The bragadocio little turdflake is exhibiting is to be expected. After months of being hounded to get a job, pay his debts, support his wife, talk to creditors it has all suddenly gone away. Poof, a great weight has lifted, people are housing, feeding and paying attention to HIM. As he thinks it should be. Soon however he'll come back and the celphone will be dq'd and the locks will be changed and the car safely at G parents house or the church rectory. There will be a pile of mail tied up and on the doorstep and it will all start up again.

Today's question:

Who will pick him up at the airport? He doesn't know who to trust remember? It will be his parents who appear to be oblivious to his criminality and are risking their futures by their continued involvement. Man, can you imagine having your school district pension garnered because you signed that one simple piece of corporate credit paper that your loving son said was just a formality?

1. I thought Casey's mom finally put her foot down and said no.

2. I think we know Galina is getting a divorce.

Congrats, that was the reply of the week. Sweet, simple, funny and 100% truth. Yet it hits so hard and shows the level of consequence those around Snowflake are about to endure.

Eric said...

Honestly, Rob, I think the fact that there hasn't been a post everyday dedicated to Casey has got to be bothering him. He counts on our traffic to drive his. In fact, I bet this is the first site he checks after Marty posts his next entry.

I wonder if Casey is counting on Smarty Marty and the Slimeball Patrol to pick him up, or advance him some money?

Anonymous said...

I think we know Galina is getting a divorce.

Woah that's a bombshell. Did I miss something? Did Duane or Mark have a talk with Galina or is this speculation?

Anonymous said...

He counts on our traffic to drive his.
You got that turned around EN gets a lot of traffic from IAFF. Casey promotes IAFF not EN. But nice try.

ratlab said...

here will be a pile of mail tied up and on the doorstep

I've posed the question before. I wonder if fliptard is paying The UPS Store in advance for his PO box. If not, they're probably already pissed off about the mail piling up and if he hasn't paid or pre-paid, they're probably going to start refusing his mail.

Anonymous said...

I am assuming. But Galina would really have to have her head up her ass to take Casey back now.

He basically left her to go live with strangers that will pay his rent and food. Would you still be married if your husband was whoring himself out while on vacation when you were cleaning toilets and dealing with lenders and credit card companies who never stop calling.

I willing to put down some serious money that Casey has not sent a dime to Galina.

The best part about this whole thing is that Galina has 50% ownership of IAFF. Good ole California. If she does file for divorce, the first thing she should do is ask for the site to be taken down while they figure out the details.

Anonymous said...

Did snowflake say he was coming back?

Rob Dawg said...

I bet this is the first site he checks after Marty posts his next entry.

Yes. He has no choice. The IAFF comments are dwindling and the approved even moreso. He can't even trust his old blog anymore to tell him the truth. He's still in that delusional world where any attention is good attention. I bet he loses 5lbs on the flight back sweating. "Do they know the exact flight?" "Who besides dad will be at the gate?" "Those EN dawgs have never been wrong. Is there badthingscoming?"

Me. Personally it will be funny if the Aussies claim he was working on his book while visiting and they are owed taxes.

Anonymous said...

I don't think EN has much effect on Casey. He seems the type to be unswayed by the fact that there is one or 10 hater sites. This is, I think, the preeminent hater site. Even when posts are not Casey related there are comments about Casey in those posts. Embrace the Casey-hate. err... It's all good.

Rob Dawg said...

CAsey values IAFF at $100,000 plus. Her half is $50k. She can start a new life. Dust Bunny can advance the $50k with sweet corporate credit and retain 100% ownership provided he hasn't been selling shares to finance his adventure down under.

As a newcommer here, I thought I'd share my thoughts on why I think Casey's blog is in big trouble.

I started reading there, checked it now and then. Over time, I felt like he was holding back and not telling the whole story. I started thinking, "Gee, I wonder if someone else covers his story with more information". Bingo, here I am (and now never read IAFF).

