Well I became a contributor today and already had all of my contributions deleted by the creator of caseypedia.com--nodebtwhatsoever.
More than likely I wont be a contributor much longer since I am bitching about it on other blogs.
You have to pick your battles, and if I have to fight right out of the get go to keep my contributions intact--well it is not worth the fight. I started from the get go with my twisted sense of humor in my contributions and everyone would be on the same level of immaturity. I'd imagine Marty probably lost his damn mind when he got that e-mail. If the threat of G leaving him, and several hatErZ talking to his wife without him being around hadn't scared him back on a plane (we gotta get some snakes on that muderfukn plane) I'm sure Marty did so they could meet with lawyers and get their butts in gear.

Marty is such a small-time wannabe businessman. It makes "sense" if the flipper doesn't ever plan to actually pay back the loan.
Typically, part of the cash back is used to put off the lenders; the remainder is either used to spruce up the property or is simply pocketed. The flipper's supposed business acumen is used to sell off the property to a clueless buyer who is duped into paying more than market value. The flipper can then retire the loan or simply skip town.
Note that the home mortgage lending system was set up by the government to permit working families to own property. The Casey Serins of the world take advantage of that system.

casey says in the day 7 tapes (about half way through) what the $5K he was owed was all about (remember him mentioning it earlier this year, and then never explaining further).
Apparently, one of the properties he DID sell (I believe it was "Sonora" in NM, but check me on that) was purchased by a family who needed to sell their home. Casey lined up a buyer for the family's home, and a buyer for the buyer of the buyer's home (follow me).
Casey specifically used the word "wholesaling" in there. Someone along the line was supposed to pay Casey $5K for lining up a buyer for their home and never did.
Now, why on earth not? Why hasn't Casey done anything about it? And what's more, why wouldn't he tell everyone? I mean, come on, we may think the kid is stupid, but we would have been upset that someone screwed him out of the money that he legitimately worked VERY hard for.
I'll tell you why not: think about it. He really had to hustle to get 3 sales lined up just to sell his house in NM. Now, ask yourself, how did he "line up" buyers for all of those homes while he was in Sacramento?
I'll bet anything that he sold those homes through his network, in a string of shady deals. And what's more, I find it improbable that things were done properly (or at least, in the standard way). If loans were taken out, and a closing attorney involved, a HUD-1 form would have been included, detailing all of the money involved in the transaction, who/where it went, etc.
If Casey's $5K fee wasn't on there, all he had to do was notify the closing attorney that another dispersal needed to be included on the HUD-1.
I'm telling you guys....something MUCH shadier is going on than Casey wants to admit.

Can’t say a whole bunch just in case Marty finally grows a pair, puts up his dukes and takes a swing back at me (in court) -- yeah, I should be so lucky. But gauging by the responses above I think most EN folks “got it” in that my actions aren’t about being ballsy, but calling a mutt... Err, I mean MARTY what he is: scum who couldn’t “market” life boats to Titanic passengers. Add a count for false-light defamation Marty?
But what I haven’t disclosed is my underlining reason (motive) for doing this, so let me expose that?
I’m a firm believer in the institution of marriage, the commitment two people make to share life and all that. Won’t get mushy about it, you get the point; the union between a committed couple should be respected. So when Marty Stewart put himself between Casey & Galina, by forcing the kid to choose between his wife and his contract with Stewart? I was motivated.
Love him or hate him Casey DOES have a marriage, one that doesn’t need additional pressure from some asswipe whose aim is profit at the expense of others. Bottom-line Casey deserves much, but not more taxing upon his marriage caused by external forces. (I appreciate the value of leverage with a guy like Casey, but Stewart’s action was beyond decency.)
Up until the most recent Declan interview, I could do nothing about Stewart’s conduct. Wasn’t my place to step in at that stage, even though I may have wanted to on principle. But when Mr. Stewart boosted through that Declan piece that he’d go after offenders to protection of his “copyrighted” stuff? That gave me grounds to call the man out, slap him around a bit, and basically (publicly) challenge him to throw down or STFU! Rather simple, execute that tact by proxy through Casey (a legal tactic I’ll not get into).
So there you have it. Since Marty wants to conduct himself as though there are no consequences to his actions (remind you of someone), bragging like an ass that he can do his jig (use influence of the courts improperly)? I’ll take that dance card and am quite willing, ready and able to shuffle and give.

I'd venture to guess two things:
1) LMP et al will be doing everything they can to protect Galina from Casey.
2) The exercise is not just to call Marty out as an asinine prick, but also to see if Casey really WILL do what it takes to save his marriage once that threat is neutralized, via closing/removing the IAFF blog.
In other words, I think the point is to see what Casey will do once Marty is removed from the picture. Will he remove the blog and commence reconcilliation with his wife and lenders, or will he look for ANY other excuse to put the blog back up.
I think everyone here knows the answer.
But I can see why his wife would see the value in giving him one last chance to do the right thing before burying his ass.

