Crap !

Murst !

Murst! And, last I heard, the fence had been reappropriated to secure the growing number of mosquito-infested algae pools plaguing the backyards of California foreclosure objects.

Vehicle is a Studebaker Commander, somewhere around 1958 (but not 1958)

>>crap, spent too much time trying to figure out the model year.

Hey;

THERE'S a job for Snowfake!

He likes real estate, he'll get to see plenty of it!

He's a legal immigrant,(kinda).

He can do community service digging the fence post holes from California to Texas!

I'm seeing a "Road Runner" landscape, and Murseman trudging across it, carrying a shovel.

Sweeeet!

Now, I am not sure which fence we are talking about here.....

Is it the one ?

No dude, illegal immygrints, not illegal undygarments.

Mais bien sur ! Ach natuerlich !

You mean this one. I guess they still have not found enough cheap labor. Maybe they should stop by their local Home Depot.....

Studebaker Commander. Now how many people have riden in a Studebaker? [Rasies hand} What about a "Silver" or "Golden?" [sheepishly lowers hand in regret]

Fot those who cannot choose between the various versions being offered above I suggest a compromise.

Hohohoooo....is it this time of year already ?

Nigel's youtube video is #2 and his caseypedia.com entry #3 for the "Nigel Swaby" Google search. Will any of these entries take over his own blog at #1?

Now THAT would be award winning......

It's been 24 hours. Where's Casey's big explanation?????

Holy freaking crap, you're right! Check out how bad it is. I actually feel kind of bad...

*raises hand*

My mother's first car was a Studebaker, when I was about 5. I think it was a Hawk?

The only memory I have of it is sitting in the front seat, trying to sneak out as my mother dropped my sister off at school. I had chicken pox or some other childhood illness and was in my pajamas, but I did NOT want to miss a day of kindergarten.

@Rob Dawg
Not much of a compromise, though the nails help reduce the touchy-feelies that a girl might object to (depending upon who is doing the feeling). Either way, that thing looks downright medieval.

Re studebaker, what about a supercharged Avanti? (some came from the factory with a Paxton blower installed).

How could this make it to the #8 spot in no time !?

That and "NIGEL SWABY IS A WRETCH" at #4 make his Google profile fairly disturbing....

Sorry for the deleted posts but my mad IT skillz(tm) are killing me today! It always looks good in the preview and is then messed up on the post! I better stick to my looser(tm) W-2 job.....

Ok, how about this. To keep nigel casey and the term cashback low on the ratings, from now on.. put a minus(-) sign right in front, ie

-nigel
-swaby
-cashback
-casey
-serin

There is an exclude filter on google, this might trick it. It will definitely be hard to search on "-casey", so the prefixed references won't easily add to link counts.

Anonymous said...

Second thought.. strike that (above). In every reference to Nigel, refer to the Caseypedia entry using "a href" code. This increases inbound link counts, and can put down the comparative rating of Nigel's own site.

OMG just google: "nigel swaby hypocrite"

How does one even delete posts, anyway?

I was disappointed that the USA Today article did not mention that Nigel has Koi, a kind of fish or that mostly algae caused by the sun.

And now for something slightly off topic  Perhaps the increase in treasury yields is due to China backing off on their currency manipulation and will we see the Yuan start to rise more in the coming months.

flailing forward said...

Casey's not getting any love over there either. The funny thing is that this is how he's perceived on an actual RE investing board.

R-boy, I was a little pissed at you for screwing up Nigel's lack of comments (he was two posts away from truly becoming zero comment Swaby, at which point I could gloat my immature ass off), but I forgive you since it appears you've been pissing him off enough that he brought his outing ways from DHC back to SLCRE. Excellent work.

Also, speaking of award-winning bloggers with koi (which are fish), I investigated a little deeper into those blog carnivals that he's always crowing about. The latest one listed his article 10 days ago, and in that time he's gotten one comment on it, which was the carnival guy telling him he was accepted. I hope his server doesn't crash like Casey's from the traffic overload.

@ Flailing -- Caseypedia has the exclusive story on what really goes on at a blog carnival... ;-)

I gots only two brushes with Studebaker awareness.

My first was the Frank Zappa song Billy the Mountain in which the government agent drives a Studebaker Hawk. For years, I though the song referred to a "Studebaker Hog" and it was the guy's name, not the car.

Later, my brother was dropping off clothes to the seamstress my mother used for alterations. He noticed a car in her garage. She explained that it was her late husband's, had been parked for years, and it was for sale. It was an Avanti, mint. Bro checked back often, saving his money for the purchase, even though I was a big spoilsport who told him to buy a practical, small, easily maintainable car. Eventually, he had the necessary, rather small amount of cash, and showed up at the lady's house, only to find out that she was making arrangements to move into a nursing home, and the car had been towed to a salvage yard two weeks previously and she couldn't quite remember the details. Ah, forty years ago...
