It looks like our young alien's "Earth Mission" is coming to an end. The nasty Eathlings have powers undreamt of on Caseyworld™. They finish what they start, use the truth in startling ways, and have a planetary defense network they call "the rule of law." Other Caseyworlders are warned to stay away. These humans protect their people and property. The Caseyalien traits of lies and betrayal and concealment only work for a brief time. Apparently these humans have the undreamt of ability to learn from mistakes and not repeat them. How can the Fliptardian race ever gain sweet passive dominion in such a crazy place? These human vermin are resourceful to the point of dawgedness. From contients away they persist upon their efforts to contain the alien "contamination" as they call it. It is this agents recommendation that the Caseyworld's highest council, Nouveau Planets Universal declare this world off limits.
Update: My bad. Wrong alien. Who does this remind you of?

Arriving SFO

...and just to post something useful, here's the link to the ongoing Friday Fraudcast transcript - five callers already transcribed in full, including LossMitPro and Duane LeGate.
Miguel, thanks for the great effort.
Oh, and about the mp3. I believe Casey was withholding the link. The mp3 was there. After I downloaded it, linked it, and uploaded, I think an hour or so later TalkShoe released it. They weren't having any problems with their servers. I'm sure he didn't want it to ever it out but he didn't realize it was still there, we just had to type in the proper location.
Miguel, I listened to the fraucast (parts of it) and then read the transcript. Well done. I could almost hear him gritting his teeth as I reread it.
He really is convinced that ALL he is doing is "Sharing his foreclosure story and helping people to not make mistakes."

