CNET Understory

Thanks to the shout out about the CNET story concerning Casey and his haterz™. Here is the entirety of my replies from which the qoutes were excerpted:

Dean,
You ask a lot of complex questions. I speak for
myself, not the hundreds of people who actively
participate in my blogosphere. Those of us who saw
the bubble in housing prices caused by a liquidity
glut in the credit markets exacerbated by untested
financial instruments originally used Casey as a
"poster child" for the things wrong in the larger
picture. Over time and as more information came out
Casey picked up many more critics for past present and
future actions that were his alone. As a teen he
attempted an email ponzi scam for but one example.
And then came the drama. Soliciting "advise" and then
doing the opposite being perhaps the most obvious
behavioral defect in his various online personae. And
that became another reason to criticize; his
affectations. Finally it became sport. Everyone has
an opinion and anyone can speculate. Is he mentally
ill? Mentally feeble? Do his bizarre personal habits
affect his judgement of vice versa? On and on. For
many of us however Casey has become the eye of the
storm not the storm itself.
He continues to commit
crimes and his site gets dozens of daily visits from
various law enforcement agencies. He can't help
himself anymore but why won't our public officals help
us by intervening?

Casey has sought the spotlight and when he achieved it
he couldn't hold on in the malestrom of his own
creation. Thus dozens of blogs has spun off
dissapating any fleeting opportunity he believes may
have existed. He doesn't know it yet but IMO jail is
an absolute certainty. The damage to the public trust
and more important the re-electability of some law
enforcers are now tied to his successful prosecution.

Casey has proven to be worse than immoral. Immoral
people know right and wrong. Casey appears to be
immune to social concepts like justice and fair play.
That is a far more dangerous sociopathy.

Regards,
Rob Dawg
----

Nigel Swaby is a failed mortgage broker that appears
to be self destructing after tripping on Casey's
coattails. There are about 8-10 anti-casey casual
blogs. Exurban Nation is just the biggest and most
well known. That said a careful read of EN will show
that is not a Casey blog. He appears in approx 1/3rd
of all posts and is still less than half even
recently. As mentioned before Casey is but a
reference poiint for EN. THere is much more we talk
about and at a level very uncommon for an anonymous
unregeistered unmoderated blog. You will also notice
it is not monetized. I attempted Adsense but have
since learned they don't want to pay, they don't pay.
No appeal is ever accepted and no one has ever
successfully challenged their contract terms.

EN is about housing, economics, land use, planning,
transportation and technology. The binding thread is
their interaction producing the current UScentric
built environment. Please don't call EN a Casey blog
unless you are willing to accept CNAT as nothing more
than a 4th column of Microsoft lovers with seroius
unresolved Macintosh envy.

Regards,
Rob
----

CNET: Well, you may not be a "Casey blog" but I think it's fair to say you're an "anti-Serin blog."

Okay, yes. It leaks through that I resent the
dimunition of public civility he generates. I am
negatively affected by the costs of lending he
necessitates. I am concerned that the immorality he
exudes is contagious.

Back on topic: There's no doubt whatsoever Snowflake is trolling for Haterz. The Cnet article was an objective account of the trainwreck. Only Nigel tries to make Haterz(tm) out to be Haters.

Wow what smart guys they are! I've said all along that he will NOT get a W2 job.

I also think that Heekee and Nigel are somehow involved in the RCS site, not directly but recruited a camp idiot follower.

Heekee seems to have some sort of investment in snowflake, cmon, offering a Hotel room on IAFF "I am gong to be homeless" troll post? Setting up a dedicated server for IAFF?

I believe nut kicking is legal in Utah as long as you don't do it on the sabbath. Surprisingly Utah's sabbath falls on all even days of the month, however.

Casey gets a fair appraisal, several Haterz sites and creations get mentioned, yet nary a peep about Nigeypoo, the aspiring web journalist who broke the exclusive real estate story of the year. How funny is it that the reporters specifically asked Rob about Nigeypoo, and then failed to mention him in the article?

Nigeypoo, you have been judged by a group of actual (non-aspiring) web journalists and found lacking. (they must have missed that pro sports/real estate article)

When did Casey go to NR? He has since sent 2 future con artists making $18,000 in the process. A quick guess is he is making around $4000 a month on this

Assuming he is actually making $1000 a month from Ads (big assumption) He is making more from being a scumbag than he would if he got a W2 job that he was qualified for.