He's lost control of the story. If he holds back, people go elsewhere (here). If he tells all, he ruins any chance for a business association with anyone (what serious business is willing to expose itself to full transparancy?).

Manufactured celebrity will bite you every time because it will always grow out of your control, just ask Paris Hilton.

Casey's return flight will probably be Oz to SFO, then SFO to SMF. Given Casey's history and demonstrated thought processes, I expect him to "miss his flight" in SFO and find another way home.

Anybody hoping to intercept Casey should plan on doing so at the first gate he passes through in the United States, not at the final destination shown on his itinerary.

Immigration bill defeated, congratulations, you "win". Thank goodness, justice has been done, all of our immigration problems are now officially over.

Conservative politicians and right-wing radio can now hold a triumphant press conference where they now announce that the search for the "real immigration bill" will now begin, and then proceed to go golfing in Florida where they dodge reporters asking pesky questions about what exactly they themselves have done to improve the immigration situation over the last twenty years.

Anonymous said...

Casey will have a destination of Sacramento but will get lost on the way to the gate and end up in Lake Tahoe because he needed peace and quiet and the plane wasn't doing that for him.

Answer: Both are having their activities hindered by those pesky Haterz

If Casey was truly ignoring Haterz, he wouldn't mention them...daily. Now that MarTay is in control on IAFF, we should refer to him as Masey....they've merged into a single entity.

Required elements for a real immigration bill.

1: Funding for securing the border.
2: Authority to use lethal force against border crossers.
3: Funding for indefinite detention for any illegal aliens found in the United States.

I wouldn't be surprised if Casey makes it "half-way" across the pond so to speak. That would be the bait needed to get another Declan interview and another spike in traffic.

I just wonder how much money Marty has given flippy or what that is about? So far, several smart businessmen have attempted to do business with Casey. Most have failed. Somehow, Marty is able to control Casey. The question, is what is he using to control his actions and control his site?

Anonymous said...

Casey says he has only spent $200-300 in the three weeks he's been in Australia. He also says he flew from Brisbane to Newcastle, bought a new Skype headset, rented a car, paid $50 for a night in a hostel, spent $2/hr here and there on 'net access and there's no doubt he's spent money on coffee and juice during his stay.

He's either spent more than $300, or there are some very generous (and stupid) Australians giving money away to our favourite blogger.

To answer above:

No, I don't think Casey every really publicly acknowledged what a lambaste the BBC interview was. Before it was released, he made comments pumping it up, which almost makes on think he didn't even realize at first he was being skewered. And, I don't think he's mentioned the GoDaddy cancellation.

"The interview today… man that was a tough one. I wish life was clear cut like that. Yes or No. White or Black."

Ya know, when I hear people say things like this in real life, it sets off an alarm in my mind. Maybe I'm a moralizing prick? Or maybe I'm just moral... (???)

Another observation: the position of many here on Casey and Illegals is the same, 'regardless of intent, surrounding circumstances, general climate of the industry- an illegal act was committed and should be corrected as per law' Simplistic? No, ethical.

@Alabama_Swamp_Donkey: I just wonder how much money Marty has given flippy or what that is about?

My bet: none, zip, nada. He's stringing Casey along with a promise of "great things are coming" royalties or revenue shares. Casey would be very well advised to check exactly what share of precisely which revenues he will be due.

Somehow, Marty is able to control Casey. The question, is what is he using to control his actions and control his site?

Casey's greed, blind optimism, and dogged belief that his story is compelling. Plus a veiled threat of "you don't want to cross me, we have a contract and I know where the bodies are buried". But I'd say mostly the greed.

I'm also not convinced that Casey's every action is controlled or approved by Marty. Casey's a loose cannon; every previous partner discovered that. Marty may be trying to keep Casey on a shorter leash, but the shiny things will always win in the end.