My point in detailing all of that, is that if he really is involved in a big network of property flippers, traders, etc., and he HAS been doing things like getting something (other than cash back at close) on the side out of these deals, then he's not just involved in fraud anymore....he's likely crossed the line into organized crime and RICO.
THAT is a MUCH bigger deal than lying on some loan apps, and is much more likely to catch the attention of law enforcement. Casey might be too little to go after, but what if they could go after an entire ring of real estate fraudsters (ie, Glen, etc.).
Has anyone dug up deeds, etc. to those properties. If so, I'd be happy to look them over. I know EXACTLY what I'm looking for. As I've said previously, I live in Durham, NC and these kinds of phony "trades" happen all of the time with the slum lords here. In fact, I recall that not all that long ago a big ring of the fuckers got busted.....

Even worse than charges, what happens if they grab his servers as part of the investigation? Basically he is out of business. And if he has destoryed his copies, that sure looks like criminal intent.

Ok, first part. I know Casey wasn’t looking for an excuse because shortly before the blog went down, we spoke about his personal issues in relation to the blog. Based on that and other info, Casey would have held the blog off-line were it not for Marty’s intervention.
Feature this; Casey deleted all my posts on IAFF, and I didn’t use intimidation but strong (and friendly) encouragement. Casey’s not real good about standing up to people; he’s not one who understands elements of confrontation. In this instance, I’m confident Casey isn’t involved with Marty’s tactic and succumbed to the mutt’s pressure.
Second part. I have been mostly advising Galina on aspects that relate to her protection from creditors not her own. It is NOT my place to get in the middle of a marriage, however damaged or not, and encourage one thing or the other -- outside the scope of my function.

casey says in the day 7 tapes (about half way through) what the $5K he was owed was all about (remember him mentioning it earlier this year, and then never explaining further).
Apparently, one of the properties he DID sell (I believe it was "Sonora" in NM, but check me on that) was purchased by a family who needed to sell their home. Casey lined up a buyer for the family's home, and a buyer for the buyer of the buyer's home (follow me).
Casey specifically used the word "wholesaling" in there. Someone along the line was supposed to pay Casey $5K for lining up a buyer for their home and never did.
Now, why on earth not? Why hasn't Casey done anything about it? And what's more, why wouldn't he tell everyone? I mean, come on, we may think the kid is stupid, but we would have been upset that someone screwed him out of the money that he legitimately worked VERY hard for.
I'll tell you why not: think about it. He really had to hustle to get 3 sales lined up just to sell his house in NM. Now, ask yourself, how did he "line up" buyers for all of those homes while he was in Sacramento?
I'll bet anything that he sold those homes through his network, in a string of shady deals. And what's more, I find it improbable that things were done properly (or at least, in the standard way). If loans were taken out, and a closing attorney involved, a HUD-1 form would have been included, detailing all of the money involved in the transaction, who/where it went, etc.
If Casey's $5K fee wasn't on there, all he had to do was notify the closing attorney that another dispersal needed to be included on the HUD-1.
I'm telling you guys....something MUCH shadier is going on than Casey wants to admit.
I have not finished with all the tapes, but the more I hear them, the more I am convinced that Galina Serin is pretty much part of the Fraud.

My wife knows I've been following this story since last year, but didn't know any of the details.
Yesterday, she saw me reading and commented on the pic of dogs ("Linkfest"). So I spent 30 minutes telling her the story. Lots of reactions, but the one that's relevant to your theme...
"But, they've been married for 3 years - she had to know!" meaning that if G knew, she shared responsibility.
I think you're right - some of the male reaction here (yes, mine too) is influenced by protective instincts, and yes, to be honest, a young attractive woman.

There is so much information out there showing Galina attending Seminars with Casey, taking trips to Hawaii, all the while they both had no jobs.
There are also legal public documents showing title being transfered OUT of Galina's name.
If I would have done 1/100th of what Casey did, my own mother would have taken me to the back and shot me on the spot. Failing that, my father would have done it.
The point I am trying to make is that a lot of the crime Casey has done was due in part to the ENABLERS in Casey's life.
Galina knows to some extent what Casey has said about her. *IF* what Casey said was false, she would have come forward, but she has not.
It also appears although to a leser extend that Mama Serin has Enabled her boy in more ways than one. But here I am not sure since there ins't much proof.

No kudos necessary guys, really. I haven't vetted the documents to back up my suspicions yet, so this is truly just idle speculation at this point.
I don't have access to the documents I need. If any of the serious cyber sleuths have them, I'd be happy to look them over. I have a real estate broker's license and have done plenty of "sweet deals" (hahaha!), so like I said, I know exactly what I'm looking for.
If anyone has quick access to those docs, look closely at both the New Mexico and the Sacramento properties. Particularly the first two- Callo Way and Burdette. Casey talks about never having intended to buy Callo (got stuck holding a wholesale contract), and then trading to get Burdette.
Look very closely at those transactions, who owned them before Casey, and who owned them afterwards. Same deal with the NM properties.
See if some peculiarities don't start showing up.

If you want to know what the house sold for and the transaction history, do a google search for realquest.com and a trial 7 day login (should be firstam.com or something like that). Then you can put in the addresses and see the transaction information for some areas. This can help you follow the trail.
As for me, I'm too lazy. I just spent too many calories walking to the company vending machine and buying a Diet CoKe Plus. I have to say, I kind of miss the aftertaste.

