Tick tick tick II

24 hours with nary a peep from our sweet dealer. Now of course he wasn't arrested on a Sunday but given his cycles of ups and downs he might just be in the "Omigwd, Iamsototallyscrewed." Phase. He cannot even face his spreadsheet anymore. Unchanged for near a month since deciding to drop the $50k.

Personally, I'm thinking he took out a CashCall loan in G's name and that's the "other income" he's mentioned.

Thinking of "Our Hero"...was it Franklin who once said, "I didn't fail the test. I just found 100 ways to do it wrong?"

Anyone thing Our Hero will ever get it right?

Second^H^H^H^H^H^HSixth Post!

Can somebody bring me up to date on foreclosure status? I've seen comments suggesting that Burdett is going Real Soon Now (today even?), but what about Muncy and Rio Rancho?

I've been pretty busy lately and haven't had time to keep up. That's both a bad thing and a good thing. I enjoy the company of all y'all, but it's not good to spend too much time on the blogotubes.

Speaking of foreclosures, I took a look at page for the long-gone Dallas property and it looks like Casey only got a loan for 70% of value. Where'd the extra $84k or so come from? Was it cash back from another property, or did Snowflake actually pony up some of his own dirty pennies?

So, Legion. Are you "fisting" or "firsting" King Friday? Makes a differnce to a hand puppet. ;-)

G'day. Not all the posts are coming up for me on prior threads. Kind of annoying since you all usually constitute my reading material while I stuff my craw with garlicy pasta.

Muncy and Rio Rancho go bye bye the 28th of this month.

Like you I am slowly limiting the time I spend looking up Casey at this site, let alone his own at IAFF. It's like, big deal, I think we all know that the next step will be a perp walk. He has lied and pretended that so many things are happening (like his media exposure, and yes he looked like crap in the latest one) that we all know that any optimistic proclamations are just gonna blow up in his face. Like that Utah trip, what was the 'success' from that? That he got to finally meet one of his most ardent and loyal fans; Nigel? Shit, go to any bar, look for the biggest loser in a member's only jacket and you have Nigel. So he gets to drive around in a nice rental car (big deal, keep living the life you will never have) and he gets treated to a snotgrass wheatshot by Nigel (big spender that one). I've already taken apart his pathetic "grand seafood meal", and we all know the hotel he was in was crap. So what exactly was his trip for? And why did it HAVE to take place in Utah? I suspect that Nigel, wanting some more hits on his poor excuse for a blog flew him over.
Ahh really, who cares anymore.

I've got a sick mind.

Stephanie J,
If you are going to leave suggestive imagery like that unexplained my hands will be shaking too much to type and answer.

Often, frequent visits get overcached. Try flushing your browser and quit and reloading. There seems to be a little confusion regards the time change as well.

@Ogg

He actually got cash out on the TX property too, not sure how (a 2nd mort?)but he mentions it on his old personal blog.

Put up his own money? heehee

I'm kinda burnt out on Casey too. I don't think there's going to be any dramatic endgame; just a long slow fizzle during which his audience drifts away.

The drama's gone. Another last-minute short-sale offer? Yawn. Burdett on the block today? Yawn. Wheatgrass, blue shirts, Nigel? Dull dull dull.

Your fifteen minutes are up, Casey; the act is stale; time to shuffle off the stage.

please, the "fist" was intensional for 2 reasons:

1) I am a hand puppet

2) I would never bother with commenting "First", but when I saw a topic with no comments, I got as excited as Nigel did when he saw the abs on the Spartans in "300".

I remember reading that the TX property was the only one he sunk his own money into. Of course, I don't know how truthful that is.

IIRC, IAFF is dormant because he was migrating to another server this weekend. And, with his mad IT skillz, and like everything else KC, it will take him longer than it would take a normal person.

I'd like to hear, but of course don't expect to, an answer re "why was Utah a success?". The honest answer is likely - got out of town, took pictures, dressed up, ate out, and somebody else paid for it. Sweet! It allowed him to hold on to his delusions of being a businessman a bit longer.

Like others, I'm losing interest - same recycled stuff: denial, delusions, withdrawal, trolling...

Steph I'd like to stuff your craw with a nice big noodle.