Kirk said...

I find it ironic that Casey gets significant media exposure and his site is down. So much for all those ad dollars.

You've got to love his latest post though. 120 days to success and all he needs to do is focus. For those of you that can't get to his site, here's what he said...

Yesterday marked 120 days until my 25th birthday on September 10th. I like round dates and I like challenges. My 25th birthday is a big deal for me. I must have a turnaround story by then. I’m sick of not being able to pay my debts and all this financial instability. Because of it my marriage is seriously on the rocks…

Priorities:

Marriage - start counseling
Cashflow - control expenses and create stable income
Progress - focus on key opportunities and big deals
Foreclosure and non foreclosure opportunities available to me:

This is the stuff I’ve had brewing over the last 8-9 months. Most of these came as a direct result from my foreclosure experience and blogging about it.

Website/blog development and consulting - $50/hour+
Continue monetizing this foreclosure blog with advertising, sponsorships and affiliate commissions: $1,000-3,000/mo
Review foreclosure related services and products: $250-500 per review
Help people stop foreclosure by offering and/or referring consulting, loss mitigation, short sale assistance, buying their house, etc: $ varies
Recruit for real estate investing college and make 50% commission: typically $8,000 per sale
Create and sell book(s) and info products around my foreclosure story: $ varies
Work as an account executive with a commercial capital / brokerage firm on big deals 10 million and up: $50,000+ commissions/fees per deal
Invest in private equity funds: 24-60%+ returns
That’s a lot of great opportunities. I may or may not do them all. Part of the challenge is going to be focusing on the right opportunities and managing my time ruthlessly.

Creating stable income is the first order of business though - whether is a job or contract work (I prefer the latter).

It’s time for massive focused action…

Ohhhhhh, this is Sweet!™:

Casey, it seems, bought a video cameria to document his life - a future post on IAFF?
"...nor buying a $600 video camera on credit to document life experiences for his blog."

Also - this is Super Sweet!™:

"...One example he gave is that he learned, through his blog, of a $1.5 billion Las Vegas casino for sale. If he can find a buyer, Serin says, he'd get a 1 percent commission ($15 million) for his trouble. "Doesn't that make more sense than a W-2 job?" he said."

Additonal evidence he is playing us"

"...Not all these details have appeared on his blog yet, but Serin seems to enjoy spacing them out in a way that will vex his readers the most. "What happens is I feed off of it," he said. "I know the buttons to press to get those guys going. After awhile, you learn what topics you can mention if you want to get extra comments on your post."

Serin already does that by stressing his penchant for afternoon naps that take place precisely when his readers are reading his blog in their cubicles and silently fuming. He claims to have bought more than $4,000 in penny stocks last month, which have since slid in value. And he delights in posting about his excursions to a nearby Jamba Juice, which became notorious when he bought a $4.90 drink there with an ATM card but was charged an extra $33 overdraft fee because his bank account was empty.

During a visit to the same Jamba Juice on Thursday, Serin asked the cashier whether any jobs were available. But, thinking of how much time he spends every day working on his blog, he added: "Can I keep my laptop back there while I'm at work?"

He left without taking an application."

What a guy!

Anonymous said...

To The Dude ... nice work, you must have EN on auto-reload or something. When Rob posts, klaxons sound off in your new digs and you leap into action.

But back to Casey. To the extent that he is trolling the haterz, the joke's on him because he's still the lazy scammer and he's still the one who will go to jail at the end of all this. It's like a drowning man shouting obscenities at those on shore, and pushing away life preservers.

What Casey doesn't realise is that he had a lot of goodwill in the early days and he has now lost it for good.
Previously there were many people wishing him success to get out of the hole he dug for himself. He turned the well-wishers away by being lazy, lying and cheating - leaving only the haterz. Haterz will stay longer than the others, but only to watch the train wreck and practice their wit. Haterz won't buy anything from the blog, and they certainly won't pay money to Casey "serial failure" Serin after seeing the way he blithely wasted the money they gave at the begathon.

Kirk said...

