A brief message to Casey's former advertisers: I am offering the links you had on Casey's site to be posted until the end of June for free. Even if you got a refund from him, I think it's the fair thing to do. This site obviously gets far less traffic than his, but the audience remains the same. Hopefully it will get you a little value for the money you paid Casey.

Hello everyone...Declan's story was on the front page of MSN for a bit today.
Here's a loose thread for Duane...I noticed that the person who digitally filed the DMCA notice a Jeremy O'Day has the same last name as one of the No Limit (To Their Greed) Ladies (a Joy O'Day). You wouldn't happen to know what state O'Day is in, like say Arizona.
I'm thinking the No Limit (To Their Stupidity) Ladies and Kiyosaki used someone's idiot relative as their attorney for writing the 'contracts' and for filing the DMCA action which is why one of the harpies went utterly postal on Duane.
Anyhoo, if I figure out what state(s) Mr. O'Day is potentially registered in, I can find out if there's been any state bar actions against him for either ethics violations and/or incompetency.
Poor snowflake. Look at all the SWEET traffic he is missing out on... Man that sucks.

I'm off to do some digging around on the AZ state bar's website but my hunch is that Jeremy O'Day is not actually a lawyer but he the missus and the other NL Lady cut-pasted some boilerplate contract provisions (that all together make no sense) into a Word document or 3 to make up some contracts for the celebutard wannabe to sign. If that is the case, then someone is potentially practicing law without a license (and there may also be issues with exactly who filed the DMCA notice

How is anyone practicing law without a license?
you do need a legitimate claim to the coprighted property. but i think designees are ok.

I think what TVRYB is thinking about is how Joy held Jeremy O'Day out to Duane, Snowflake, and the webhost who got the DMCA notice. If Joy said or implied Jeremy's an attorney and he is not registered with the AZ or CA state bars, that may be UPL (unauthorized practice of law). I ran the guy's name through the AZ state bar's website and he doesn't show up as being currently licensed to practice in AZ. I haven't checked the CA state bar website for a listing for Jeremy O'Day...will do that and check back in.
Scary thing is Snowflake could get free of the harpies if Snowflake reasonably believes the contract was written by a lawyer and/or met Jeremy O'Day who either said or implied that he is a lawyer or if Joy suggests Jeremy is a licensed attorney when he's not.