He won't admit it but Casey's biggest fear is that if he ever steps foot in a courtroom he might never leave through the front door ever again.
If the court orders him to do what we've been telling him for months, stop netting, he'll be in contempt in days. Then the real fun starts. The operative words are; "Discovery is a bitch." The DA can sit on their own prosecutions but when a judge hands them a 10 inch casefile...
due to overwhelming lack of demand and the slump in the domain name after market, ive decided to reduce the price another 10%
https://www.tdnam.com/trpItemListing.aspx?&miid=7719233
all the domain gurus are against it, word on the internets is that its gonna fly! but i need to pay for admission to the kangaroo park.
Date: Tomorrow.
Not sure if this has been posted before but I found this in Sac County Superior Court
https://services.saccourt.com/indexsearchnew/CVFLPRPersonList.aspx?SearchValues=CV||SERIN%20SERIN,%20KONSTANTIN,%20A%20MINOR|01/01/2006|12/31/2007|Name|Asc(exact)
OT but...
Found at the Housing Bubble Blog:
"“In Howard County, there was one foreclosure in 2004; there are 157 so far this year. ‘We’re seeing an uptick, and it’s fairly dramatic. It appears to be accelerating, and we haven’t reached the peak,’ said John Rust, commissioner of accounts for the Fairfax County Circuit Court.”"
It's gettin' ugly out there.
CASEY LINKS TO CASEYPEDIA!
Ok, even though this is officially a haterz site I must give these guys some credit because they are producing something of value (though questionable sometimes and at my expense, but at least they keep it somewhat reasonable and give me proper credit when quoting/linking stuff).
Here is a transcript of the conversation between Mark and I on Caseypedia.com
I just wish they would remove stuff about my family from there, then I can feel more comfortable linking to them.
Hi, I checked out link for the case above, and that's definitely not one for Casey Serin, the Serin in the case listed is a minor. I could go look in PACER (has all court filings across the nation) to see what the case was about, but I don't feel like spending the money on it today.
I will tell you though, that when I heard about Casey's legal action, I did do a PACER search for it last night, and got nothing at all. Which makes me question the action.
I would much rather see the investors he screwed take legal action against him, as they lost something tangible (and substantial) from his learning experience. But that is just me.
The action is scheduled to be filed around the 3rd according to people involved. What makes you think the people filing weren't screwed?
So let me get this right...kangatard
by his own admission...
*lies on all parts of his loan
applications
*gets all equity money up front on
2.2 mill worth of property
*does not pay anything on those
properties
*let's them go into foreclosure
*maxes out almost a dozen credit
cards and does not pay on them
*takes out other loans and does not
pay on them
*wraps a house & "loses" a payment
so the new owners can't sell
w/out having to pay more
*opens up a bogus shell company to
do more of the same (above)
*cons his mom into underwriting
said bogus shell company
*sold ad space & then pulled the
means for those ads to be
shown
*avoided Cashcall demands for
payment by leaving the
country
In the meantime has also ALLEGEDLY
*taken out loans in other family
member names
**arranges massive click fraud on the
internet(at least twice)
*arranged for major trollage on EN
Each wronged company, individually, doesn't think it's worth chasing the minnow. In the meantime, one group of astute observers connects the dots & one arranges to take him to court. And now the man bringing action is getting shit? Bullocks.
All this is at the ripe old age of 24 without seeing anything wrong with his actions. Imagine what he can do to the system as he gets older without intervention? You go , Lostmittens!!
Case No.:
COMPLAINT FOR FRAUDULENT
INDUCEMENT OF EMPLOYMENT;
LIABLE; TRADE LIABLE; INJUNCTIVE
RELIEF & DAMAGES (Bus. & Prof. Code
§17200); AND, DEMAND FOR
JURY TRIAL.
Amount demanded exceeds $10,000,
and is less than $25,000.
Now come Mark Villaseñor and Queuetrac Asset Systems, Plaintiffs, alleging:
GENERAL ALLEGATIONS
"Your Honor, In re the party of the first part quid pro quo subpeona duces tecum flagrante delicto hereby notified telephonically by Bills of Attainder.
Thank you, your Honor."
hahahahahahahahahayhahAHHAHAHAHHA
@8:29 AM, Val
But his father's name is there. Konstantin is it not? It is dated December 2006.
The court filing is from the auto accident. Ancient history.
Miguel, thanks for the great effort.
Credit where it's due - NotAnOptimist did the intro and three out of five of the callers: I only did LossMitPro and Duane.
Will Cash Call use Gary Coleman to serve Casey?
Well I guess I'm a little suspicious of internet lawyers who make Harvey Birdman references and type comments in the very trendy word. word. word. format. No offense, I could be mistaken, though the phenomenon of 'playing lawyer' is quite common online. Casey 'personalizes' the issue far too much. He asks 'whats in it for you' or 'why are you taking this so personally?' 'its as if I'm stepping on your toes' I think Mark's words on the talkcast are all that's needed in response: "your opinions are in conflict with the law" So... why not? Casey received advice to turn himself in months ago from Jerome, and even before that from his web comments. To Mark's credit, one of his first remarks last night was emphatically encouraging Casey to find a lawyer.