Initially I thought of pointing out the problems with snowflake's "opportunities", but Aspeth is right, these are just shiny objects he's chasing. There's no reason to mention the issues (paid reviews are worthless, referring people to crappy schools is a pyramid scheme, no-one would hire him as an account executive, etc) since he's going to screw them up anyway.

The sheer blatancy of his "it's all good" attitude can be astounding though. Does he actually think he can find a buyer for a casino? That's a beg-a-thon I'd like to see. Does he really believe he can focus? He's said that he needs to focus more times than I can remember and there's still no sign of progress in that area. If he's not locked up on his birthday I wonder what he'll say when he hasn't made any progress.

The C-net article is an epiphany of sorts for me.

Shithead admits trolling, admitting the nap comments were to draw attention. I suspected and have been saying as much. It's ALL been a fraud, and I for one will never visit his website again. No more filthy lucre from ads for you, shithead.

Cnet did what none of us has - spoken to Galina.

The only reasons for divorce is drinking and hitting. Cool. She torpedoed *all* of his "I might be getting divorced" trolls - way to be on the same page, shitheads.

I'm done with Casey. Boring.

However, taking down whoever is posting about Rob's daughter is priority one. I havent read all weekend, but now that I have, I am comitted to tracking whoever it is down. That crossed the line, and the law is against them.

And, if I can get even an iota of evidence Nigel is connected to it, I will get on a plane and visit his boss, his local chamber of commerce, the local authorities, and anyone of importance in his area, and let them know face to face what one of their residents is up to.

You'd better have covered your ass, Nigel, if you're involved, as I suspect you are. It's one thing to attack each other, but when you drag a minor female child in, the gloves are most definitely off. If you even talked about it in e-mail, I will make it my life mission to make sure you will not be able to conduct business again, or even get a fast food job.

Reap the whirlwind, motherfucker.

The cnet article says he got $18,000 so far from NR. I am bdginning to suspect this is the money he used for back rent and not the corporate money. The reason he is shilling the corporate money is because he will get a hefty commission for sending new suckers to them.

I have been looking at the statistics on Casey's site on site meter:
http://www.sitemeter.com/?a=stats&s=s27iamfacingforeclosurecom&r=6

It shows increasing number of hits to the site. Yet, I can't even get iamfacingforeclosure.com or ns1.iamfacingforeclosure.com to even resolve. His site seems to be down.

How are these numbers increasing? Has he been faking site hits too?

@Soup Nazi

Thanks, but it will be an effort done behind the scenes, I have resources that I won't talk about - they're not super ninja Fed accountants, but I have resources. I need to just lurk and start compiling the data and potential evidence - and I'm not going to tip my hand to the assholes who are doing it. Things like this are touchy, and I don't want to pollute the waters.

The feds and authorities take a DIM view of attacking kids online, just check out pervertedjustice.com for a great example. If you want to donate, drop them some cash, they are doing a great job and they have been one of my charities for two years now - your money is better spent there.

One of the problems with dealing with Casey is that we all talked about it here, and he read it - and he believes attention is good, even if it's negative. Fuck him. It's time for a complete and permanent boycott of his site, he's making $1000 off us?

C'mon, lets take that away from him. Fuck Casey, and spread the word - DO NOT GO THERE.

Next step, find out who Nigel's internet provider is. That's the last thing I'll post about my efforts. If I need help, I'll e-mail you guys privately.

I wonder if Casey will be crowing about the C-Net article as "sweet media"? It's hardly flattering.

And yes, agree with Anon 7:38AM: it's pretty much a given now that we can't believe anything he posts. It's all trolling, the dramatic Galina revelations included.

But to rise to the trolling anyway: I suspect the $600 video camera is where the "don't remember" CD duplication/beg-a-thon money went. Shiny thing: Casey keeps up with web-flavor-of-the-moment and is undoubtedly aware of justin.tv.

Anonymous said...

Do you think he got a $4500 referal to NRU? That would explain a lot. Any bets as to whether he reported this income? To the IRS, Cashcall, etc.?
I'm not sure he's actually got this. The CNET article said:
Serin said he has found two people to pay $18,000 to Nouveau Riche, and if he finds any more, he'll get a $9,000 commission for each one,
Note the "if he finds any more". He's been suckered on this one. That implies either 50% commission on the 3rd and subsequent or 50% commission for every 3 signed up. What's the betting NRU finds an excuse not to pay him when the time comes. Just like Casey to fall for such a deal.
I'm guessing the money he's got recently is Corporate Credit plus some ad revenue that's been paid out.

