forget it, you are through in real estate anyways..face it. that goes for you too Nigel you chrome dome.

Anonymous said...

Snowflake knows that Ca is not a judicial foreclosure state and that only HELOCS, REFI's, 2nd's, and NOT primary purhcase lenders have zero recourse. Even in the event of jingle mail.

That is why Countrywide made him sign a personal note for the $50,000, and why CS refuses to sign another one.

He's criminally smart and knows how to be a scumbag. All of the first mortgages that are not hard money will be gone. The 2nd's and hard money have recourse.

IMHO ALL of the lenders may have the option to seek recourse becuase of CS's fraud. That is another story but they can file civil/criminal charges to recoup the losses.

He will plead insolvency against the 1099's. That is why he and G refuse to seek employment. They CANNOT have any "real" source of income that can be attached. Again, the fraud angle of his dealings will play into this.

Either way, Casey and Galina face multiple lawsuits and most likely the IRS.

This is part of the quote where the nickname "Snowflake" came from. I can't claim authorship (though, if I was as amoral as snowflake, I could claim that I found it "floating out on the internet somewhere").

This is just part of a great comment post, whose previous parts included talking about Baby Boomers and Genration X-ers, that was posted on this very site a few weeks back. I like this quote so much, I have taken to using it as my signature on some boards I frequent. Without furder ado, here it is:

"Oh Gen-Y, where to begin. You are all beautiful, special little snowflakes, and no one can tell you differently. You are spoiled little brats. Things have been so good for you for so long, you are not going to have any idea how to deal when things turn to shit, and mommy and daddy can't bail you out. And it's coming. I know, I know, I am a mean person, a "hater", for not presenting life as anything but rosy. Don't worry, you are all special, beautiful little snowflakes, and I want to kiss you all on your precious little heads. All I ask is that you don't cry to me when your H3 is repo'd when things go to hell."

Anonymous said...

I think Casey has the "Al Bundy Syndrome" While some like to relive the glory days of their highschool athletic achievements, Casey gets off on his houses.

"yeah back in the day I had 8 houses."

Anonymous said...

Legion, it's all about Casey's ego. Like many of us have said since the beginning (including yourself), he really believes he's a special snowflake and that he has all this God given talent.

Anonymous said...

@ segfault

You couldn't get a loan shark or payday lender/pawn/title company to front a title loan on that piece of shit car, not even for $500. Generally, title lenders will front money up to 8yrs. max and that is if it is in MINT condition.

Somebody should really comment on what/when/where CashCall can reposess flakey's stuff.

Casey posted as much on his half-assed blog that he believes he has god-given talents that pretty much guarantee in his mnd he'll succeed.

I don't see Casey being representational of his generation at all - most of the 20-something kids I know are total couch potatoes addicted to XBox Live or World Of Warcraft. Nope - Casey is a whole different animal altogether:

I've seen Casey's type in every generation - I've known people generations older than Casey caught up in the @mWay cult, with that same artificial positive-speak, the same delusions of wealth and success, the same twisted definitions of success, and the same deluded, will NOT listen to you arrogance that the cult leaders instilled in them. @mWay people need to be deprogrammed like religious cult members, and Casey is showing all the signs of being exactly like them. For all of the money he paid the gurus for "wisdom", for all of teh ass kissing he's done - why is it the gurus have zero, nada, zilch to offer him in his situation? Hmm? He's a KoolAid drinker, through and through. If it was'nt real estate, it'd be freaky new age health magnets or vile drinks to "cleanse" your colon, or he'd be in a religious cult, begging for money at airports, or eyebrow deep in another MLM. He and his type are why Pyramid Power happened, or why people flock to Roswell to see UFOs, they're what drive the dirty underbelly of commerce - they're suckers, naive and gullible, and incapable of forging their own destiny, they have to be "led" by others.

I lost a great freindship to a woman who had @mWay get their claws into her in college. She should have had a fabulous life - she was a witty, attractive, smart, caring, talented blonde, who could have chosen any career path and succeeded, who took an easier path in college to make more time for @mWay. She later got a semi-good job she was still highly over-qualified for, made VERY decent money, lived with her parents rent free in an apartment attached to her house, was single...and was always broke, from buying their self-help tapes, traveling to conferences, and buying product out of her own pocket to keep her numbers up. I kept my mouth shut for years, and she never tried to sell me anything or even talk about it, because she knew what a huge cynic I am about anything "self help" or "success strategy" oriented, I'm a "by your own bootstraps" kind of guy and I snort at all that crap they sell late at night and in the self-help sections of bookstores.