PACER is only for federal courts. It does not have data for state courts. LMP is discussing filing/appearing in Sacramento County Superior Court, which is a CA state court; and arguably the wrong venue, if Casey lives in Yolo county.
Even if filed improperly, this little lawsuit stunt is the flipper that momentarily keeps pinball Casey in frantic motion for our entertainment.
What could be more hilarious than having Casey prematurely rush back to the pain which awaits back home, only to find the impetus was flawed and he could have remained abroad with strange broads indefinitely? He could have been a Flying Ducks, Man, one step ahead of CashCall forever. He's thwarted, I tells ya! MitPro is Casey's Offissa Pup. Yes, it's that deep. Think about it.
New post at IAFF. "Help, E-ville Mark is attacking me, please send money!"
New post at IAFF. "Help, E-ville Mark is attacking me, please send money!"
That post has been up for hours, but there's a more recent addendum tucked away at the bottom - apparently Mark didn't take too kindly to it!
Mr. Serin & Mr. SXXXXXX:
With respect to Mr. Serin’s blog topic concerning our dealings, posted at or about 9:22 PM this evening. Please be advised that my previous offer to meet and confer in the hope of resolving our differences is hereby withdrawn. There shall be no settlement discussions prior to Ex Parte’ hearing set as previously indicated. Once again in the latter regard you shall be given additional notices of hearing, once the subject complaint is filed and a court Department established.
Whoops.
Please explain. Yulia's house, if you want to call that KC's residence at the time the tort occurred, is in Yolo County. His mailbox, if you want to call that his place of business, is in Placer County. Why is LostMittens filing in Sacramento County?
Because he knows as much about venue as liable?
Just a few things then I’m back into seclusion, but wanted to peak out a little to make a few observations for chits-n-giggles. (Yeah I’m the clown, here for the entertainment of some.)
Firstly, thanks to all who’ve shown restraint and objectivity. I appreciate the majority of EN regulars who see past the hype and disinformation, to glean the substance and ultimate goal: hit the Hobbit where it hurts most! Also much thanks to the likes of Miguel and others for transcribing the Foreclosure Friday podcast. Saves me some time (I’ll now be able to more easily use that material in evidence).
There strangely seem to be LOTS of wanna-be lawyer types that have emerged from the woodwork (and wouldn’t ya know, they are effectively anon), citing my complaint as unmeritorious and ill-prepared. Funny, not even the Defendants have seen the full complaint (yet) only a cap-sheet. Yet these modern-day Clarence Darrels extrapolate too much from so little, as though they’ve some inside track I haven’t. Go figure?
Yes one aim behind the lawsuit is to redress matters by monetary compensation. (Doh!) That’s how our legal systems is organized, to compensate aggrieved parties monetarily. Wish there was another way but there isn’t, this is the American systems of civil justice. And after all that is what matters most to the Fliptardian, MONEY; it is his god, his life blood, his ultimate objective. What else would any good litigator target?
The topics devoted to me that Casey posted to IAFF (while I’m flattered) do much to add ammo to my already full arsenal. I’ll explain, without going into all the legal theories which support the arguments. But you’ll get the gist.
Under normal circumstances Casey may have had some protections granted by Batzel Vs. Cremers, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, D.C. No. CV-00-09590-SVW (2003); meaning, Casey could have been shielded from certain conduct engaged on his blog had he NOT commented about me directly (himself). Although by posting what he has concerning me, protected matter of an express non-pubic nature. He opens the whole IAFF blog to all sorts of legal remedies, fit for the king that he is. And rest assured I am redrafting the complaint (lawsuit), to accommodate Mr. Serin’s desire for more pain.
Some have wondered why I am litigating Pro Per? Well, for one I can (by skill and right), and for another that is a matter of costs control. I needn’t spend thousands on attorney fees for a case that has a real potential of non-recovery. My Pro Per status is a business decision, a more cost-effective angle.
Lastly, many have wondered WHY I claim Casey & Marty are violating the law in executing their publication deal. Fair question, one I can answer without jeopardizing other aspects, so here goes...
Below is an excerpt from the “Joint Venture” contract between Casey & Marty. It ain’t pretty and may not seem like much, but it absolutely “IS” one (of many) smoking guns all have wondered about:
For obvious reasons, due to potential creditor and IRS issues, Casey’s personal name will not appear on anything that could jeopardize any assets, accounts, etc. being seized or frozen. Steps will be taken to ensure this, as in 2006, Marty lost over $400,000 in assets as a result of his business partner’s actions, and their name being on primary accounts and assets.”
Hmmmm, let see; unlawful shielding of asset, tax evasion, criminal conspiracy, criminal conspiracy to commit fraud... Need I go on?
Thus it should be no great wonder to anyone, why Casey is wiggin out so hard; trying everything is his limted “power” to discredit and diminish what he KNOWS is coming. Death rattles, I say, the last gasps of a failed life and wasted talent. But then, I’m just the chump claiming "I am a fool and want to let everybody on the internet know it" (thanks realist) so why take my word for anything? ;)