Anonymous said...

That was a very enlightening article on C|Net! Great title, too.

I knew Casey was purposely trolling! That little twit! I will no longer post anything there —except maybe, "Sounds great, Casey!"

I wonder if NR "University" pays in cash or credit for more courses. If he earned $18,000, it's not that much when you deduct what he paid for the course in the first place, except he did get it for free. But how many people does he think he can con into that course if all his traffic and all his contacts have only resulted in two sales so far? Did he claim the income on his taxes? (Well ... of course he hasn't done his taxes yet. He's got five more months to procrastinate!)

Galina should look into an annulment. Or is that just a Catholic thing? I've heard you can get an annulment if the marriage was based on false pretenses (like, actually having money).

At least the article proves she's looked into divorce! There have been countless women who eschew divorce for religious grounds right up until they get their divorce. I mean, if Marie Osmond got divorced (wasn't it twice?), anybody could get divorced.

Re this RCS site, isn't that a violation of blogspot rules? It should be reported.

Anonymous said...

Anyone see the new pics with this article? Love the 3rd one - the one at Jamba...

Anonymous said...

Wearing the murse while sitting on his blue ball was such an obvious troll.

Anonymous said...

Add me to the list of people never visiting Casey's site again. Sigh. What a ignorant troll! He thinks he can say, in an interview, that he is 'playing everyone' for hits and traffic and everyone will just keep coming back? It is obvious everything is played to that sweet, sweet video camera purchased INSTEAD of paying rent.

Oh, and hey, wasn't his rent $500 a month? In this article it was 'about' $600...

Anonymous said...

On the marriage issues.
Devout christians don't believe in divorce for anything but adultry or abuse, and will stretch pretty far before they finally decide enough is enough and bam suddenly they find a pastor who agrees that X constitutes abuse and guilt free divorce is had. I'd put Galina at 80-90% of the way there if she's seeking counciling alone.

lawnmower man said...

@mejustme: Isn't [RCS] a violation of blogspot rules? It should be reported.

It is, and it should be. Reposting my comment from yesterday:

Here's Blogger's Terms of Service and Content Policy. RCS clearly violates the Privacy and Hate Content clauses.

Here's Blogger's Contact Us form which includes an option for reporting ToS violations. Have at it.

Rob Dawg said...

The more carefully I read about his trolling techniques the angrier I get. He knows the right buttons to push? What an arrogant ass. Fliptard barely squeaks out of HS but has a psyche profile on thousands of people from all over the world. He's convinced himself that he's pulling the strings?

The Bible also allows for divorce for Abandonment, and I think this situation qualifies.

Galina is doing good by seeking counseling. If he refuses to go, she should continue going herself, but she also needs to fully know where she stands.

I agree with the level of hubris involved in Casey thinking he knows how to play the haterz. After all, we can see from two years' worth of his backlinks that he's as crazy as a fucking loon, with belief sets that range the gamut from water molecules to eternal life.

This blustering belief that he knows how to read us is just more of Casey Serin being a living embodiment of "a little knowledge is a dangerous thing."

Here's the thing. Being in commercial financing, this casino deal he thinks he has will never go through.

A)If it's a legit deal, the investors already have financing lined up. They don't go to brokers or people like Casey unless there's a problem. If it could have been done, it would have been done already. There's no "creative financing" in commercial financing, especially when you're talking 200M +

B)Casey has no contacts. He doesn't know who to take this deal too. His people are broke. His people THINK they have money and they don't.

C)He thinks he'll get 1%, but with deals over 200M, rarely do people get the standard 1-2%

D)No one in their right mind would involve or trust Casey with a 1.5B dollar investment. He's dreaming.

It's another troll. Just like the counseling and everything else.

I too am bewildered at the sympathy that Galina is getting all of a sudden. There's something deeply insipid about a woman who bases life-affecting decisions on the advice of a third-party...

And please don't tell me she didn't marry Casey based on his assertions that she would be taken care of, and soon to be rich because Casey had the secret to making money with little to no effort.