I still say that Galina, along with Joy and Erin have the power to take Casey down. Galina has at least 1/2 interest in all of this. Joy and Erin, even assuming that the contract is crazy, can still pursue it and would likely be successful given Caseys weak, unreliable resources and his generally fuck-everything-up nature. Think any judges would smile on Casey in that scenario, all 3 ladies present? I'd pay to see that.

With control over the blog, Galina would be afforded enough to pay off all her debts and then some. Joy and Erin could get the cut they salivated over months ago.

Freaking Win-Win!

I'll ask Casey's 5 supporterz this question ONE LAST TIME:

You say we stand in his way? How's that? Really now? He will not pay back any of his debts. He claims he has money right now, but I don't see one creditor receiving dirty pennies to satisfy his debt.

He's good at playing the world's smallest fiddle, I will admit that. First he begs his advertisers to support him to put food on his family...errr....table. Big problem, why did he leave his wife behind? How much has he given to G?

NOW he cries to anybody who will listen that we get in his way so that he can't make some imaginary sum of money to "pay back my debts." Well, he claims to have money at this moment, why hasn't he paid those creditors? He will not. He's proven time and time again he has NO INTEREST in doing so. It won't help his FICO and it won't help him live extravagantly. So why do it? Answer me this please.

I have reams of proof that this kid has no interest in paying back his creditors. He basically wants to get rich on the backs of others. If any of his 5 supporterz would wake up and realize that he is PLAYING you, then he would truly have nothing unless you folks are dupes or marks. Then go ahead and keep talking him up. You will only be burned by fliptard in the end.

Finally, huh? Even he's annoyed by how long he takes to respond.

And I am not satisfied by his answers. What interest rate is his corp charging him!? As Rob Dawg pointed out, it must be market rate -- which, for someone with his credit, is as high as 96%. He claims he's been making payments?! Where does this guy get his money?!

lawnmower man said...

Casey sez: The funny thing is… with your attempt at sabotage you’re actually helping my story be more interesting and keeping the World’s Most Hated Blogger label going. Thanks for your help.

I have to admit this does bother me a little. Much as we admired Declan's article -- and much as we enjoyed the acknowledgment it gave us -- it did also give Casey's story new legs. And Casey has actually been very savvy in exploiting it: not just the exposure, but also the opportunity to reinvent himself as a victim of those awful, vindictive haterz.

Are we feeding his mania? Are we indirectly putting coin in his pocket?

IMHO, probably yes. But what's the alternative? Shining the light on him keeps him in the media, but it also keeps him exposed to scrutiny: it's now very difficult for him to spin the fraud, the abandonment, the scams away.

Without the light shone on him, what would he be up to now? Excusing his past; manipulating Galina; plunging huge amounts of corporate cash into scammy real-estate or stock schemes; signing up new NRU members.

For all his "we must be on the same team" spin, Casey *hates* the light: "The interview today… man that was a tough one." Yes: it was tough because the haterz prepared Robbie with information and questions.

I had NO criminal intent and had FULL desire to pay back all those loans.

Even Larchmont, where you knew full well that the appraisal was pumped up $50K over what the house was failing to sell for on the market? (As Casey says to Marty: "if you look in MLS, you'll see it jump up $50K".) That sounds very much like criminal intent to defraud to me.

Or the actual answer, which is that contrary to conspiracy theories about legions of paid PageDaddy VA's, there are actual only two or three trolls posting here, freetime to troll and interest in trolling you retards ebbs and flows, and EN has been boring as hell this week.

The trolling will resume when something exciting happens in Caseyland and re-primes the blowhard "regular" posters to be responsive to disinformation and manufactured hilarity.

I think the book is taking longer than they had predicted. They are having to clean up a lot of text and package it for production. The trolls tried to focus their efforts on disrupting the site while attention was here from the Declan articles. Now that the publicity isn't focused on the haterZ, they are off doing other tasks for Marty.
Expect to see them again, generating buzz when the book hits. I expect to see a ton of posts like:

"you guys won't believe what Casey said about Rob in his book"...or something similar. When it comes out.