Expert on venue, liabels and American Defense counselors from the 19th century: ie one Clarence Darrel
@LossMitPro
You've got my support LMP. Hitting Casey in the moneybelt is what is freaking him out...he seems to think that any money he makes is his and doesn't have to go to his creditors...we all saw how much 1K affected him...I can't wait to see what even more will do to his dumb ass.
Good luck Thursday!
LMP:
That has got to be one of the most unintentionally funny posts yet!
I am still laughing.
@anon 12:53
You're the type of guy that farts in a crowded room and giggles thinking no one can figure out that it was you.

”Expert on venue…”
Piss Ant, wanna-be somebody... Check out the locality of Hammar Investments, Inc. then bitch to me about venue (Jag-off)! In a multiplicity of venues, it’s called PICK ONE (shit-head).
~Mark
PS – Thanks Legion, much appreciated.
LMP, you are suing this guy for LIABLE
How can you even pretend to be serious or educated when you took some internet lawsuit template and filled it in with a claim of LIABLE... you misspelled this twice, not a typo.
Seriously, this makes you look like such an amateur, and then "Clarence Darrel"? HAahahhahaha
Dude I'm a hater. I want to see bad things happen to Casey. But you're a clown, first for getting involved with him businesswise, second for threatening tons of stupid fake lawsuits in the last few weeks, and third for threatening this stupid fake lawsuit. C'mon man. On the one hand you're saying "I'm credible I have a great business I am a smart guy that gets what he wants." On the other hand you are suing MOCHA. Hahhahahaha. Good luck making that "liable" charge stick.
Seriously, much thx to Rob Dawg, R-Boy, Nacho, Annie, whoever else, but LMP you are seriously a poor man' Nigel Swaby.
Mark, I'm a natural skeptic, I dont see how you're going to succeed in winning the war (not that I'm a expert on law, I can spell the word thats about it).
But I'm hoping you at least win a few big battles (getting a 3 week no-blogging/profit order would be a good start), seperating Casey from Marty and/or the book would be another.
I couldn't make it past the third
paragraph when you botch Clarence Darrow!
You reall should try. There is important information there.
In CS post he says: ’m outpowered by myself. Mark Villasenor is obviously using his perceived legal knowledge against me by sending me this legal mumbo jumbo that he knows I don’t understand.
But, CS won't hire a lawyer, or use his 132 IQ, or take the time he needs to understand. CS is going to ignore and hope his winning personality and skills as a master debater will win the day.
I'll bet he does not even know what violation is being alleged.
Folks, please remember....
Lost Mittens does not need a strong case. He does not to be a good speller.
He's going after Casey!
I'll bet Casey is madly trying to find a way to short sell this case! If he can;t do that, He'll ignore it and let it go into foreclosure.
Anon @ 12:57 PM:
”Seriously, much thx to Rob Dawg, R-Boy, Nacho, Annie, whoever else, but LMP you are seriously a poor man' Nigel Swaby.”
Yup, that’s me, got nothing to back the talk but a bunch of hilarious fodder. Whist you clearly lack the balls to say what you will outside of anon... Opps, did I just blow your cover?
Ok, fun & games time is over. See ya all later; I’ve a case to prepare for. :)

Mark, I'm a natural skeptic, I dont see how you're going to succeed in winning the war (not that I'm a expert on law, I can spell the word thats about it).
My spidey-sense is tingling.
Tell me, Mark, if you can without messing things up: the lawsuit isn't really the important thing, is it? Merely having the case heard opens up a whole host of things, doesn't it? And whether you win or lose the lawsuit, CS is in deep shit?
This is what my spidey-sense tells me. The lawsuit is not the endgame. It is the beginning of the endgame.
LMP,
Why did you tell him he has to be in Superior Court next week? Doesn't make sense at all.
segfault - ssshhhh! don't tell KC!
I could go either way on Lost Mittens. He's not funny, but he is knowledgeable about loss mitigation. I prefer funny people but loss mitigators are interesting.
Court is always messy. Accusations, counter-accusations, it all gets sorted out. But Casey's got big skeletons in his closet, and one little case might lead to much larger problems. People in that condition should not seek to publish a book based on their crimes. Or maybe he should call it If I Borrowed It.
I'm open to the idea that smoking guns have not been brought to my attention. Marty lost $400k because he partnered with a different crook? So far I just see teasers. But I'm not an official judge.
If Casey does not find an attorney to tackle this, that's practically suicidal.
Overall, this may well be a sound technique to reign the schemer Casey Serin. Profiting from mortgage fraud by selling a book about it does not sit well with me. I was open to Marty saying, "Every dirty penny will go to lenders until the debt is paid." Of course, he said instead that Serin needed "money in his pocket," the pitch that sold Casey, but did not sell me. I worked six of the nine months Casey's been napping on the internet. My taxes are paid and Monday I start at Amazon. At Nine A.M.! I have a mortgage and it's never late. Casey said once that since these were business losses, he should be insulated. Yesterday he said, "What's the big deal with taxes?" So karmically he deserves a sock in the face. Should that manifest as a matter before the court? Mittens isn't a lender, or the district attorney, but it is what it is, a civil matter of uncertain merit that might bring more serious matters to the court's attention. Justice, as Churchill said, grinds slow, but grinds exceedingly fine.
If Casey does represent himself, I sure wish someone would tape the proceedings. Comedy gold.
Yup, that’s me, got nothing to back the talk but a bunch of hilarious fodder.
Sorry, are you going to sue me for "liable?" I guess I'd better be careful.
Whist you clearly lack the balls to say what you will outside of anon... Opps, did I just blow your cover?
Um no? I have 2 posts, both of them today and both of them to make fun of you. That's it.
I like the idea a lot, but it's lacking in the execution.
And no, having the case heard doesn't open up a whole host of things. The lenders and authorities already have way more info than they need to go after Casey. For some reason at this time they don't seem inclined to do so, hopefully that changes, but some goofy lawsuit written by a guy that thinks he's "Clarence Darrel" and is suing Mocha for "liable".... and he's doing it pro se, ya the judge will giggle.
Ok, fun & games time is over. See ya all later; I’ve a case to prepare for. :)
~Mark
But Casey's got big skeletons in his closet, and one little case might lead to much larger problems.
I believe that's at the root of the plan. If he's got any sense (yes, I know...), Casey should do everything in his power to avoid court proceedings, since even a trivial action might end up uncovering material that could lead to much more serious criminal proceedings later on.
Which is presumably why Mark's completely relaxed about posting the smoking-gun MP3s on his own site - Casey and Martin could sue, but would run the risk of their contents being aired in court. And I imagine this is absolutely the last thing they want to happen.
Did anyone else notice that when Annie called Casey out during her ass-whuppin' last night for raising money with a begathon, his defense was that it was business and that people were getting value for money?
Does anyone else find it really alarming that Casey thinks business and begging are the same thing?
Does anyone else find it really alarming that Casey thinks business and begging are the same thing?
Nope. This is a man who thinks opening the mail constitutes a full working day.
Endgame: This Monday-- actually that's my husband's flight back to the US. Hmmm-- if fliptard's aboard, maybe I can give him a "friendly" greeting ;-)