So she's cleaning houses; probably at the behest of her sister who laid down the law when rent money wasn't being paid. Otherwise, Galina would be puttering around in the Jetta, shopping at Macy's and buying Paris Hilton/Jack-O sunglasses while Casey blogs and putzes around looking to get money for everything but the things that *have* to be paid.

@All.
There's this credit-card commercial out now that just rankles the shit out of me, and it makes me think instantly of Casey and the same 'Generation Me' people.

There's this chick who gets a pedicure, and she's striding down the street; and stops at the sight of this dress in the window. The narrator is like: Nice dress, to compliment your pedicure; $somany dollars. She stops at this other shop: open toe shoes to show off your pedicure $so many dollars.

Living for the moment... Priceless.

Way to promote the indescriminate spending of money you don't have at all. It's Casey... and my brother-in-law. I live with Mom because I can't afford rent, but I just bought a brand-new $24,000 car. ::shakes head::

You all need to hold on a bit. I think that Casey is lying about the NRU business, otherwise, why in the heck would he put a video camera on credit? As for the $18,000, I'll believe it when I see it. His answers are just one extended troll in order to get the traffic up. He lied to us, to his wife, to his family, why would he tell the truth to C-net?

It's obvious that our little Snowflake is a practiced, narcissistic, pathological liar who will do anything and everything to make money and fame. He has siblings who are healthy, strapping, and obviously employed--isn't one of them a Marine? So Casey, the slothful runt of the litter, who is a little slow, who can't spell, etc., is going to show his family who is superior--he's going to make money fast and become a success story overnight.

In his mind, he's winning, and that's the sad part. As things progress, we're going to see him truly spinning out of control. Because he believing tha lies that he tells. He thinks he is being successful.

He is a cruel, manipulative, pathological, mysognystic pig.

Like her or not, Galina needs to get the hell out for her own mental health and safety. Honey, I'm a devout Christian, too, and yes, you can obtain a divorce on the grounds of emotional abuse and cruelty. You'll have to pay the price for your part in this sad tale, but you need to get out while you're still young.

Flailing....that's some high comedy, I tell ya. You're forgiven for being a grubby roller derby salivating dude :)

Steph J...echoed on galina. Look at the bank statements, folks. Miss g was carrying, what, high 30's to low 40's in credit card debt with shitty store cards like the aforementioned Macy's.

Hmmm....let's think it through. No job, husband has no job; trip to Hawaii; no jobs; dinners at restaurants; no jobs; shopping excursions; no jobs...

No one is that obtuse. Particularly one who professes to be studying accounting.

@Stephanie J

"So she's cleaning houses; probably at the behest of her sister who laid down the law when rent money wasn't being paid. Otherwise, Galina would be puttering around in the Jetta, shopping at Macy's and buying Paris Hilton/Jack-O sunglasses while Casey blogs and putzes around looking to get money for everything but the things that *have* to be paid."

Steph, I want to believe this, but I can't. To begin with, Casey told us himself that he lied to her about his riches--admitted it just before they got married. Secondly, we're only seeing the Galina that Casey wants us to see; except for the c-net article. She's allegedly cleaning houses while KC sits on his butt; she stayed up and duplicated CDs when Casey supervised the effort; She did the majority of packing and moving during the Earth Mission days. We've also seen Casey's nastiness toward women: T, Annie, his lack of respect toward Amy the realtor, etc. There's a pattern here.

I agree that Galina has to--and must--pay for her hand in the mortgage fraud, but I seriously think that we don't have the entire picture here.

POSTED ON IAFF:

Casey,

I saw the photos of you posted on CNET in your most recent "sweet media" event. Is that a Tommy Bahama campshirt you're wearing? Don't those cost about $100+ each (100% silk and all that)? I should know considering I own a bunch of 'em, all paid for by my loser W-2 job.

How, exactly, do you justify purchasing this kind of luxury item when you owe the banks and creditors hundreds of thousands of dollars? After all, that's almost 1/2 a Cashcall payment !

But then again, I guess living life without luxury goods just "wouldn't be a life worth living" ...

I believe Nigel uses XO Communications. He could also have an account at Cox. I watch the logs religiously for any SLC/Sandy UT visitors.

PS if anybody has ever gotten a reply email from Nigel, the evidence is in there, BTW. Look at the header info and you will see an originating IP.