The fact is, Casey has to market his book to both his supporterZ and his haterZ. As we've mentioned before there are more haterZ than supporterz. If you doubt that, take a pen and paper to any of his latest posts, put a +1 for supporter posts, and a -1 for haterz posts, and a 0 for neutral.

Believe me, the relationship between Casey and Marty is a contentious one to say the least (according to Casey). For everything Casey is, I’ve not (genuinely) heard him bad-rap another the way he has Marty. Mistrust, scum, scammer are descriptions Casey applied to Marty on the 16th of this month when we spoke. And I don’t think Casey was placating my similar views, as the tonality in his voice was telling and directed.

Theirs is not an ideal working relationship, but one where the mutual ends justifying the means. (Sustainable by Marty’s own words via his IAFF post regarding the publishing deal, particularly, his use of leverage against Casey to achieve his profit objective -- clearly at the expense of others, including Casey.) Marty is nothing more than a hack using Casey to generate profit, and Casey knows it.

It’s a beautiful thang!

Taking a cue from LMP, I posted this at IAFF.

I figure he will not post it, but he did post Mark's so who knows:

Triple J Kate:

Here's the rub...to Casey Serin you ARE a hater. I am a "hater" even though I am not jealous of the kid whatsoever. I don't even HATE him. I despise his ACTIONS and HOLD HIM RESPONSIBLE for them. He calls you and me and others haters because he needs to have drama so he can keep the blog's ratings up. Sooner or later, supporterz turn to haterz because the kid can't follow through or keep promises.

Sure, Casey, you didn't know what you were doing was wrong...yawn. I am quite sure most crooks play the innocent game on a regular basis.

Sabotage is a harsh word. I am not sabotaging you and neither are the majority of your "haterz." I could care less who interviews you (since we all know you are a narcissist). I DO care when you try to bend the rules to make a quick buck. THAT is where I make sure others are aware of your game.

One more thing, why do you keep perpetuating this myth that you will take any money made and settle your debts? I could ask some other rhetorical questions, but I actually do respect your wife's privacy and won't even go there.

People, Casey WILL NOT pay back any debts. Why should he? He most likely has a fico in the low 400s and paying back charged off debts is not going to raise that score anytime soon. How do I know? I've been here since the beginning and the kid talks and talks and talks with no tangible results. He refuses to take responsibility and will not make cuts in his extravagant lifestyle to make good on his promises. I could even point out the letter you wrote to Ramit which was really suspicious but I will do that elsewhere. THAT letter is what turned me from sympathetic to critic or "hater" if you prefer.

Note to you, Casey: Go ahead, don't post this. I will make sure Google heavy sites get a copy of this post. I think you know I'll do it and it won't take much to edit this post to include your full name for search reasons. I too understand Google optimization, so it won't take much for me to get this up and high on Google asap.

If people understand how I took out the loans and the lending climate at the time and that I had NO criminal intent and had FULL desire to pay back all those loans maybe people wouldn’t be so quick to call me a CON MAN.

OK, here’s a scenario: Let’s say I know you in real life and I say, hey, I have an opportunity to make some money, my friend needs to sell his very profitable business, it’s up and running, so I can keep my $150K day job while reaping the profits. But he needs $50K cash, which I don’t have right now, so I’m asking to borrow it from you, and I’ll pay you back $1,000 every month with above-market rate interest.

Let’s assume you had $50K from selling the blog and you’re like, wow, sounds great! You give me the money and I make a payment or two, then I stop.

You come around wanting to know why I can’t make the payments. I say I don’t have any income. What happened to your $150K day job? Oh, that. I didn’t really have a $150K day job. In fact, I wasn’t working at all. But I knew if I told you that you wouldn’t lend me the money and it was such a great opportunity, I didn’t want to pass it up.

You of course are angry that I deceived you. Then you realize that you at least can take possession of the business, which is worth at least the $50K you lent me.