Oh, and one other thing. Last I heard, the two biblically acceptable reasons for divorce are 1) adultery and 2) abandonment by a non-believing spouse. The whole "physical abuse" thing was quite acceptable in the way-back-when, since this stuff quite predates the sufferage movement.
This Australia thing clearly represents abandonment. And if Casey can any longer be called a Christian with a straight face, that screams volumes about the current state of the church today. This isn't a hard call to rationalize.

I really think she did not know because she did not want to know. It was all good until August: 8 months of buying/selling/cash-back bliss. When it started to go bad Casey hid it. Even then he seemed like a poor kid who simply got into trouble.

I dig - I really do. And believe me, I know all about the frustration of dealing with codependent spouses of NPDs. But at some point, you have to be willing to say, "You've made this decision, now live with it."
The reason: because an NPD will use her to get to you. And she'll let him. An NPD is *not* like an abusive alcoholic - the only relationship they're capable of is an exploitative one, and you either play along and get burned or you keep your distance. An NPD is not recoverable. It's you or them.
Think of it this way. Casey is handcuffed to the rail of a sinking ship, swearing up and down that the boat's in fact going to fly. Of course you're not dumb enough to handcuff yourself to him.
But here we have innocent little Galina, handcuffed to Casey, and the only one who can free herself. She's not personally handcuffed to the rail, but it doesn't matter. She might as well be.
Now you know she has the key. And she knows the ship is sinking. Hell, she knows that Casey himself blew a hole in the hull. Lifeboats are standing by. An entire community of wellwishers are ready to help her. All she has to do is use the key and save herself.
Now the question. If she refuses to use the key, do you handcuff yourself to her with sympathy?
As long as she insists on keeping those handcuffs on, she's as dangerous as he is. Because (for whatever reasons of her own) she's chosen to be. Until she's in the lifeboat, she's Casey by proxy.
Ugly truth, I know. And harsh. But unfortunately, that's the situation.

It's more like this:
Casey is next to a time bomb. Galina knows this. But to put a twist in the story, there are innocent people next to the bomb who are captive.
Galina has to make a choice. Does she go along and become a willing party to not only see her husband destroy himself, herself and all of those innocenent poeple, or does Galina set everyone free including herself?
It's not just about Galina and Casey, it is about many other innocent people who are involved.
It is harsh. What CS has done is harsh. Staying with CS means one of two things:
1. She's part of it from the start and this whole thing is a scam.
2. She is blinded by love/loyalty/committment, has not yet reached the bottom, and cannot see the light. No one can help her.
In a classic scenario there is little outside support. Here there is a tremendous support network ready to help....if she decides not handcuff herself to CS's time bomb.

Facing all the negativity that’s out there I just thought it’s time for some positive support. Utilizing all sorts of creative ideas and some real effort you have managed to make the nay-sayerz look like idiots. Creativity really is the way to make it in any business not just real estate. Kangaroo country — who could have predicted it? Yet you took the risk of appearing to run away to in fact turn things around. Ordinary minds only get ordinary results, as you no doubt realized. Until the haterz realize that they’re never going to understand you!

Please be very careful if you choose to speculate concerning Galina Serin, especially if you are not familiar with all the FACTS or have not seen actual loan documents and are uneducated in Real Estate lending processes. I ask this because the comment below is so grossly erroneous, so completely off-based, were it not a serious accusation it would be laughable! I’ll explain why.

First of all HARD MONEY loans ARE NOT “FEDERAL” loans. Hard money loans are commonly private (pool) money (from groups of private sources), they are rated at lesser valuations (Loan To Value) and fall under different approval criteria than traditional lending.
In the case of Dallas: the lender REQUIRED Galina to sign (an express lender stipulation she cannot be prosecuted for), credit considerations were not an issue, the LTV (Loan To Value) was 65% (plenty of lender liquidation room), Casey put down over $27,003.23, $11,500 was escrowed for repairs, and the lender was aware of Casey’s activity. There was no mortgage fraud on the part of Galina Serin.
These facts are verified on the HUD-1, I have reviewed this document, I have consulted with competent counsel regarding the issues, and have obtained a legal position regarding the result! Plus, I am qualified (professionally) to make an assessment of the lending and asset recovery criteria. This is why I can state what I have with high certainty, in the extreme.
Please, unless you are a lawyer (or have consulted one specific to the issues) and have had the attorney review facts and/or supporting documents? Making mild or wild speculation without disclosing that’s what your statement is, can harm the innocent and cause other problems.
I’m not picking on anyone in particular, but simply suggesting that if you’re going to speculate you do so disclosing the guesswork. Otherwise, other readers may get the wrong impression and draw inaccurate conclusions!

Was listening to Tape 4, about 1/3 of the way into it, Casey talks about Cash Call.
I sure hope that Cash Call does NOT get a hold of this tape - Casey pretty much calls Cash Call easy and non-agressive.
Imagine how many people are going to run to Cash Call to steal, uh, I mean, borrow money from Cash Call.