Hey guys,

Didn't that RCS guy swear to be a "thorn" in our sides? All I've seen is an illegal posting of Rob's daughter (tsk, tsk Nigel), a few really dumb troll posts in a previous thread and nothing else.

What a fucking idiot that guy is. But then again, Nigel isn't as smart as he thinks he is.

Yes Nigel, we know it's you. It isn't hard to change a writing style for show.

i have an email reply fron Nigel... I will share it with you as long as Rob Dawg endorses you. I know I am anonymous... but Mr. Dawg knows me as junkmail...

If you can use it go for it... YOU DO NOT MESS WITH MINORS!!! EVER

The thing about Galina, as it's been pointed out, is all we know is what shithead has told us - and since all of it is now most likely crafted to "push our buttons", you have to rethink your position - we don't know that she used those cards to buy things...or they bought things and resold them for cash on Craigslist, or what.

The *only* response shithead should get now, is "prove it". The Cnet article is IMHO his undoing.

Boycott his site. Period. He thinks he'll live off his lies?

I also suspect and discredit his spreadsheet and everything else that can't be verified, so I won't argue them or pick them apart any longer. Fuck you Casey, you bottom feeding liar.

Anonymous said...

You guys are assuming Casey got paid at all for the first two references to NR. Chances are the arrangement is such that the "probable number of suckers you will find" (in this case 2) first go to your upline, and then if you go beyond the probable number you are now in the upline and get paid.

Anonymous said...

You don't need to worry. I'd say look up the header and post the IP #s. This means your email stays private and we get to do all the homework to figure out if Nigel is RCS.

Dear Casey,

Have fun with it. Enjoy it while you can.

You're fucked.

Sincerely,
Fuck you

From what I can glean out of Snowflake's posts and IF that information is true, it seems that Galina has only been doing housecleaning for relatives and friends. It strikes me as pure charity on their part. "Poor Galina, her husband can't get a job. Let's give her $20 for cleaning our house so she'll at least have something to eat."

Pride is a luxury Galina cannot afford. And Snowflake has never heard of the concept.

Miranda Mayer said...

@Khatie
I cannot give Galina the benefit of the doubt. She is as much as ostrich as Casey is; you can only float along so long before you start to feel the effects of his actions, so his keeping her ignorant his bullcrap. She's been helping him sort through the piles of final notices since September; and asked him to make a special effort to keep her credit cards free as to not destroy her credit (despite his having used her name on one of the property mortgages that foreclosed).

She's no victim.

She's apathetic, just like her husband, and now that her apathy is threatened; NOW, she's putting him to task about it. Not before, when there was still time to change it... NOW, when she has to clean houses and make an effort.

I'm not buying it.

Anonymous said...

I think stephanie j. has it about right there. Now there are no more houses, no sweet deals coming off (if there ever were any), and the only money coming in is some ad revenue off the site. Everything else is max'ed out. Casey gets a line of credit off the corporation and promptly pay the rent for the next few months then f***s off to Tahoe without a full explanation to G. My guess is that G didn't know that the corporate credit paid the rent until after Casey had gone for the weekend. Casey probably slipped it out to Y when Casey paid Y the rent. G now starts to realise what sort of hole she's in or, more likely, Y explains it to her in words of one syllable. Then Casey gets his ear bent when he gets back. Am I making sense here?

I'm not a Christian so I don't understand how Galina could justify a divorce. Casey hasn't abused her in any way. He's taken her on fantastic trips, let her run her cards to the max, and pretty much let her do whatever she wants. So they've hit hard times as a couple and she's had to drop out of school and earn some money. That's hardly abuse or abandonment -- that's marriage! My understanding is that's covered in the "for better or for worse" clause in the wedding vows. If Casey had become the megasuccess he imagined, she'd be the happiest woman on Earth!

The only reason she'd want to divorce him is because he isn't the big success he said he would be and she could find someone that has a job and a real income and lives in reality. If she's going to go against her vows, she's no better than Casey with his creditors.

I have no problem with people divorcing because their spouse is a lazy jerk or it's in their best interest, but as I said, I'm not a Christian.

I have quite a few emails, it looks like his IP is:

67-186-234-4

coming from Comcast. Comcast is showing ranges from:

216.148.227.154

does that help?