I lost it when she said she'd only marry someone who was also part of the ponzi scheme, and that's just what she did - and he was/is as bad as she was, completely brainwashed. I tried to reason with her, that if she was going to be part of it, at least realize it was the guys upstream who got rich, selling tapes - get into that part of the market! But no, she still insisted that selling overpriced shampoo and vitamins would make her rich, and was planning a huge party someday for when she "made" it. We had a very ugly fight about it, and I havent spoken to her since. I did'nt even get into the material I found online about that company and how they operate, she would not budge on the fact that she believed that the ponzi scheme was her ONLY path to success, and anything else was a waste of time. This is someone who could have been a doctor, or lawyer, or anything she wanted...and she and her husband had McJobs anyone could do, because it gave them the freedom to travel to conferences on the weekends.

Remember the movie Go!? With the cop who's an MLM marketer, who brings the two wired actors home? That was my freind and her husband. Creepy!

Casey fits in that world perfectly, he doesnt have the creativity nor smarts nor common sense to know he's been sold snake oil, and that the only guy who gets rich is the snakeoil saleman. He's larcenous and lazy at heart (as well as a huge coward), and while he's immoral enough to break the law to try to scam some money, he's not smart enough to think ahead and figure out various end-games like other criminals do. He's just another bad criminal who will be stupid enough to be caught, and the jails and newspapers are full of them.

His laziness will always sink his battleship. Always. Even criminals have to break a sweat now and them - Snowflake probably gets winded from taking out the trash.

Hey Dolph!

Where ya been? Miss your blog. Personally, I think it's all about visiting his old houses and hoping that the next people screw up even more...every successful flip or purchase by the next investor will make Casey realize that he is indeed the touch of death. He pretty much made a wistful comment about Utah and how the couple succeeded where he couldn't. Right now I am sure that he is thinking that he could have been a success if only he didn't have to deal with pesky details, like paying a mortgage, actually fixing up the houses, mowing the lawn...then again, for a loser that only has a 75% rate of taking out the garbage, and that is part of his contract for the room he is renting, well, whaddya expect?

Just think guys, the next get rich quick scheme you see advertised on late night TV ...Casey will be calling in and using up whatever he has left on his credit card to make a purchase...

Posted this on Swab's site, we'll see how long it lasts.

It's sad to think that the only thing that matters to a website is its amount of traffic. Like Casey, I think you'd be grinning broadly if people came here just to insult you, which does appear to be the case. Maintaining any kind of dignity is ignored in a blind plea for attention.

What fools we are, as we all the while click on your ad banners and buy your multitudes of products. We mock you as you sit and count the money we've handed you, such silly little haters! Oh wait...

Your site is very different from Casey's because his created a community, yours is basically just people sniping at you while you bellow "Mine's bigger!" at anyone who passes.

Your insecurity is palpable, and your need to wave your silly little car and your meaningless traffic figures in people's faces is honestly quite pitiful. I don't care how much your car cost, I'm sure it cost more than mine. But I didn't dump 50k down a status symbol that's going to lose half its value in three years.

Once we're bored with insulting you, the haters will move on, and you'll have no comments to delete any more, and no comments to read at all. And even if I'm wrong and by some miracle there's a thriving community here in a year, at its core will remain the same petty little man screaming "Mine's bigger!" to the heavens, begging the world to acknowledge him.

And what will be your rebuttal? Delete my comment? Call me names?
Tell me that yours is indeed, more ponderous? Can you be a mature adult and let this comment stand with no acknowledgment? I'm some random guy on the internet that thinks you're a dork. My opinion should mean nothing to you; it deserves no reply, no action taken. Hiding it or getting defensive will show your real weakness, and an attempt to laugh it off will do the same. I will have baited you.

What will you do?

Wow, and it's gone already. His true character revealed.

Schnapps said...

Yeah, I posted too. Its official: Nigel annoys the crap out of me, far more than Casey ever did:

Personally, I couldnt' care less if Casey pays the credit cards.

My issue is with him NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR HIS MISTAKES. He could take responsiblity for it by paying off a bit each month.

Or, he could call the credit card companies and at least let them know what's going on.

