Nigel Barks

Wow, this is tough. I have had so many Nigel comments, emails and various inquiries about Swabtard in the last 5 days they started running together like so much pleather dissolved in AXE. We know he lies, we know he is a hypocrite, we suspect he has serious image and self-worth issues. All the evidence of being reality challenged remains uncontested when presented. Now recently repromoted Mortgage Broker Nigel Swaby has decided that not only have Casey, Duane, En, CR, SDCIA and others gotten him wrong but USA Today has made the very same errors. Turns out he who moderates comments has lashed out at the factual revelations that two years before having recently talked up the housing market he himself had cashed out. In a case of poetic justice his choice of reinvestments has yeilded less than half what sticking with SLC RE would have generated. Stupid hypocrite with issues. As paublic service post the comments here where Nigel reads more often than SLCRE and there is no censorship.

First?

Anybody notice IAFF is back up?

First to slap him in the face?

I just noticed that too, Dolph. I like to kick dead horses around.

No new content though.

Does this mean the baby has been resurrected? Please don't let it be a zombie though. Zombies are creepy.

I knew KC would go on not keeping his promises, why change a thing?

Apparently I spoke too soon.

Never Say Never: I am Facing Foreclosure is Back!
Things have been pretty crazy lately. After being down for a week this foreclosure blog is back. The story of dealing with consequences of foreclosure, struggling to pay off debt and becoming a success is a story that will continue to be told…

More in the next post on why I was forced to bring this foreclosure blog back up…

KOI !

That's a type of fish and goes in ponds....you bunch of loosers.

He was "forced" to bring the foreclosure blog back. HAHA! Someone obviously made him do it. He didn't want to, but it had to be done. He tried to stop them, but they forced him into it.

I KNEW IT....I KNEW IT.....I KNEW IT You couldn't keep Snowflake away from his blog if you drove a stake in his heart.

Hey Nigel,

The MSM didn't get it wrong, YOU get it wrong all the time. Funny how you always act like a victim whenever somebody quotes you correctly.

Man oh man, I should get my friend to make a movie about mortgage brokers who whine too much.

I guess the marriage is kaput and he now lives in the sweet VDUBS down by the river!

Seriously........does anyone fear for the Serin family and G's physical well being. I personally thought he would take a month but damn he didn't even last a week. Betcha anything this is intended to mitigate the impending prosecution of mighty Casey via an insanity defense.

Forget Nigel.

Casey was forced back.

Game On!

Nigel's a whiner who hates when people call it correctly and make him look foolish for it.

Nice, prinn. Go suck Casey's blue ball for awhile.

Who picked June 6?

Ohhhh yaaaa. This will kill the blog. Dumfuck.

I thought I had Wednesday with the explanation that he needed to ramp up the talkcast but I can't find it.

Anonymous said...

I had to bring IAFF back up because couldn't get a job to make $1000/week. Hence, G had to let me get back to what brings in the bacon and the bread.

Anonymous said...

BTW, what's the deal with Nigel and USA Today? Can someone bring me up to speed?

Rob Dawg said...

Nigel was quoted in USAToday here. Then he blogs on SLCRE how he was misrepresented. The freakin' hypocrite can't even admit he's a slime when the national media catches him dripping in algae.

Anonymous said...

The nerve of USAToday! How dare they quote Nigel! I think cornflake should sue them for libel/slander. Imagine!

Okay, I can't do fake righteous indignation anymore. Can anyone help out here?

Anonymous said...

If he was indeed misquoted, he can request a correction from the newspaper. I suspect he wasn't misquoted. He saw an opportunity to get more publicity and said whatever he thought was going to help him get on the paper. Oh the humanity!!!

flailing forward said...

He says he wasn't misquoted at SLCRE. Claims the background story was wrong.

I feel sorry for the dope who justifies using cottonswap as a broker by saying if usatoday trusts him then why shouldn't he...

Anonymous said...

Actually, having worked in journalism as well as having been part of things written about in the media, I don't doubt that Nigel was misrepresented. His post rings true to me.

I had 8th. But, Rob Dawg's logic makes sense.

oh boy... looking forward to friday.

Will Bob Dawg be the "special guest" on the fraudcast? Homey perhaps?

from the usa today article, the Swaby-dex consists of 4 stocks: Procter & Gamble, Nortel Networks, Revlon and United Airlines.

Revlon? My gaydar is going off...

seriously, we need a ticker to track these stocks...

Here is you NigDex.

I knew that Casey was bringing the blog back.

Several reasons why. Casey thinks that his story still can be told for money...

R-Boy said...

Please note that Nigel now states that Casey bought the penny stock with his post.

Nice job Nigel

"Wow, being in USA Today will do wonders for bringing in new clients for mortgages," thinks Nigel Swaby, "Not to mention the crazy blog traffic I will see! That will be my sweet media revenge on that little fucker Casey who wouldn't publicize my multiple award-winning blogs on his last fraudcast!"

Nigel skips to the newsstand to pick up a hundred or so copies of USA Today to pass out to everyone who has ever glanced sideways at him. He reads the text. "Oh, shit. This kind of makes it sound like real estate is a bad investment right now. I'd better get on my blog and debunk a national newspaper quoting me out of context! That's what Casey always did!"

Anonymous said...

It looks like Lossmitpro is telling Casey the relaunch is a big mistake so he may not be the one forcing Galina to allow it. I still think it is some contract Galina signed that is allowing the return of IAFF. Possibly Cashcall is threatening to sieze the Blog along with all blog material.

Yikes. Just read the USA TOday piece. That guy is a hyppocrite extraordinnaire. I cashed out too - but my investment portfolio contains more than 4 stocks - it contains about 45. My annualized returns have been heftier than the SLCRE market...heheheheheh.

Two tips Swabbo - these have done VERY well for me lately. XOM and AMT. Revlon? Do you buy that yarn that Cramer spins that if it's a product your family uses it's probably a stable company?? Scoff! REV is dead money. I'd give you a few more tips too if you weren't such a fucknut.

flailing forward said...

Heh, love the NigDex. It definitely outperformed the SerinDex though.

subsonic22 said...

TK,

Good calls on XOM and AMT (although it looks like AMT could be overvalued right now - 162 P/E!). REV is currently trading at $1.46, that's penny stock territory. If he bought the stock two years ago today and held it, he is looking at a return of -50%. The SP 500 is up 30% over the last two years. Factor in no dividend and that's not something I would want to mention to a nationwide newspaper. I have my own dog stock that has managed to lose money over the same period of time while the broad markets have increased, but at least I'm getting 6% dividend yield.

Anonymous said...

I'm pulling a good dividend yield as well, and you're right about AMT, but it's been a winner. Sorry to say I was one of the "winners" in the satellite radio wars only to watch about 80% of my gains get given back. It's my only "emotional" holding. And luckily I sold a shit ton of it on the way up so I'm still in the black.

Dolph said...

Is REV still owned by Ron Perelman?