@SayWhat

It's hard now to say anything, as anything he's posted is now probably fiction, but even if you beleive a word of what he posts, it's not so much about the money is that he is a failure at keeping a roof over their heads, food on their table, he's a debt-addict, he's trashed their credit, gotten them both hoeplessly into debt, fails to tell her anything, or half-truths, never involves her in BIG decisions that effect her, and destroyed her ambition of college and is now scrubbing relatives toilets for spare change.

He's not *respecting* her, and that is 1000% grounds for divorce. He has no honor, integrity or respect for her, he breaks every promise that he makes, and she has to treat him like a child and take his shiny credit card away because he has no self control.

If you believe him.

You don't have to be a Christian to understand he's a shithead who's wasting her time and love, and will be a horrible, inconsiderate father, should they spawn a few puppies.

Marriage is a commitment to honor, love, and protect your spouse. Casey fails on all points.

Rob Dawg said...

He doesn't even respect her as a person. He respects some of us fergawdsake.

Sprezzatura said...

Casey's mistake is thinking he is smarter than us. He brags about how he chooses his topics and his timing to piss us off to CNet, and Galina gets quoted as saying she won't leave him yet he trolls the blog suggesting it might happen?

Doesn't he realize we can read? Or does he think we're so dumb that we'll keep coming back regardless?

What a douchebag.

Anonymous said...

@Anonymous 12:12PM

If something as vague as "lack of respect" is grounds for divorce, then anyone can justify a divorce. "I feel disrespected! My vows are now null and void!"

So they've hit hard times. So he has a problem with debt. Yeah, she can't buy whatever she wants now. She didn't take his credit cards away -- it sounds like the opposite. When did she say she has no ambition to go to college now? I seriously doubt Casey has destroyed her mind like that!

Who says she has to be involved in BIG decisions? I come from a Christian family. Dad handled the financial decisions and Mom supported him no matter what happened. He made plenty of bad decisions but they stayed together even when she could have found a much much smarter man.

Galina specifically said the only grounds for divorce is infidelity or abuse.

I have a feeling Casey didn't know how to keep his mouth shut and as a result some of the things he said will soon come to bit him in the A$$.

Did anyone notice there was an "Anne" who assisted with the reporting? Could this have been "Annie"????

Thanks for the IP. We will be doing some research on this.

SayWhat?, you make some good points.

She was fine with going to Hawaii, staying home for all those years, taking trips to take seminars, etc., etc.

Now there's no more credit. Now her own credit's toast. So now she grows a pair.

I also wonder about the dropping out of school. No matter whose idea it was, she had to agree with the decision and stop going and throw the tuition money away. That was so dumb.

She didn't have to quit school to help him straighten out his tax paperwork! That can be done at night, on the weekends. And even after she quit, it didn't get done. They could've made the decision to extend before she quit, then let her finish the semester.

She was probably flunking anyway. Somebody doing well in school would NOT quit for such a dumb reason, and then not even follow through.

Maybe she wanted to keep an eye on him?

What an asswipe, he can't even find buyers for his own shitty houses yet he thinks someone with a billion dollars is just gonna say..hey, let's use that Serin moron! What the hell, we know he has a work ethic, he'll definitely EARN that 15 million.

@Casey Fann
Classic man classic.

It's gonna be nice seeing this shitstain on America going down the tubes..they're gonna love his hubris in the big house. Nigel's gonna have a harder time..he looks at em with that shit eating grin and they are gonna make him stop smiling permanently.

Anonymous said...

A minute ago, Google Alerts mailed me with a 'Casey Serin' alert from the CNET story, so that's good.... Casey's website being down most of today... that's bad (for him). Casey freely admitting he trolls with his posts... that's probably not going to work out so well for him in the long run. I wonder if the 1% casino finder's fee was a very clever troll as well.

Wow! CNET just became relevant again!

I say don't visit Casey's site anytime. Let Rob Dawg copy the site and bring it here.

Casey is leading us on, playing a stupid game, doesn't want to change his life but make money off people as a thief!

I'm surprised that people like to be treated like crap when visiting his site. I'll kick his azz if I ever see him too!

Heekee's reaction when somebody asks him "You're stuck with the bill?"

"of course, could it possibly end any other way?"