Thank you-- I did a double check, and my DH gave me the wrong day-- it is tomorrow...
I can just picture the cell call tomorrow morning-- "Honey, where are you?"
"Wha-- in bed."
"You're supposed to be at SFO!"
"WTF? You told me Monday!"
Sheesh.
About PACER - thanks for letting me know that it's for federal cases only. I use it during the day to investigate mortgage fraud and bankruptcy cases...
Unfortunately, none of my investors lent money to fliptard, to this is just all for fun.
But I still don't know what LossMitPro lost as a result of Casey - hence the suit. Maybe that will all come out when the suit is filed?
Holy macaroni! Just listened the the fraudcast. Lost Mittens has Casey seriously scurred.
haven't written in a while but i am actually a JD.
"unlawful shielding of asset, tax evasion, criminal conspiracy, criminal conspiracy to commit fraud.."
LMP those are criminal charges and they can't be brought by you.
You have to show damage before all else.
I hope you do take some sort of action, but seriously don't talk/type anymore, anon and I and others are watching your tactics melt away.
I am not a lawyer and I don't play one on the internet. But I have to agree with P.
I think Lost Mittens is pretty cagey about this. If anything, I hope he's doing a rope-a-dope on Casey using misdirection.
Keep it all on the QT. Don't give away your tactics.
Most importantly, LMP, don't let the anonopussies get to ya. You know that's what they want.
I could go either way on Lost Mittens. He's not funny, but he is knowledgeable about loss mitigation. I prefer funny people but loss mitigators are interesting.
That's exactly how I feel about LMP (except that I don't think of loss mitigators at all!). He's a haterz, but a kind of virulent strain of hater.
There is something more to the CS/LMP story than meets the eye!
You go LMP!
Long time lurker.. first time commenter. :)
Just had to pipe up and say that to whoever the blowhard is about the "spelling" mistake in LMP's lawsuit? Yeah, Casey didn't scan any of that. He typed it. We all know what a nitwit he is so my money is on Casey's poor spelling and not LMP's lack of legal jargon.
Hey, won-ton duck soup drops from otter space: Time for 6 Degrees of Casey Serin and there seems to be an insufficient # of entries.
power on lossmitpro. don't know if your tactics/suit will work or not. or what the outcome will be.
but i'm tired of casey feeling he's got everything under control. and just knowing he's coming back to california makes me feel good.
if you or anyone else can get control of iaff, please do. then take the damn thing down.

No, just have the flight attendant warn the air marshall about the suspicous twitchy little ferret in seat 47B (not his real seat assignment).
Ack ack aaack aaaaaack ack ack ack ack ack aaacka aaaaaaaaaack.
Interesting-- there are TWO Quantas flight 73's-- one in tomorrow morning at 10:15, and a second on Monday, also at 10:15. I'll be curious to see if he's there Monday...

Heh-- I was just wishing my DH had access to e-mail over this last weekend in Oz to warn him. Ah well-- my DH has seen enough of Casey's blog and Caseypedia to know him on sight. He knows what to do :-D