Oh, sorry about that, chum. I did use it to buy a business, but actually the business cost me $40K and I kept the other $10K in order to make the payments back to you. But I only paid you $2K because, sorry, turns out I needed it for other things — I mean, I’m not working, how else would I pay my daily expenses?

Well, it turns out I overpaid for the business anyway. To make matters worse, in the last two months, sales have been way down because I don’t know much about the business, so I kind of ran it into the ground.

But go ahead and take it! You’ll just have to pay a few thousand in legal fees and other costs, but then you’ll be the proud owner of a business you don’t want that’s worth about $15K, maybe, if you can sell it.

Are you at fault for not doing the due diligence on the business and on me? Yes, but you had my (doctored) pay stubs and an (inflated) appraisal of the business. You are a busy guy and you took me at my word.

Would you be justified in calling me a con artist? A fraud? I think you would. Even if I had every intention, every desire, to pay you back. Even if I didn’t see any profit from this bad deal myself. I misrepresented myself to get money you wouldn’t have given me if I had told you the truth.

YOU ARE A FRAUD. YOU ARE A CON MAN.

I think you know I'll do it and it won't take much to edit this post to include your full name for search reasons. I too understand Google optimization, so it won't take much for me to get this up and high on Google asap."

Boo hoo. Dolph you sound pathetic.

”LossMitPro..The 16th of this month? So you are still speaking/or emailing with Casey?”

Nope not STILL speaking or communicating by email, other then required notices. But I do, frankly, hope to speak with Serin shortly... That’s the way warfare is don’t chya know, occasionally necessitating one to speak with an adversary if only to discuss terms of surrender. ;)

Alabama_Swamp_Donkey @ 12:07 PM:
”I'm actually wondering if he is refering to loaning people money on Prosper as his 5% return per month.”

Too funny! Were Casey bright enough to successfully play that angle to begin with, he may not be facing certain present issues.

Dolph I agree with 99% of everything you've said.

One thing I've always wanted to comment on, from way back in the Hi I'm Dolph DeRoos days is your issue with hater. It seems you've come to terms with it these days, but still are upset that it isn't being used according to the proper hip hop definition.
But isn't the point of hip hop to take something and make it yours (i.e. beats, samples, lyrics, quotes...).
If this is the case, then wouldn't taking hater and converting it from 'someone who is jealous of you' to 'someone who is just gernally pissed off at your financial lack of responsibility' would technically fit the MO of hip hop? Granted a little creativity could be used like 'chater' (Casey hater) or something like that but overall just wanted to hear what you think of this.

Casey Serin's story is spiraling into irrelevance.

Fewer and fewer people care.

Soon, he'll only have his two supporters.

They'll have to post comments under haterz names just to make up for the sucking void that IAFF will be left with.

mejustme said something fucking stupid. that was sooo lame. oh and the people giving you props are idiots. mejustmakeanalogy. That was such a waste of time reading. Reminds me of when EN was blowing up flyingmonkeywarrior for skewering casey on that talk cast. I was looking forward to hearing Casey get skewered. Nothing of the sort happened. FMW sounded like an ill-prepared dolt. Then later FMW says "He sure is slippery". God that was so lame.

I haven't heard a supporterz turn into a haterz in a long time. but you guys sure do keep mentioning it. What I do occasionally hear is someone that dislikes casey coming here then turning into an EN hater. But you jackass' keep blowing smoke up your own azz.

"Soon, he'll only have his two supporters"

blah blah blah

yeah that will happen just before his 15 minutes of fame are up... you guys have been saying that for a long time too.

Eh, i guess you guys knew about that post.

Lost Mittens, please stop misusing the word "whom." It seems you use it whenever you want to sound proper, but it has the opposite effect since you use it incorrectly (e.g., "Thus it is CASEY, not the property purchasers (Wrapees) whom should make up the single wrap payment (equating to one payment of the 1st & 2nd mortgages)").

Casey is a scumbag.

