Meet the Kids
Iamfacingforeclosure, Ablebuyer, Ibuyappartmentbuildings and some other thing that wassqueezed out from between the thighs of she who holds me back. I don't care about that last as it isn't my own.
My guess: He was "forced" to bring IAFF back because he spent the cash his advertisers gave him and so rather than give them back their money after the shutdown, he brought the blog back.
The sad part is I considered running a "dead pool" on how long he could stay down but decided against it as it seemed too cruel. I won't make that mistake again.
Casey split from Galina because IAFF fills his narcissistic needs better.
One of the advertisers who paid him, told him through an attorney that a contract is a contract and they expected the contract to be fulfilled because he accepted payment (you can't always back out by returning the payment.. or he couldn't because he spent it).
He's revising the post right now: added "I thought I was NEVER going to be back online. There has been some recent developments" and "Lesson I learned: never say “never”."
Actually, this is great. Without the lil' shit, I was compelled to read a lot of substantive stuff, on this blog and elsewhere. Plus, Caseypedia has a new lease on life.
My speculation on the comeback is more mundane: my guess is that Casey pouted and wheedled until Galina folded.
She'll still try to enforce the "don't mention me on the blog" clause, but her bluff has been called.
The NPD speculation suggests that, if nothing else, Casey is a master manipulator. Galina herself noted it in the No More Debt agreement: "pressure her or manipulate her or take advantage of her".

When Casey said be careful what you sign, he was not talking about himself. After all it takes an adult to sign a legally binding document. My guess is both he and Galina signed a contract with LMP about getting rid of their debts. LMP was getting paid through free advertising on IAFF and forced Galina to honor the contract.

My guess is both he and Galina signed a contract with LMP about getting rid of their debts. LMP was getting paid through free advertising on IAFF and forced Galina to honor the contract.

Wow, he was quick in removing my wonderful poem. That shows:
1. He monitors this forum constantly. It would make sense considering his love of attention.
2. He won't / can't actually ban anyone.
It makes me feel guilty because commenting either here or at IAFF is what keeps him going. You / we have all made him who he is. If it wasn't for the hater comments, he would probably have had to find a real job by now.

OK, I get it. As someone who has contributed money to this kookiness, I finally believe there is something terribly wrong. Failing to see this earlier is a product of experiencing a life time of honorable people. Don’t laugh yourselves cross-eyed but I believed Casey.

The act is getting tiresome. Even the "final" podcast was lame and I ended up leaving my computer 30 minutes into it. His 15 mins of fame are almost up. Time for the cops to arrest him.