I can't believe you're condoning not paying bills because there's no value to the person paying. Ridiculous. What about his obligation to those he borrowed from, and also to the larger system?

Its the same with the houses. He may not be the ultimate cause of the market situation, but he is a pretty damn good example. And its clear he feels no obligation to anyone (including his wife) to fix his mistakes, that, at the end of the day have repercussions for everyone, even if those repercussions emanating from him are just a drop in the bucket.

In short, its just further proof of his amorality.

Schnapps said...

And again. I think I need to stay away from his casey love-in blog:

Good god, Nigel. TWO comments deleted by you? in a ROW?

Here's an idea. Why don't you just shut down comments? Its apparent you're not interested in any sort of constructive criticism or feedback. So stop the charade.

You know, its possible he's attached to those homes. He's moved from one country to another and having a similar background I understand that perspective - Whenever I return to old haunts I always pass by my previous residences and stop and mope and reflect for a moment on times past and what might have been...
Casey might suffer from similar feelings.. On second thoughts.. nahhhh.. that requires him to have a soul. Its far more likely that he is returning to the scene of his crime.

Anonymous said...

I think he's growing increasingly depressed. He's obviously been depressed for months, and his delusions about his situation occasionally dissapate, and he sees what's really happening. I dont think he's ignoring his plight out of arrogence or anything. He's doing it subconciousensly out of self preservation cause once he accepts the situation, he's going to have a massive breakdown. Potentially fatal or something. I was once in a horrible car accident(I wasnt driving), and after the car accident was over, I crawled out of the car and wandered around collection groceries that were in the back seat but flew out as the car rolled over several times. I had no clue what I was doing at that time, but all I could think of was the groceries. This is a rather common thing to happen, and I believe it's happening to him. When things happen sometimes the mind focuses n something small and insignificant. I think he's doing this now. He shows all the signs of this behaviour. Meanhwile, you people sit around wishing the worst on him. For as bad as he is, I have yet to see a post from him that wished harm on someone like you asses do. And I've been reading these pages for a long time. He may have committed fraud, but you people bring in the human element.
I could go on, but I think any reasoned thought is wasted on you people.

Anon @ 11:41,

Feel sorry for him all you want but he's a fraud. Human? If it was one or two homes, fine I could overlook it. He bought 8 in such a short time span he HAD to know what he was pulling on the banks.

Give me a break, dude. I don't HATE the kid. I have ZERO respect for him and hope he pays a huge price with his freedoms taken away, be they prison or the poor house.

I love how you turn it on us like we are picking on the Pope or something. HE chose to blog publicly about it, milk it for every angle he could and now try to spin it in new directions for his own personal gain.

Nice of you to join the discussion, Nigel, Casey's Mom or Galina. Sorry if I don't shed a tear for poor wittle Casey-kins. Nobody is trying to "harm" him the way you sell it but that's okay. Your sympathy is misplaced. Why not help the truly deserving and unfortunate instead of Casey?

He made his choices and now he must deal with it. Shame and scorn are part of the process. If you haven't noticed, he's far from depressed...quite the contrary. He still revels in it, loves thumbing his nose at everybody who has tried to lecture him on his bad deeds.

BTW - I've had much more tragedy in my life and guess what? I didn't cheat anybody out of money nor did I feel the need act like I deserve fame and fortune. I worked my fucking butt off and I do okay. I may not get a ton of sleep like our boy Casey, but I do sleep at night. It's a shame that kid can't work harder to be the "entrepreneur" he pretends to be.

You do him no favors by posting such nonsense.

Casey shares many similar things as other immigrants I know.

The attitude of Casey is one of that it is OK to waste someone elses money, so long as it is not his. Common typical belief in immigrants.

The other is not wanting to work to pay for their mistakes. Casey does not feel responsible for the money lost, nor will he willingly do anything to pay it back.

Casey will try and try again so long as he has everything to win and nothing to lose. Again, typical immigrant mentality.

Rest asure that Casey is not done and he will be back either in Real State again, or something else.

Like I've said in other threads...Snowflake's TV needs repossessed like yesterday. He only gets bad ideas from watching TV (including the latest which is gold & silver penny stocks).

Geez if you're investing for the freaking apocalypse, you invest in physical precious metals that you take possession of not some lame stocks.

But in Casey's case it doesn't matter because even if he were smart enough to buy gold or silver and bring it home, CashCall would just take it anyway.

It's all good...sweet!
