So he threw the fact the Galina confirmed it to me as if he had “something”. I told him Casey had told me about him (which he did about 3 weeks before San Fran) AND Casey told others… So it was Casey himself that outed Marty… Casey just doesn’t want it known that HE broke the NDA… I wrote down everything Casey had told me including the URL of the new book… as I alluded to earlier… I couldn’t find it or remember Marty’s name…

Cripes! A girl goes away fro a few days and all hell breaks loose (lose). As someone who comes from Australia, I'm happy to let him have it, but really, what an effing weakassed man-let.
First - hooking up with a BS infomercialiesque "publisher" who's one of the low rent crowd in the book world that pulls the single success story in the history of self publishing - Canfield and his Chicken Soup - out of his butt as a way of trying to make his way of doing business somehow respectable. I've had two books published by one of the biggest publishing houses around and had a ton of publicity for both, and I can tell you that no self-respecting reporter or show brings in the infomercial self published set. He's going for the cheese market, not the real market. I did the public speaking circuit for a bit and really, those self published "ten lessons I learned from my amazzing story of harrdship" crowd are just plain icky. They make all their $$ - some quite a lot of $$ - from back of room sales, multiple versions of the same weak content padded out to appear like the author has some substance. Scary thing is Casey will probably succeed with that lien of work because he's proved to love the cheap cheesy "education" himself and knows that just because he doesn't have anything to teach doesn't mean he can't charge a fortune for learning it.
re. getting away to Australia... first, a tourist visa in Australia doesn't allow working - and if he's earning $$ from a blog that he is running while living there, I'd say that counts as yet another Serin-endr=orsed bit of fraud. Also, a one way ticket is jsut plain stupid as it is rare that you can get from Oz to the US for less than $1500... so he might just be sttuck there.

I am an infrequent poster, but I am here following along just about all day every day, and there is something that has been bugging me all day and I have to speak my mind, even though I'm pretty sure I'm going to get slammed for it.
I am not on board with the whole Galina love fest that is going on. When I read LossMitPro's post a few threads back, it didn't sit well with me. I think she did have more involvement than just "carrying a clipboard" or whatever. I am totally behind her kicking Casey to the curb & cooperating with the authorities and whatever else, but I think she has to accept SOME responsibility for her situation. She HAD to have known at least some of what was going on. I don't know, maybe I just don't understand the "stand by your man no matter what" mentality that everyone seems to think she has/had.
Anyway, that's just my humble opinion, and I'm glad I got it off my chest. Thanks.

I had an awesome divorce attorney (too bad she was in NJ and not California) who was great in telling me how to find and document things.
There are things that can be done to assure Galina's can walk away from this mess without too much damage to her future.
If Galina wants (needs) to remain "private" then I/we can respect that while still helping to bring butthead's house of cards crumbling down.
My biggest concern - Casey's most recent "comment" - I see a "beg-a-thon" coming with the request for the following:
1. Money to return to the US to make things right with his wife and family.
2. Money to have on the table by 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
We know he's going to do it. And, we know there are stupid "loverz" who'll offer up such support (Canadian dude, our fat and ugly trailer trash person of unknown gender known as Mocha, etc.).
Hell, if he starts to overstay his welcome (which should happen within the next 15 to 2o minutes) I could see the Aussie Fanz getting him the cheapest "standby" ticket available and droping him off at the airport.
For what it's worth, I've notified immigration here in Australia. I notified the media early yesterday. That little twink can pick another country to disappear in.

In reviewing some of what we know about pigface, I've got a couple of questions and suggestions for you.
First, there is some guy in Texas Casey loand $$ to. According to Casey, the guy has yet to pay him back. Do you know who this individual is? Do you have contact information? Check two things: First, did he indeed get a loan from Casey? Has he not paid Casey back? If it is true Casey loaned him and he's not paid Casey back, than this guy needs to start getting some CASH together NOW and send it to YOU. This is money you are entitled to have and can be used to pay down your credit card(s).
If fuckface gets upset that you call and received payment on the loan and used the $$ to pay down your credit card dept, just look him in the eye (provided you want to be in the same room with him ever again), smile sweetly, batt your eyes and say, "but honey, you said you'd protect my credit and pay back every dirty penny." Stop the converstaion and then walk away.
YOU ARE ENTITLED TO THAT MONEY... GET IT HONEY AND USE IT.
Next, word is Casey took a loan against the vdub title and payments are due and it is possible the car can/could be taken away. If this is true, work with someone to get the car turned in.... in some instances, the repo company will pay a "finders fee" to recover a vehicle... find out if this is true and see if someone can help you make this happen. Bottom line, however, get rid of the car and get as much cash possible in the process.
Something to watch out for.... Casey has not taken out any life insurance on you has he???? He could start to look at you as Scott Peterson did Lacy..... I know this may sound horrible and cruel... but it is a reality - men who are backed into a corner will kill their wives to get out of a marriage or make $$ from the insurance money.... in many of these cases, there was no history of violence.... just the stupid jerk behaving and acting as Casey has.

Just in case anyone was wondering about KC working in Oz. It's next to impossible without a work permit. Employers don't mess around with hiring illegals. The fines are very high. He's most likely on a 3 month tourist visa that doesn't permit work. It clearly states that on his passport sticker from Oz.
A work permit visa was $5000, when I worked there in 1990. It ain't like Mexicans crossing the border in the US. The Aussies DO enforce their laws. Employer's WILL NOT hire you without proper paperwork. It's a fact. KC will have to beg for money to return to the US. If he overstays his 3 month Visa, bad things will happen. The Aussie's WILL come looking for him.
KC's is not eligible for a student work visa. The US doesn't participate in the reciprocal work agreement. Plus you're required to have a RETURN TICKET!
Nor is he qualified for the business visa. He's screwed after a 3 month visit.
It's a different world when you leave the US.