The real question is - why aren't all of you writing to your local DA insisting upon his arrest? I'm not a US resident (or citizen) but I thought DA's and judges are elected public servants? And therefore, they answer to the public?

Ergo, who cares how his crimes rate on the nasty scale, but rather, shouldn't the DA care how the public perceives his actions?

The guy who busts your car window and rips off your $300. iPod is doing less damage. But if he's nicked he'll face the full force of the law (but sadly the bastard will be let off for 'mitigating' circumstances).

I'm personally fucked off with 'mitigating' circumstances. I'm fucked off with working hard, paying into the system and being flipped the finger.

I'm fucked off with paying the price (oh yes, we all do - look at your pension fund and insurance) for 'compassionately lenient' justice for pricks like Casey. And the Enron scumbags. And the waiting lineup of CDO scumbags.

I'm fucked off at being a hard working, law abiding, middle class sucker. I'm fucked off at a system which lets these pricks run rampant whilst doling out stupidly expensive parking tickets etc. to us, the bovinely compliant middle class.

I'm fucked off at being told 2.2 million is 'small potatoes' and probably 'not worthy of prosecution' - fine, give me the 2.2 large ones and I'll set myself up on a lovely tropical island. I'm fucked off at being told that inflation is 'under control'.

But this fucked off guy believes that all solutions start at a grass roots level. Take your local justice system to task. Make the bastards do their jobs. They do work for you - even if they've forgot that salient fact. Don't take no for an answer.

Turn the tables from being disgruntled and fucked off to putting the screws to the likes of Casey. It is, after all, all about public perception. And those lead-arsed public officials can be riled to action.

And continue to be fucked off until democracy once again starts living up to its name. Rather than just being the shabby slogan it now is.

Best you can do, eh? I guess I hit home real hard.

Debate the points or STFU. It's really quite simple. No crying here. I am not the one posting beg-a-thons and whining why I can't succeed.

I'd say nice try, but apparently you are clueless. Good day troll.

Well if that's the case (and there is plenty of data proving you wrong) I guess there are 5 people out there who have no sense of decency and will root on any kind of criminal behavior.

Good on you. It would be real nice if the trolls had more than some anonypussy opinion to debate obvious facts.

Fac,

Very excellent points. Yes, I hated the use of that at first but have learned to accept it. Since Casey wants to blame everybody but himself for his obvious lack of a clue and business sense I run with it now.

Yes, you are 100% right about the hip hop culture and after reading Casey's whining for the last month or so, I think being a hater is a good thing. Much better than being a supporter and enabler of criminal behavior.

So yes, I am glad to be called a hater now since Casey thinks everybody is a hater.

Meh. You're right, I guess if I'm not a supporterz, I'm a Haterz. May as well embrace it.

Casey must have flown into Brisbane (not Sydney) because that's where his first host lives. Below snip is from Casey's FAQ post yesterday.

This explains why he changed planes in Auckland; ie, to get a Brisbane flight. Also why he was in a hotel in Sydney.

BEGIN QUOTE:
"8. Where are you staying now?

Well I have been in Brisbane area the whole time, except for a weekend drive to Sydney like a week go. I stay in Sydney with my host who had some business to take care of. So that was all free to me.

Now I’m back in Sydney. I flew from Brisbane to Newcastle to meet with a supporter and another supporter put me up for the night. Then the first supporter drove me here to Sydney and I spend the night in a hostel last night. I got my own room so it wasn’t so bad.

8.5 Who has been taking the photos of you in Australia?

My Brisbane host."

RONSON: We recorded our interview with Casey Serin three weeks ago. Last week, he and his blog vanished from the internet. I suspect he's finally agreed to his wife's demands to give up being an entrepreneur and become someone's employee instead. This world is full of people who try and fail. It can break your heart, especially when they don't know they've failed...

This is so funny! The last sentence is the best description of Casey ever.

Seems he was in the down under since the beginning of May.
